We had a great time today at Cherry Hill Skating Center! My daughter and her friends enjoyed her birthday party. The whole center was clean and looked really nice both inside and out. Especially for being around 40 years. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. We are looking forward to going back for skating lessons really soon.

Throwback skate rink that is just perfect. Grew up in the 80s and this is exactly how I remember the roller rink. Very clean, great space, just the right amount of arcades, snack bar, and more. This is exactly the place you go to create memories.

A friendly local facility with all the trimmings needed for A fun few hours roller skating. My kids use to come here for roller skating parties and loved it. Its one of those places that you hope each town has and keeps for the next generation.

Fun place to take the family. They really need to get some better air circulation especially in the summer. They need to hire more interactive staff that works with the kids. The one guy looked like he was sleep walking. How sad... Yet there was one other guy who was excellent with my niece. Helped adjust her roller blades and showed her how to keep her ankles straight. I wish I got his name. All in all a fun place to go with your family.

My kids loved it. They especially loved the Jungle gym. They said there was everything you could imagine and it is big so the kids can have lots of fun. There is even an area for toddlers to have fun.

Nice little place to get the kids on skates. They also have a place to climb, snacks, and arcade games. Staff have always been helpful. You can rent in line skates or the traditional 2x2s.

This is a great classic skating rink with wood floors, kids games, and a good DJ. It even had a soft playground in the back.

It was chill ig. Food is kinda pricey and all that, but you could skate for as long as yo u wanted which was sick. Overall pretty cool place.

We just had my step daughters 10th birthday party here. We chose to rent out the whole place and it was worth every penny!! The staff was great and Joe was amazing! They are very accommodating and patient with kids of ALL ages! It was definitely pricey but our daughter and all of the guests had a fantastic time so I cant complain. We cant wait to get together again and use the free passes that all the children were given! I highly recommend this place!

Hidden deep within an industrial complex its very unassuming. Staff is nice and the skating rink was nice. Even with kids it was doable. They do not have plastic walkers for kids though. Parking is also kind of tight on a weekend.

In July of 2018 I had my daughter’s 8th grade graduation party here & it was great! All of the staff was accommodating and very nice to work with. The skating rink was clean & the food was good. I enjoyed having my event here and if I have another skating event, it will be here!

The place looks nice, but the white stone walls are sticky.. The in-line skates gave me blisters on the sides of my feet, too. I ordered a funnel cake and it was burnt. While I was waiting for it I saw the employee talking to her co-workers as my funnel cake was being made. My friend got a pretzel, and it was also burnt. This is my first time being here and its the worst impression ever. If you were to go here, bring your own skates. Please.

My grand daughter birthday party

Hosted a private party of 55 adults & children at Cherry Hill Skating center this past weekend. Very clean, very organized. The skating floor here is wonderful. For those who didnt skate, there was plenty of seating, the arcade, and of course the jungle gym in the back was a huge hit. Snack bar had all of the typical foods. For the young ones new to skating, they offer lock skates, where 2 of the wheels dont turn, just have to ask for them. We had a blast and will be back soon!

I recently had my daughters 7th birthday party at Cherry Hill Skating Center. Upon arrival, the staff went out of their way to be welcoming, accommodating and helpful. The ladies that were assigned to our party were a pleasure to work with and my daughter and her friends had a wonderful time. Unfortunately, I left utterly disgusted and will never return. Hopefully you wont either. The parents of one of the children attending our party experienced something no one should ever have to experience. The mother is white and the father is African-American. When the mother went up to rent her skates the staff member was friendly. He gave her the skates without questioning her about a wrist band (which she did not have) or what party she was part of. IMMEDIATELY after she was given her skates, the father went up to rent his. He said Hello and the staff member did not respond. When he finally acknowledged the father, he rudely asked where his wristband was. He said he did not have one but that he was part of our party. The staff member said he needs a wrist band and would not give him his skates until the mother (again...who did not not have a wrist band) confirmed he was part of the party. Talk about racially profiling. Cherry Hill Skating Center, the father of our guest deserves at the very least a genuine apology and you should be ashamed.

I have been here twice, and it was very fun! The atmosphere is pleasant, the games are pretty rad, and the skating rink itself it very nice. They play good music and the food was pretty good, as well.Here a few things I didnt love but wont deter me from this rink:-some of the games can be a little loud and sometimes annoying-the pizza was a little bit hard-some of the in-line skates did not buckle properly-the games werent very funOther than that everything was great and I plan to come back here over the summer!

It brought back some great memories. I used to have my birthdays at this location many moons ago. The place is updated but the nostalgia is still the same. The price is insanely reasonable and a great place to go to when you want to get out of the house but dont want to pay a high price.The snacks are even reasonable! Its a fun workout and a lot of laughs. Totally recommend this for adults, teens, kids, singles, families...everyone!

So what use to be a good rink is now a disaster. They are adding a section in the back that looks like its going to be a play area for little kids. Because of that they reduced the size of the floor. In the process of doing that if you skate towards the edges its really really bumpy. Also because of the reduced size it causes less of a separation between the novice, intermediate and advanced skaters. Unfortunately this will be my last visit to this rink and Ill have to find a new one.

This skating center was absolutely amazing and the perfect fit for my daughters 9th birthday celebration. The staff was pleasant and very helpful, the food was tasty and the kids had a ball on the huge skate floor and arcade games. We are from Northeast Philadelphia and the commute to the skating rink was not bad at all. There is not one thing I would change about this place and the price was just as pleasing.

Great old school skate rink

Unfortuntaely, PA does not host a variety of roller skating rinks the way NJ does and since my 5 yr old granddaughter has a newfound interest in the sport, I need to travel to find a rink that is clean, comfortable, inexpensive, friendly and well maintained. This place is it!! The space is large, the rentals are clean and new, the floor is the traditional wood that gives that retro experience, the entrance is warm and inviting, the lockers are functional and inexpensive and the staff is courteous beyond their responsibilities. It’s unfortunate that the previous reviewer and a party guest had such a disheartening encounter but as we are a multi-racial family, I cannot say that we had a similar reaction from any of the staff. We will definitely be returning to this rink regardless of the commute and recommend it for all types of families.

This place is fun for kids. Also you can plan partys that are fun for kids there.

Its a older skating rink, hidden away, but is still a good time. The arcade games could use an update, but not bad overall.

I liked that the rink was big. And the skates were soft and comfortable. However, the food is a ripoff; no refills. Not even a discount on refills if you bought a drink. The last time i was there, I spilled my drink before i got to take a sip. I asked for another one and they would not give me a refill. Thats just sad. You have to buy a completely new drink, even if you didnt get to drink the last one. I just left after that. The Pizza wasnt terrible. $15 for a whole Pizza. They also have no WiFi, so I was unable to call anyone to pick me up from here. Overall, I would only reccomend this place if all you want to do is skate. If you want a food or drink, youre pretty much screwed with overpriced stuff. I may return here, but I think they really need to improve.

Birthday party package was worth the money. Pizza was good, I had expected it be horrible. Staff kept the soda jugs full, and were attentive to the guest. Spinn the pin game was a let down. Not like in the older days where you won actual prizes. Instead, they just threw candy to the kids. Music was good, but could not understood a word the DJ was saying.

I *LOVE* this skating center! Its great for kids parties! Its rarely overcrowded; its kept tidy, and the staff is magnificent! Its getting a new kiddie climber which removes some of the skate floor, but the floor is still large enough for teens and youngsters to enjoy skating while accommodating non-skating parents with a watchful eye who may need to help a fallen youth.The admission is extremely reasonable and they offer a family pack discount which includes 4 admissions, 4 skate rentals, 4 slices of pizza, and 4 small sodas for $30! The food here isnt a foodies dream, but its standard, reasonably priced, edible pizza, hot dogs, chips and nacho cheese, soft pretzels, fries, etc. I appreciate being able to sit at a booth in the food court which shares a wall with the rink. This feature allows adults to work, read, eat, or whatever while giving them access to their skating friends/family.The small game area is right off the food court and has skee ball, an air hockey table, play until you win claw game, and other fun games. Tickets can be fed to a ticket counter and then redeemed at the prize counter for various treats and toys. The best part? The prizes can be purchased outright! 1 ticket = one penny and all prizes can be bought with cash! A real money saver for kids who want the big one!They offer skating lessons and have various age related activities throughout the week which seem to vary throughout the year. They also offer skate sales, but I have yet to check out that option.
