I had a terrible experience with this company. They sub the artwork out to other people that come in and use their building or offices. Some guy hi-jacked my photo and called me to charge me more than I was quoted walking in. I specifically stated what I wanted to be done. Photo restoration. I got the 2 tears glued and that was it. They were telling I would get a digital copy of my photo along with a disk. I never asked for a digital copy nor a disk. However, that was supposed be at no charge due to mix up. I then questioned the cost for the restoration services for the price they were asking me to pay. The owner and I went back to back on emails. Just say they are not all together. O will not use their services again. I have used photo restoration services before on my graduation photo and it looks awesome. I will drive miles away for their services. No drama and straight up honest about what you can do. BEWARE is all I am saying.

Good art.Mixed results on restoration services. My latest were not on time and definitely not in budget: 5 weeks late and over $750 more than I had agreed to pay.Other projects have been on time and in budget.Very good selection of frames and mats.

I recently have my antique portrait painting restored, they did a great work. And Mr. Thompson is a very good person, I will come again if I have other painting to repair in the furture.

I am a painter worked and sell there. Its a home away from home !!!
