Great Place to visit! I just wish they were open when I travel through Chattanooga more often. Tried to visit on yesterday but closed for the rest of the week and weekend.

A beautiful museum with a lot of hometown artifacts and information. I loved the art infused with the sculptures. An amazing staff helped to make this quaint experience feel amazing.

Friendly,, helpful staff that represent the establishment. The price is reasonable. Beautiful building and layout of artifacts. Easily accessible. Not only was there a lot of information about the bluesy woman who has motivated us to walk(or strut) during the hot muggy time of the year but also to break down racial barriers and coexist. It was also interesting to find out the inventions and contributions made by African Americans not learned in our history books. Many diverse businesses around there as well.
