Arrived within less than 1.5 hours of closing.Our party received swift beverage service.Very cozy experience!The DJ was on point with the music and not just a typical boring record spinner. The music created the atmosphere.I have to return again when I have more time in the future.

I had so much fun great host and the food was good. We was lit lol. It can get pretty expensive so be prepared when you go there and make sure all yall can split the check. Our bill was $900 we brought 2 bottles and paid for a section, plus the food of course and hookah. You must make reservations up to 8 people for the table and they make you buy a bottle if you reserve a table or you will wait in line for 2 hours and not guaranteed to get in.

I don’t even normally right reviews, but this is literally the worst restaurant i’ve been to. I went a few weeks ago to have a good time with friends and the service and hospitality was terrible. Food was cold and gross. The place seems like it’s ran by CHILDREN. NO ONE wore masks not even the workers or the OWNER! Would never recommend this place to my worst enemy, especially during COVID!

This place had a Fun atmosphere. The line was a little long but it moved pretty fast. A great place for a girls night out with drinks and food and maybe even a little dancing.

Had my birthday there in September outside and it was lit-lit had a really good time! Good energy, staff was nice, music was cool, and hookah was on point. Would definitely recommend this spot especially for the outside deck.

We visited this restaurant and the food was good. However, they are receiving one star as they added an automatic 20% to the bill. When asked why? The waitress gave two completely different answers. 1) we add 20% to all bills after 5PM. 2) We add 20% to all bills, since it’s outside dining. When asked where does it say that at? She stated it’s on our website. Ma’am, we didn’t check your website before visiting. The waitress received a tip on her performance. However, management shouldn’t force tips. Looks like they are taking advantage of customers, during a pandemic. We spoke to a manager and that went nowhere. His response, oh yeah they should tell you upon seating.

Appetizers were great! Drinks delicious BUT watch your check, they automatically add 20% gratuity on each check regardless of the amount or number of guests.

Followed all rules for social distancing. Food was delicious. Entertainment was worth all of it!

I was here yesterday for the Drag Brunch, I really enjoyed myself. Everything was excellent, the food, the atmosphere, the entertainment, the drinks..... will definitely return

Good food, nice atmosphere. Went with my family to get a quick bite. I wasnt expecting 20% gratuity to be included in my check, especially since my service wasnt 20% worthy. I am usually a good tipper but it would be appreciated if it was mentioned on the menu.

Seems like they had way to many people in the outside area and not enough space between the seating of tables inside. I didnt stay because of that. I would have to give them another chance after covid.

They treat Spanish people very different than other races. I was planning to quadruple the tip but since the gratuity was automatically added to my bill thats all they got from me. Never coming back to this place again. Btw my comment on Facebook was deleted.

Went for the first time this past Saturday for a birthday dinner. The cheesesteak eggrolls were good and my waitress was very nice.-Management and front door was unorganized and chaotic.-2 of the bouncers were cool the others were rude n difficult for no reason.-They have issues with reservations n organizing them.Next time Ill just go to a bar in the hood that serves food and not waste my time on this bar and grille

I asked them about having nights for older people since every night since they reopened has been a young crowd. When the business was open for inside dining/dancing, the first floor seem to cater to the older generation where the upstairs catered to a younger crowd.Who ever is answering their social media messages needs to be fired. Very rude and not even trying to see a customers point of view or keep a customer.They said older people prefer to stay home then come out. Which is so not true and is discriminating. Then they blocked me on their instagram page. I will never go back to your business again unless you can seem to care about your customers and cater to call.

This place blows. I called a day before halloween asking if I needed to make a reservation and the hostess said it was 100% not needed and we will get seated. My partner and I arrive to disappointment, apparently you needed to make a reservation in order to enter on Halloween. I explained that I called but no luck. F*ck vera

I absolutely LOVE this place! Everytime I go the service is great and I always have a good time. Food is awesome and the drinks are good. The patio is so nice for those spring, summer, and fall days/nights. Definitely try this place, you wont regret it.

Restaurant/club that has a live band and theme based nights. Sound system is good and loud and the food will hit the spot just right. At some point there is a cover charge to get in but worth it. Good top shelf alcohol and friendly vibe. Can definitely Be frequented with friends.

Made reservations for their outside seating due to COVID-19.We were seated right away and informed that we had 2hrs due to limited seating outside.We began vibing immediately with the music that was playing and the energy in the place (think a lot of people are just happy to go out). We ordered a hookah and a Hennessy bowl (fruity drink w/Henny). The drink was good but had entirely too much ice.I came for some drinks with friends and good music. They did have food but I can’t remember what was ordered.Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and would return.

Came her last night needless to say the service was subpar, we were a party of six one of our meals never came out and the automatic 20% grudtiute didnt help either the bill came to 447.00 she received a 69.00 tip for poor service what a scam stay away from this place at all cost.

Maybe 4..... The live band biz something was good. The servers or hostess were nice. A lot if space to be comfortable with your group or party. Expect to pay here. Drinks are top dollar and food is pricey. The food is good but pricey. The atmosphere was pretty good inside, a good mix of people who seen too enjoy themselves. The music or DJ was for everyone. Parking was good. A clean place. Not a bad experience here, will probably go again at some.point.

Four of us came here to have fun and they charged us $25 each to get in but would not allow one of my friend in the club because he had sweat pants on. when we complained to a staff, he said wait at the bar we will refund you. But we waited an hour, then when we went to see the manager named Jay Beacon he rudely said we cant refund any money. I have been serving in the active duty military for last 17 years and been to many places ..I havent dealt with a highway robbery like this ever. They shouldnt have charged us for club entry if sweat pants arent allowed in the first place. Please dont go to this at all, its a money trap, everything is unnecessarily expensive and attitude of the staff is unprofessional.

I have had my share places to visit for a good night out. The drinks are always good bartenders are always nice. The music is a hit or miss. Do not go here planning on updated music. Definitely a place to go if you just need anything to do.

Vera is a Top Notch Night Club.There is nothing like it in Philadelphias Nightclub Scene.I have had a wonderful blessing to video tape The Cintron Band last year and some of those show were at Vera.Why a great venue and what a great group of musicians. HORRIBLE! Went there for my bday only to be told I cant get in unless I have reservations but when asked over the phone if I needed reservations I was told no if I dont have a party of 6! Plus the staff was rude! NEVER AGAIN!

Over priced entrance to go to the top part of the building. Not even a standard nightclub charges $30.00 per person, just have in mind that this is a “Bar & Grill”. The music was not not varied, but we still enjoyed the night because is not where you are, it’s the people you are with. Overall the place looks appealing (I’ve seen bigger and better places), bathroom wad clean and security was always around. You guys are the only “club” alike place in the area, with the amount you charge to the public I really think there is NO amazing experience you have to offer us.PS. For the ounces you pay, drinks are for sure pricey.

Worst bar service I have ever had.

Do not order a martini, I did and all it had in it was vermouth. I complained and was told that they dont use vermouth for martinis???? I then asked was the the ingredients and was informed that lemon juice was used. Food was good. The All Souled Out Band was outstanding!!!

Well it was name change .so many time .and owner.i loved it when I used to party..in the 80tys.it was called Gatsbys. I ll party monday through Sunday...when possible there was always a party.or show.now its a younger crowd. But they dont bother.you and security.is right on it you are well protected...sitting is limited. Up stairs...so if you want a chair be ready to pay for that VIP. Or get one of the maybe 8 or 9 chairs around the 3 bars.im just saying..its a nice .place my niece had her sweet 15th.there.

The place is all venues in one building at the cheapest prices known to man. Its a Clubbers and Barhoppers paradise all for one price. Cheapest Bottle Service and Premium service Ive ever witnessed from FLA. - CT. Its great. Making a special trip from VA just to go back.

I havent been to this place since it was Top Dog. Im older now with kids but this place made me feel as if Im in my 20s again. There is a cover but well worth it to go with a group of friends. Very nice staff and great service. And the band had this older lady rocking out on the drums! Short of an actual celebrity showing up I dont think we could have had a better time!

I ate at the bar inside so I dont know about the outside area or upstairs. Food was good but interior and fixtures need attention. Our menus had mold on the paper and some parts of the fixtures behind the bar were obviously broken and in need of repair.

Great food, drinks and our waitress was AMAZING! I was there for my brothers birthday party on April 12th.There were several disappointments. 1 . The areas my brothers girlfriend reserved for his party werent reserved. Creating friction with patrons who were asked move from the areas. 2. Veras should invest in black patio cushions or have theyre current ones professionally cleaned before putting them out for the season. They are DISGUSTING!! 3. The deck isnt safe for women wearing heels. The planks are separated and ladies were getting their heels caught.Were considering coming back for cigar Sundays. I will be wearing jeans in order to sit on those dirty cushions.

I like the spot pretty okay. Just went after work for some drinks, they didnt have anything that I could safely eat. But the bartenders were super nice and I had a great time kicking butt at pool. They do have some really good bands there on some evenings. Id recommended it.

As alwaysn the grounds are well maintained. Parking (as far as I could see) fills fast car pool or Uber/Lyft if possible. Service is polite and timely as there are multiple bars. Drinks are nice (not watered down). I had a peach mojito and sangria. The upstairs is beautiful. Live band was on the first -they were great and played good tracks. Apparently upstairs music varies so if looking for specific genre you may want to check first.

Strict dress code (you cant be yourself), not one, but TWO cover charges! (confusing), staff not so friendly, getting padded down at the door is a unwelcoming & POINTLESS (I could hide a weapon in my shoe)..I do like some of the live bands down stairs, club dance floor is okay, food is good, drinks are good...

First they charge you $10 to get inside just to sit downstairs. Burger was dare near burnt and I asked for medium well, fries were cold. Waitress charged me for someone else’s after I closed my card out. I called several times the next day to rectify the issue, just to have the manager cursed at me as if I’m lying. Threatened me if I take further actions I would be band from his establishment. Very unprofessional from the girl who stamp my hand (who yell at for mistaking upstairs for the bathroom) to the waitress, the cook, and the manager.
