Experience was great. Friendly People

It was a something in the beginning because I needed a place to stay . After a while it became nerve wrecking that the work orders were never completed . There are way to many code violations . The units are infested with rodents. They never clean the lawn. They cut the grass on top of the trash. No one is ever available in the main office to talk to . They are never open . The office lady and head maintenance are married and live on the property . They are always sick and in the hospital . They units have mold under the painting of the walls. Windows are full of spider webs because no one ever comes out to pressure wash windows. It was tolerable until it started effecting my children breathing and coughs. After calling Code Enforcement it took 2 weeks for them to respond. They broke into my unit because they were not sure what key was mines. Im still waiting to see how they take care of this mold.
