I host a non profit event to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. My event designer booked them before the pandemic. Due to the extension of the shelter in place the event had to be cancelled as it’s a danger for anyone for CF. Harmonics was the only vendor who refused to refund the deposit. No contract was ever signed though we requested multiple times. His business model is sloppy. Ryan Coffey was not professional, called me childish. Never provided any documentation where he attempted to refund my money. Said I wasn’t sharing the whole story on social media, so I released emails that called his bluff. He’s been radio silence since and still no refund. It’s a sad day for the CF community as we’ve had to pull from donations to cover the cost. Think twice before booking with this man because regardless if you have a contract or not he will not refund you regardless. I almost forgot he didn’t even save my date until we asked for the contract again, and based on text he had forgotten. Terrible business ethics.he also had to leave himself a 5 star on here because so many people give him bad reviews.

There is no possible way that this company is veteran led. Veterans were taught to have honor. A code that was engrained within their whole being. From first hand accounts of Harmonic Production Services, there is no way possible this is true. Don’t waste your money on a company falsely claiming to have anything to do with being a veteran.Put plainly, a veteran would never steal from a non-profit fundraising organization, regardless of the circumstances. Don’t be fooled by stolen valor.

Shame on you for not refunding for the services that you didn’t provide. Your business will suffer due to your own selfishness.

Wouldn’t refund money spent on a charity event for CF. Didn’t do any work and kept all the money. There was no contract stating that there are no cancellations or refunds. Did ZERO work and KEPT all the money.
