Nice location, I like the way the games and rides for little kids are near the eating area and the games and rides for older kids are on the other side. Staff was friendly and helpful. My 7yo loves this place!

I took my 9 year old grandson today and he had a blast. The price was reasonable and every game is set to win different amounts of tickets to turn in for simple prizes. It wasnt busy at 3 pm and he played everything there. Its a fun kid place.

This is really a nice place to have a childrens party, birthday celebrations. They have fantastic arrangements for food, drinks and most importantly the games which children enjoys a lot. As a parent you feel happy for the kids as they enjoy this place a lot.

Had a birthday party on 2/1/2020, and the party was great. All the kids had a great time. The downside to this whole story is 4 children became sick also two adults with all same symptoms. Which include high fever, diarrhea and excessive coughing. Call the manager to inform them about the issue. Would have appreciated just them saying it would do a better job of cleaning and disinfecting toys. What was disappointing was the manager said they was cleaning every hour had a person wiping down toys with disinfect cleaning which was not true at all. I let her know my party was from 12:30 until 2:30 and I sit there additional two more hours to let the children play. I let her know I never seen anybody on the floor cleaning toys. So that was a lie to my face when you could at least been honest.

It was a great experience I had for my daughters second birthday party. The host was nice kind and helping. She made the experience smooth and enjoyable. She did a SUPER job and it was her first time hosting a party.The pizza was good.

They have $5 cheese pizzas. Really good

My daughter and I had an absolute blast. I have terrible anxiety with crowds, let alone letting my child free, in a crowd. But here, felt totally comfortable with letting her loose. Great prices. Lots of games. Won awesome stuff. AND she was out cold that night.

This place screams a remodel but because of its location and demographics I doubt it’ll happen. The lovely cashier Got our pizza wrong but it was still good. The games and ticket counter is a joke, it Malfunctions like crazy. Younger kids don’t notice though, as they will tire themselves out.

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and orderly it was. The food was good and they had age appropriate games and rides for all of the kids. I will definitely come back.

Martha a supervisor at this location goes above and beyond for her team and her customer. They were short staffed when I went there and she stayed after her shift to help her team and then we had some misunderstanding on how the card and band work and she took the time to explain and help us get everything together for our other guests. Our server was Maya and she was very attentive and provide exceptional customer service.I am giving Them 4 star because it was a busy day and things was not on time.

Always 1st choice with the girls, a great place for a quick afterschool adventure.

Had to be calling for help on almost every machine, errors, no tickets, tickets got stucked, etc.. GO PAPERLESS WE ARE IN 2019!!!.. 1st and last time here..

The pizza I got from them today was horrible no sauce on the pizza I told them I was disabled vet and I dont drive they kept saying bring it back why do think I used uber eats I dont drive thats not a pizza a crust with a bunch of toppings on it any military look out this place dont respect veterans Im going to track down the owner but the managers name was Lennie an Im upset

This place could definitely use a little sprucing up, but my three-year-old twins love it none the less.. the games again, a little on the rundown side, but when you have that many children playing hard with stuff all day everyday things are bound to be a little rundown.. the food is definitely too expensive for the quality. But the play bands are an awesome idea and the all you can play passes are great what you get from the all you can play passes, are children running at breakneck speed to play as many games as possible in a 2-hour window.. lol. all in all its a great time, and most of the employees, while young, are extremely nice and apparently have the patience of saints while, again, dealing with that many children everyday lol

I ordered the 2 pizza value pack and when it arrived 45 minutes later it was wrong so they took the pizzas and remade them which took another 45 minutes they couldve given us something to snack during the wait in between waiting for the remake I ordered a cake. I didnt realize that I never got the cake until 9:50 10 minutes before closing I had to get a refund! Not pleased with this being my daughters 3rd birthday!

My daughter loves Chuck E cheese. The prices are fair for the games and there are a lot of good toddler games at this location. A big draw back would be the out of order games. There’s at least two-three games down and the picture machine is often out of paper. It can be a bit disappointing. The staff are not really kid people (strange) but they assist when help is needed. Overall we enjoy it here.

Food orders all came out at different times. Eg. Boneless wings came out, ten minutes later pizza came out. Some ppl in my party didnt get a chance to try any boneless wings.So i ordered more pizza and wings. By the time that order came out, party was about over.

Chunky Cheese was a very relaxing and fun atmosphere. I look forward to going back again.

The salad bar was awesome - I didnt expect that at a Chick E Cheese. There pizza was not bad either.But food isnt there reason you come here - you come for entertainment. There were a number of game machines broken or not giving tickets. No one really seemed to care. We approached multiple employees about games not working, but when we left, those same games were still not working.I know you shouldnt expect to get anything of real value from ticket redemption, but the prize quality was mind-blowingly bad. We spent 2 hours and about $100. My son won a Tootsie Roll and about $0.06 worth of plastic junk. A little better prize selection/quality would go a long way for kids.Next time, well probably do Dave and Busters. Or maybe try another location.

I havent visited this chuckie cheese in 4 years. Because of the ghetto staff. Today the staff is polite but lazy. some of the machines didnt work; when i asked for my tokens back they were reluctant to do so. I only went to this location today for convenience.

Was surprised at how clean and taken care of it was. Smaller than the one in Concord Mills but definitely worth a trip for a last minute trip with the kiddos

Its Chuck E. Cheeses, its gonna be fun! Lots of games. Theyve removed coin-OP games, they work on a digital system, which I think is great. Food is the same, not bad, yet not restaurant cuisine. The addition of adult beverages is definitely a plus!

Most of the games were working while we were there. Not many cast members were noticable in the game room, but there were plenty of other options to choose from. Only one of the kids rides stole tokens. It was also clean and seemed well maintained, the salad bar looked nice. The girl at Kid Check was helpful and friendly and made sure to check my number with my childs when we left. Well worth the $13.00 for a couple of hours we were there.

I feel like it has gotten more expensive since they introduced the tap and play cards. The food is equally ridiculously priced.

Not enough game ticket calculators, and at least one is usually broken down. Animatronics are broken. Theyre not consistent with pricing, and even charged for the bags to put tickets into on our SECOND birthday party in about 2 weeks! No charge for cotton candy bags the first time to put them in. When the birthday is $250 you would think they could throw in something to hold the tickets instead of nickel and diming in addition. We have another birthday in a couple weeks, and wont be back for that one. Well try another location.

Kids loved it. I wouldve also had it not been for the fact that every one of my grandkids were sick with colds four days later. I realize its quite a task to keep any place where there are dozens of children running around clean, but for the 3 or so hours we were there I not once observed any employee periodically wiping down tables, chairs or games. Spraying them with Lysol periodically would help.

It was ok... Some of the games wouldnt work and it took time for someone to come fix it after I had swiped my card. That was lil frustrating... But nothings perfect right.. my Sonshine enjoyed himself.

Very poor in attitudes, half the games do not work and very hard to get your points back by personnel, they question you over and over, very small establishment, not many kiddie rides, dont come to this location, you will be very disappointed.

A lot of the machines are disfuctional constantly having to call attendant. We purchase. A sampler platter and our bread sticks were hollow.Manager replace them with cheese bread.Chuck E. Cheese never came out to greet the kids the entire 4 hours we were there. . -~totally not satisfied with them today

The staff make this place!!! They are kid and adult friendly! :) The ceiling needs an upgrade but everything else is exactly what you would expect from a Chuck E Cheese! Yes, things are overpriced but the little ones love it EVERY time and the new unlimited hour to play is a hit!Update: I had to come back again to reiterate how AWESOME the staff is at this location!!! Give these people a RAISE!!!

Do yourself a favor and go as early in the day as possible to avoid the crowd. Some of the staff were VERY friendly and helpful, others are clearly just here for the check. Used to be better, but its a decent tinge it for little kids.

We had an after school PTA night at this Chuck E Cheese. My son had a blast! The games are good, the pizza was delicious, and the staff was nice. Since it was busy, it seemed like they could have used some more help at the cashier area. My only complaint is that it could be updated. The puppets were in slow-mo, and Chuckee is missing an eye. Looks like he did prison time. Lol. Had a good time overall and will be back.UPDATE: we came back a week later and Chuckees eye is fixed! The puppets have more pep in their step as well.

Staff was friendly, I suggest going during the week when its a slower crowd if not you will experience parents and kids hogging the rides. They do have a very small section for kids 4 and under.

We went on a Monday around 11:30 when they just opened and there werent that many customers. I signed up for the rewards program and got a free pizza. The manager wouldnt give me the free pizza because he didnt see it on his screen. I showed him the available free pizza on my account and he still wouldnt honor it! Terrible customer service!! We left immediately and took my business elsewhere

Your kids can have fun, there is a pizza buffet, they have cupons online, good customer services. You do not have to pay admission to get in. They have good games. The only thing I dont like are the prices.

We drove from VA to see the half body animatronics. Staff was friendly but the center stage tv needed to be replaced since it was broken. But all in all my kid loved it!

Took my greatgrandchild there we had a great time most games was working,bathroom clean as waiting time none had tables enough for all.

Unlike most Chucky Cheeses Ive been to this one my shoes wasnt sticking to the carpet with every step. Its very clean and well maintained even at 7pm on a Friday night.
