Excellent customer service from the door to the table. The food arrived HOT and the entire staff was so personable and nice. The show was TOP NOTCH!!! Will definitely be back and bring friends. Hidden jewel. Try the Pimento Cheese & Crackers....ommmgggg so so good!!!

An absolute gem! I got surprised for my birthday and got to see the Sean Mason Trio. Simply spectacular venue. Everything a jazz lover wants - excellent acoustics, no bad viewing angles, well appointed, food and beverages. This has literally become my top, preferred venue after one visit! A must do in Charlotte any time Im there.

Excellent performance. The owner was there and was having a great time right along with us. He went around and had conversations with everyone. Very professional. Had a great time. Drinks were excellent as well

I havent gone to Middle C Jazz yet, but Im reviewing the customer service that I received from Sean Urquhart.I purchased 2 tickets for the wrong date and contacted Middle C Jazz the following day. Their website states no refund/transfers/exchanges, so I thought that I had lost out on money. Knowing that I had lost money because of my own mistake, I purchased ANOTHER round of tickets for the CORRECT date. It was 100% my fault. Sean Urquhart reached out to me the same day that I sent the email about what I did and transferred my tickets to the day that I had originally wanted. Before he sent me the transfer, remember, I had bought 2 more tickets. He refunded 2 and 2 got refunded from EventBrite. So I ended up not receiving any tickets. I had to purchase the tickets one more time and sent Sean YET ANOTHER email saying that I made the mistake and that I thought I was FINALLY all set. He called me right away to make sure that I had received the tickets and that everything was the way that I wanted it to be. He was so sweet and genuine and completely understanding.Now I understand why they dont accept refunds! Because of customers like me lol. Thank you SO much Sean for dealing with me today and for going out of your way to make sure I was good. Your customer service is suburb. I cant wait to finally visit Middle C Jazz this Friday October 23rd.

The performance was great...the setting was cozy but the service was least desirable. We had to ask waitress several times for the same items and she rarely checked on our party...had to place drink orders with another staff member.

Absolutely wonderful!! So much fun, attentive waitstaff, and great social distancing procedures. I will be back and cant wait to tell people about it!

Small, intimate venue with great music. The menu will suffice if you are hungry. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I sincerely enjoyed it! Nice vibe. Great show! Mr. Laws & son brought the house down! It was rather pricey for a night out.....over $100 should include orderves . But its my Birthday so well worth it. I do plan to return.

Amazing Spot!! We had an EPIC time...they had perfectly arranged seating due to Covid, we felt safe. The drinks were good, and so was the flat bread. All good, nothing but a great evening!!

The venue was intimate. The staff was professional and the food was outstanding! It was our first time and we are seriously considering to be a Grand Club member. Thoroughly enjoyed it!

Excellent venue. Good drinks! Friendly staff. Went there for New Years Eve celebration with Cuban Cowboys salsa band. Only drawback - small dance floor that was sticky and held together with clear packing tape. Not good for dancing salsa. Horrible on dance shoes. The venue should consider a better dance floor option, akin to the flooring in the bar area. Nevertheless, I will return for another jazz experience here.

I had the opportunity to check this place out. Didn’t have high hopes since the few jazz clubs in Charlotte have been a bust. I have been proven WRONG! This place is AMAZING! Our server, Robby, really set the tone for an amazing night. He was on it! And he was just the beginning of what makes this place so awesome. I think Middle C will be around for a LONG time here in Charlotte and if you get your other servers on par with Robby, the service cannot be beat. I will absolutely bring my colleagues here again!!

Came out to Middle C Jazz on Saturday and had a fantastic time. The entertainment and venue was phenomenal and the service was great! The host Mike Garcia took great care of our group of 8 guest and made sure everyone was informed of upcoming events. We will definitely be back.

Met friends at Middle C last Sunday and heard a great band. Conversation Piece. The band was awesome, service and drinks were great. I will definitely go back especially if Conversation Piece is performing!

The show was amazing. The venue, less so, but not a bad thing. The best part is you can park in the garage and walk directly to the club. Im something if a sound purist though and the sound quality overall was a B-.

Nice atmosphere. The staffs friendly and customer service is good. Its a great place for a night out to have a drink or listen to music.

Great live music. Just big enough to still have a cozy intimate feel. The food and drinks were good. Wait staff was courteous. Purchase tickets in advance.

Went for New Years 2020. Atmosphere was super fun and diverse. An amazing band too (Gino Castillo & the Cuban Cowboys).

We had a great time at Middle C Jazz. Really laid back atmosphere, staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Drinks were great and timely. Music was fantastic of course. Give it a try you will not be disappointed!!

2nd time visiting.....performances excellent....most of the service top notch....guess I made a mistake of asking for a.drink from the incorrect person. He said Im not a server Im a manager....and refused to accept my drink order. When I was informed of his position so rudely.i asked if he cud send a server but he did not!!!Never ever in a bar/grill establishment have I had some one so rudely inform me of their position as a guest/customer.... if you are apart of a mgmt team...you would ensure the customer is happy...he refused to serve me and I just paid his salary for the night by attending the show. How do you have someone like this as a representative of Middle C Jazz. Very poor taste.

Nice ambience, good band. They need more servers, the one girl that had our area took forever to get our drink order. Other than that it was a cool spot.

The vibe was really nice. Grown and sexy vibe. Looking forward to attending more events.

I went alone..I was greeted quite professionally and seated at GREAT TABLE up front with some very nice ladies..took quite a while..2 songs by the artist..before I was greeted by a server...when I did order came out quickly food and drink...the artist SUCH..was incredible...vibe was great...took the server quite a while to check back on me...at the end the server tells me to just sign here ..my tip was already included......FOR THE RECORD I AM A SERVER/ BARTENDER and I always tip well...but the server had taken it on herself to give herself A 25% tip....Remember she told me just sign dont worry about the tip it was included...when I questioned it she says oh u can change it to whatever u want...I still gave 20% but if she hadnt done that she would have gotten that 25% ..cause thats what I do... so please look at ur check before u sign...T.I.P. S. to insure proper service...didnt LIKE THAT AT ALL...
