Forest Oaks Mobile Home Park

They have done more work in the last couple years than they did the 10 years before that. Nice playground and a lot of the roads have been worked on.

Nice place quite and good people

Forrest oaks is not a nice park they wont even let you move out. Most the people that live here are drug attics with no worth in society. Your forced to stay on a lease even if the trailer you find yourself in is on a tear down list. If they want to tear places down then let people move. Do not make the mistake of renting here. Unless things change, ill always be looking for any excise under the sun to move put or break my own lease.

Getting any kind of communication from the park is RIDICULOUS! Every time you call nobody answers. Theres no point in leaving a message because the call NEVER gets returned. Nobody ever seems to be at the office to be able to stop in if nobody answers the phone!

The management needs to fix all the cracks in the concrete the mobile homes are on. The walkways and front of the doors are also in need of repair. The rent recently raised because the water/sewer plant has been worked on quite a bit, some trees have been trimmed so new homes could be brought in. Then the letter all the residents see is hopefully you can see some improvements we are we are working on. The rent raised $20 dollars and still cant drink the nasty water!

They have some nice homes there but there is also a section where the older run down homes are. So its like any community around, got its better side of town and also its ghetto area.

Horrible place dont waste your time

Visited the park because my friend started living there.. In some spots the homes look very nice and in other places you think youre in a shanty town. The noise ordinance is a bit extreme... No loud noise after 7pm. There is no posted notice anywhere near the entrances as far as Ive seen. People have been issued citations if their car radio can be heard by the supervisor.. I feel uncomfortable even visiting worried the exhaust on my car will get my buddy fined.
