Terrible neighborhood! If you cant afford much this still isnt a good place to live. The landlord is a slum lord, dont expect to ever get anything fixed. The manager well hes a major drug addict and a drunk so dont expect to call him if you need anything! You cant stay away from the drama even when you stay to yourself. I mean if you live for drama and dont care that the trailer you are renting falls down around you then this IS the place for you!!!

The owner is a slum lord only half ass fixing things that go wrong in his trailers because hes too cheap to pay to get it done right.
