Great place to live. New management this year tries very hard to keep everyone folowing rules and happy, she does a good job. Park looks cleaner than it has in a long time. they also got rid of a buncha bad apples and it is more safe now because the manager actually cares and makes things happen even if shes busy. I would recommend to live here

Its the nicest and safest trailer park community in the area .

Its not a good place at all they steel little old ladys vehicles while they sleep after working graveyard shift from the driveway. You know where people park there cars. Its a shame for the Management to allow this to happen to there residents

Management staff are awesome. By far the nicest trailer park Ive seen in VA that wasnt for vacations. Tight knit community, pool, and a community building that can be rented for events. Codes are fairly well enforced, and mostlt every lot is tidy.

I am quite happy that Harbour East has become more diverse. It has made a world of difference in my opinion. Still have some issues here, but far from what it was 2-3 yrs ago.

They are pleasant to work with. Very patient

So this is not a destination place. It is residential. The scenery is beautiful though. In the winter you can see the river though the trees. Right now the changing leaves makes the surrounding woods glow.Now the big issues. Traffic is a nightmare. During certain times I refuse to drive because it is a long wait trying to cross West Hundred. Another issue has been stealing. There has been a few breaks and I wish more people would call the cops when that happens.

They have some sensible rules here, but can change the rules on a whim. Low rent is a draw, but sometimes rules he in the way.

Parking is horrible. Streets are narrow and there are several areas where street parking is prohibited. Theres a lot of children often in or near the road seemingly unattended.

Used to live here. Has a pool a play ground. 3 stars they dont answer the phone promptly and i always seem to go to the office and no one there during office hours. Hopefully its better now.

Its a big park. The streets and driveways are a bit narrow but theres alot of trailors. The community pool was nice and big.

Due to poor maintenance a child lost their life over something that could’ve been prevented.

Great place. Have known people for years that have lived here and no complaints.

Personally i wil. Get eveything in writing apon approval theese ppl made me believe i was approved that everything was ok and all i needed my deposit and first month rent i even had their transporter bringing my mobile home to their lot i waste time and money with theese ppl customer service is very bad i asked 2 times the manager if i was approve because i was going to purchase that home about 2 hours away from me she told me yes i was approve their transporter is a liar as well now im homeless with my family im in a motel and my furniture in a storage because i was thinking that this friday that so called transporter was going to move my home their i waste time and money getting a building permitt all of the sudden they change their mind on me with excuses not accept my home because supposely they dont accept that type of siding i even told them i can put new siding and they said no i believe their racist this place is a mess BEWARE people im so upset because i lost 7000 purchasing that home i jave nothing. :-(
