Mr. Howard Glover is an enthusiastic teacher. He commands the attention of his students with humor and excitement. Mr. Glover’s love for teaching in non traditional ways is effective in both small and large audiences. I highly recommend him and his archery class. My pastor was still bragging Sunday morning about the great experience he and the youth had the day before. The archery class is fun for both youth and adults. Safety is enforced. We’re looking forward to our next class!

Ive had a tremendous experience. Youre treated as family and Mr. Glover definitely has a genuine passion for children. He has been successful at providing tips and strategies to allow me to effectively reach my child on his level. We currently attend Zoom Meeting for mentoring sessions and Ive seen a lot of growth within my son. Hes not just a mentor he checks in during his time to make sure things are going well, considers you as family!! Its a blessing to be connected with the right people thats Goal is to help you and your family grow and be successful.Thanks for all you do!!!

WOW! Just had a phone call with Lamar. While I have not had a chance to personally meet him, all I can say is WOW!. Love his vision and would welcome him into my house to help work with my kids to better their archery .My hat is off to you Lamar, look forward to working with you in the future.

Hard Grinderz offer wonderful programs for youths and families in the community. They focus on giving young athletes education and mentoring opportunities. They empower young men and boys by cultivating and building character through competitions. Highly recommended organization.

They came and taught youth the principles of archery. Very encouraging and patient with the youth and lead them to these values by example. It was amazing to see them shine and watch them be empowered in this activity. The youth wanted more! Will definitely have them again.

Out of the box programming; not playing with your life but changing your life....Hard Grinderz/DYP. Still grinding hard with Hard Grinderz. Im about 3 months in with Archery class and Im already hitting bullseyes from 20 yards away, which isnt easy. The best thing about this organization are the witnessing and experiencing of great results.
