Rare example of a well preserved Union fort. Part of Howletts line. Right around the corner theres another Civil War park with a short but nice trail. If you do these two together it makes for a nice afternoon.

Nothing to see, it has a plack telling you that was there. I like it because I use it as a dog park before we go on our walk. Most of the people how live in the area also use it for the same reason.

I didnt go so Ill rate a 5. Guess Google really wants me to check out this place. Maybe one day Ill actually see it so I know where to go

Great place to go and see. Really has improved from about 5 years ago. The history of this fort is interesting also.

Took my children to the neighborhood surrounding this part trick or treating, and it was the most filled streets children laughter & happy families
