In November 2020 I hosted the launch of The Local Foreigner - Charlotte, a luxury travel consultancy, at The Collectors Room by Beau Monde. Along with L. Ferguson Events, the team at The Collectors Room went above and beyond to thoughtfully design our Wine and Wanderlust client event and effortlessly aligned with our brand. Throughout the entire planning process I felt confident leaving the details to these outstanding professionals. I cant think of a better space and team to work with in Charlotte and I am excited to partner with them again in the future.

Three weeks before my Wedding I received terrible news that my venue had closed down permanently due to a Bankruptcy. I was overwhelmed, stressed, sad, mad - just all the emotions you could possibly feel. I didnt know HOW I was going to find a venue that I liked or even LOVED that could compare to my former Venue until I walked into The Collectors Room. Katie greeted me upon entry with the biggest and sincere smile and you could tell she felt my pain in her eyes. Needless to say, I BOOKED the venue. Not just because it was absolutely beautiful, but because of the customer service I received from the minute my Mom and I walked through the door. Katie was so easy to talk to - she NEVER missed an email and was there with me literally every step of the way to answer any questions I needed, and when youre a Bride thats what you look for! If you want a unique space thats NOT cookie cutter with exceptional service then this is the place for you! Dont hesitate :)

Katie was amazing to work with and made the process of touring, booking, and prepping for our wedding seamlessly. She is always there either through email or phone to answer questions and very patient to work with, especially during the pandemic. We initially saw the venue at the beginning of its renovations and she helped us envision what our wedding would look like and we were ecstatic with how the venue turned out! We instantly connected with Katie since the beginning. She has also been super accommodating which we really appreciate. She is wonderful to work with and we were so happy with how our wedding ceremony turned out! We cannot recommend her enough and The Collectors Room! We love the venue and the way you can customize the layout to how you want it to be!

THE BEST! The team at TCR was top-notch and they were incredibly accommodating with every request/last-minute change, etc. Both Katie and Ben couldnt have been more helpful in making sure everything was handled before we even thought to worry about it. The space is beautiful and they do everything to make sure your event is just as you planned (better even)!

Okay, give me a minute to brag on this place... Im a wedding planner, and I recently started working with The Collectors Room when one of my 2021 couples booked there. This venue is amazing! If youre looking for something different than the standard barn or ballroom, this is the place for you. I love the intricate details here, but also the blank canvas feel that you can literally do ANYTHING with the space. I also have to mention, Katie has been so incredibly kind and helpful throughout this entire process. If youre looking for a beautiful spot with incredible service, this is the one!

Let me start by saying that everyone at The Collectors Room was very helpful and responsive. That make the space even more beautiful, the possibilities are endless. I would recommend The Collectors Room 100x over!

Coordinated two short turnaround events with Katie at The Collectors Room and she was a pleasure to work with and the space is super versatile. We needed to plan a COVID-safe event and she took charge on making sure all distancing was maintained by measuring out tables, taping walkways, etc. and filled the extra space very nicely so the room did not feel empty. She was the perfect balance of laid back and detailed. The space really can be transformed to meet many purposes!

We hosted our proposal/engagement party at The Collectors Room in Southend, Charlotte. From beginning to end, Katie was AMAZING to work with! The venue is absolutely STUNNING and the small details make it even better! We hope to host another event here in the near future. I can not recommend The Collectors Room and Katie enough! Thank you for all you did to make my daughters engagement party dreams come true. (June 2020)

Upon first meeting Mary Sue Boyle, the owner, I fell in love with her warm heart and more than accommodating personality. She was more than attentive in ensuring that I had all of the information I needed to close the deal with her. She made the decision process so easy that I did not really check anywhere else. Upon entering the space I could see it transformable into a magical space. They took care of the cocktails (specialty cocktails), in house bartender, and a DJ as well as set up for the catered food and all of the decorations for a REALLY great value price. I felt like a VIP at my own event the way they took care of EVERY detail. Ben was a gracious bartender and Katie was a great assistant to Mary Sue during the evening ensuring my guests and I were comfortable and had everything we needed. EVERYTHING. The communication was fantastic as I only had 2 weeks to plan the entire event. I spent zero time doing anything but curating the guest list and telling Mary Sue the vendors I wanted to work with for additional food and decorations. The ownership CARES about their clients. This is a hidden gem in South End---and is attached to a gorgeous art gallery so it not only adds square footage to the space, but a cool space for guests to view and appreciate art. Their relationships with other vendors shows how they take care of people they work with as well---they have one of the best DJs in Charlotte, as I discovered DJ Spontaneous and I barely had a one time email exchange to give him the vibe I wanted. HE NAILED IT and everyone there is super professional. The night exceeded my expectations and was MAGICAL.

This event space is a true GEM! We hosted our son’s Bar Mitzvah party in November at the Collectors Room and the space was outstanding. The Elder Gallery is stunning and the Collectors Room was transformed into a cool club vibe with fabulous moveable spacious areas and wonderful acoustics. The service that we received was impeccable and they helped with every request. They were delightful with our party planner and all of our vendors. We looked at over 10 spaces, and this was the first full service space that we found in Charlotte that was elegant and modern. The staff at the Collectors Room helped us execute a seamless event. Highly Recommended!!!!!

Met with the owners on a school trip. The detail with this event space is amazing, covered in vibrant modern contemporary art. The event space also offers onsite catering by a caterer they provide, which can help take the stress off wedding planners or event planners. If looking for a space in CLT for an event or wedding this is the place you want!

What an amazing experience! I can not say enough wonderful things about The Collectors Room. We attended a mixology event followed by a delicious dinner, hosted by the owners. If you are considering The Collectors Room for your next event, the team will ensure every detail is planned to perfection.
