People here were mean. I got yelled at trying to pass out a coupon for my dads lawn care service. Sorry you thought I was your grandson who never visits you because your house smells like old tuna cans and your lawn is a disaster cause you wont let anyone cut it. No, I dont want to try your pumpkin and chicken liver brownies. Maybe if you were nicer, your family would stop by more often.

Love this community. Cant wait for pool to open. This community is safe, my kids ride their bikes from one end to the other with no worries. A lot of good families living here. Management is a bit strict on rules, but I dont have a bit of problem with that. Keep the community looking nice and clean. One of the best trailer parks in this area.

Fairly quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are nice. Roads need some work and its a bit expensive for a trailer park. Overall not a bad place to live.

I didnt leave a spam review. I drove through to look for a potential lot and was disgusted by the trash dumped everywhere and awful large potholes (craters) in the roadways. Shall I post pictures for proof of just how nasty this place is?

Great park. Lived here for the last 4 years, I keep to myself. For most of the day you could hear a pin drop, this place is very quiet.

Steve CanAm my annoying ex neighbor. You have to admit that the park is way better than when you lived there. You moved out like 5 years ago. I moved out right after you, but I still have friends there. Its one of the nicest park around here. You still mad because they wont let you back in? . Five years later, get over it! Its a trailer park.

Very nice and quiet to live here but you do not have to find lots and you cannot put a fence up and they want to raise your rent every chance they can

Well what can I say about Homecrest trailer park, the people are great and its normally quiet in the park. The staff is exceptionally extremely rude. I purchased a trailer there to live in for 2 years until I purchased my new home and had multiple issues with the office including losing my rent check and waited 5 months later says that I never paid so I have to show them my bank statement showing that they cashed my water bill check but they never attempted to cash my rent check which means they lost it so I had to write them out a check 5 months prior. The maintenance technician days is a completely brown noser to that office that stands at the pool and watches all the girls swim and tries to hit on a few of them. Hes a complete douchebag once you start talking to him.

Very nice mobile home park. They are kinda strict about parking. They will tow your car if you dont have a pass

Wow!! Has it changed in about 15 years since I use to live there, more updated mobile homes not trashed or run down ones there at least on the outside

Clean place to live but the staff in the office is extremely rude and nasty attitudes are difficult to deal with but other then the office, its a decent place to live. Ohh, the maintenance guy Dave is a kiss ass brown noise creep that watches the girls at the pool while he hangs out around the life guard trying to get their numbers instead of fixing anything.

Its hard to find the actual address that matches the street.

I did not like living there fell on there property and they never wanted to take care of the lawsuit which i fell in a ditch and they said it was not there problem. So dont move here say very far away
