I had a friend call ahead to see if I could come play. Permission was given. I showed up, payed $250 at the window. Watched as she put me into the system. She gave me a receipt & ID back. I won $2003. Owner/mgr JR argues employee shouldnt have put me on!! He doesnt feel responsible to #PAY me for winning. I got $1500 only, & feel like i had to beg for that. Rude, unreasonable, unappreciative of your business. Dishonest. Unfair. Scam-ish. It wont last long. This kind of treatment,, WILL CLOSE this place FOR US.

This is a video poker type place and not a regular arcade. You have to be buzzed in and wanded with a metal detector to go past the front door. I will say the woman running the place was very polite and decent conversation.

Those machines are RIGGED most definitely!!! Ive played MULTIPLE skills table games and NONE are like those!! Complete RIP OFF !!!

Thought I was gunna be in a raid! Had to be wanded to get in, the lady working didnt know how the games worked. Was waiting on the Feds to knock the door down while we were there!
