Kids had a great time. Only problem was staff could be a lil nicer they are working with kids. Stuffed crust pizza was good.

Visited this location while on a trip visiting family. The pizza was typical Chuck E. Cheese pizza and prepared and delivered in a good time. Restaurant was clean as were bathrooms. Lost the two stars due to a number of broken games or games not giving tickets. Would have been a significant improvement to have a team member monitoring the game area.

They was wiping everything down taking temps etc. Only so many allowed to go in at a time they have definitely did some changes for covid!

We had my sons 8th Birthday party here today. It was AMAZING!!!!!!!!! This place is so clean and well kept. The pizza was so good. They set everything up for us. There were 6 parties at the same time and they had a server who had a family emergency so they were short staffed. Believe me when I tell you that had they not told me I would NEVER have known. They apologized multiple times, which was unnecessary since it was some of the best service I have ever encountered. Our waitress checked on us frequently and even the manager checked on us a few times. My son and his friends had an absolute blast. I can say honestly that I 100% would do a party here again. Thank you for giving us such a stress free kids party.

My son always has the time of his life here, one of the great things of it all is that rather your kid is alone or someone they will still have fun regardless. Also to note, I love the blue light stamps they give to the parent and child as a safety feature of no one taking your child.

A kids paradise. Love the Pizza and salad bar. Love the fact that people are at the door in case your child gets away. My kid loves it and that’s all that matters

Great place for the kids to run around and have fun, love the idea that you can just swipe a card (Play Pass) to play any game. Its usually always crowded but it doesnt stop the kids from having fun.

The kids love it. Make sure they wash their hands alot. Sometimes sick kids are in the mix . There is no way they can clean in-between players. So maybe sanitizer gel between games.

They need to expand, so many kids and parents it was like bumping elbows with everyone. Kids watching 5 to 10 mins. Just toplay one game. Need more room and games.

The kids love it. The pizza is what you expect. Im not happy with the new pricing scheme. They used to have a deal with a large pizza, 4 drinks, I think, and 30 tokens for less than $30. Now the pizza & drink deal is almost that much and another $20 or so for the token/points (theyve gone to a swipe card for points or you can do minutes). Its almost twice as much as before. I did discover that Sams Club has $50 of Chuckie gift cards for $37. Ill be doing that next time.

This place has changed a lot since last I was here. The food not as good as I remebered, but the new way of play is better in terms of price. I do miss the tokens though.

The place where a kid can be a kid! The games all worked but some were out of tickets. The employees fixed the ticket problem as soon as we told them about it. The new card system they use instead of tokens is a lot better. The pizza is great and skeeball is the best game ever. Thank Chucky!

Food is high no where for the toddlers to play and crawl. Chuck E. Cheese is not the same. The damn mouse was even boring. I enjoyed my family and friends.

Was lots of fun playing games and dancing with Chucky, but the food is extremely high and the pizza is dry, hardly any sauce.

Pizza is decent. Games are carnival style skill games. Definitely get the play pass for a time limit instead of the credit limit. A single play on a game can be done in about 15 seconds. The timed pass is the much better value. You can even pause the time once and not worry about wasting it while you eat.

My kids had a fantastic experience and can’t wait to go back. However, I was ready to leave before I walked in the door.I’m an adult. They serve pizza, have games and play music so loud you’ll quickly begin to question your sanity and wonder how you survived being a kid.What else can I say?

High quality quinine, live entertainment, they dont let you in by your self if your under 18

Great place for birthday parties staff does an amazing job

Had a great time at ChuckECheese...we paid for 30min of time and got to play as much as we could. Well worth the money along as you play as many games as you can and not waste your time!!!

Very disappointed in this place, we had a problem with our card and the manager just said he couldnt fix it. I got 3 cards, two with 30 minutes and one with 60. The 60 minutes one did not pause when we tried to pause them all to eat. When we went to play it only had like 6 minutes left when the 30 still had more. I tried to explain and he said none of your cards were paused. If that was the case then my 30 minute cards would have been completely gone. It was really frustrating because it a birthday and we couldnt get him another card. We will not be back due to lack of management trying to actually help us.

The condition of the Studio C Beta 16M was Excellent despite of the problem with the Pizza Time Clock. Good to go on a weekday if you are part of the Chuck E. Cheese Fandom.

The store was clean, and the staff was friendly. There was lots of different games, and a few photo booths. $20 for 60 mins of play was good value.

Wonderful for childrens parties. Even if theyre not super huge parties. My brother had a blast and and I love the pizza. Awesome ice cream machine too. I loved the fruit Popsicles I got out of it. Definitely a fantastic trip. I think the only way I wouldve liked it more is by being a kid again.

Great way to entertain the family for a couple hours.It can get a little pricey for our budget,so we go when theyre offering 30 min of game play for $10.This works well for our family since the kids are ready to go after a couple hours anyhow.We always have a LOT of fun,would definitely recommend!

Trying to figure out prices is impossible. and the way to the token “credit cards” work is confusing ! Do you need one per child. Can more then one child use the card ? Can’t figure out if we can bring our own cake for a birthday party or if we HAVE to plan the party through you guys.

It was extremely crowded when we were there and a lot of the games were out of tickets/tokens. It was very clean and the food was very good when it finally came but again it was super packed Saturday 2/16/2019. 1 kids chicken nuggets basket to 46 minutes thats a bit long to make a child wait.

Too expensive by design. They know if you bring the kids there youll pay for what they offer!! Just paid 241.00 for a 2hr party then another 100.00 to play games and such... Ridiculous

My daughter absolutely loves this place. this is the second year we have had her birthday party at this location. The price for the party is great. However, the staff as friendly as they are, are not always the best at what they do. Most of them are kids so they dont do a bad job, just at times it can be frustrating.

Lots of games for kids of all ages. Food was good too. Wish they did a stage show like billy Bobs though. But awesome time!!

Had my sons birthday party here, the staff was excellent and more then accommodating. Hannah, the girl that hosted my party was great! I could tell that she truly liked her job..you dont see that very often, especially at a place like that. I cant wait to take him back.

The birthday coordinator was great, friendly staff and ours stuck with us and handled my son so well. I felt like she really cared about us and it was more than I couldve asked for. She did go above and beyond to help me.

Chuck E. Cheeses is a great place to take the kids with fun games and prizes. Also a plus is they stamp the kids and adults and check to make sure that someone is not trying to leave with a child they are not supposed to. Always look forward to going and having fun with the kiddo.

I enjoyed this place. The only issue I had is they stamp your hand going in and give your kids matching ones and mine has worn off the last two times before we left and they weren’t going to let me take my kids. They had to ask my kids if they knew me and if they felt comfortable leaving with me. I know it’s for safety and I appreciate it but when the kids say it’s okay you don’t have to keep asking them questions. Especially my daughter who is shy and won’t talk to people that she doesn’t know.

Overpriced. The kids working there really need some education regarding customer service. Not near enough games and poor choice of game variety. They really should have a ballpit and play area. Burger King puts them to shame. Also, the person in the Chuck E Cheese costume could not have been less engaging or enthusiastic. Literally just walked through for 30 seconds like they hated the place and their life.

It was fun till the guy who was behind the counter got an attitude with my daughter when it came to picking out stuff for her tickets! If you dont like kids cool find another profession! Other then wanting to slap the fire outta him it was awesome!

They took out the ball pit you now use credit cards and it pretty much upset me that they teach the kids how to use credit cards and bonuses and points. They are kids. For some reason they still have the old tacky tickets. With the ball pit being out its more sanitary but also when you run out of money or points on the little credit cards they give the kids youre pretty much out of things to do. Close to a lot of fast food places and Walmart. can you load the card by half hour hour and so on once it runs out youre done Ill buy one card for an hour and let all of my kids use it to play the games $15 is a half an hour or 45 min. I think 25/30$ one hour and so on. Can reserve parties.

Had a great time at a 2 yr old little girls party. The kids had a blast the adults got to be big kids. It was much fun. Thanks guys keep up the smiles

Its a fun place to take your kids but it is very expensive. Almost $100 in 2 hours for two kids two-player games and eat a pizza.

Good place. Still pricey but love the all you can play for a certain amount of time cards now. Need to do a better job on the toys You exchange your tickets for. Tje biggest problem I had was nothing for the younger kids. My grand daughter is 2.

I never do this type of thing, but I am 17 years old. My friends and I were all looking for some fun and we are all 17, we drove all the way there. Only to get to the counter and the guy asks if any of us are 18. We say no, we are 17. We thought well dang, if one of us is 18 we can’t go in without a little one. The guy then said that he couldn’t let us in because we didn’t have someone 18 with us. Keep in mind we were all 17 and had NO little kids with us. Quite ridiculous if you ask me

Itd been at least 4-5 yrs since wed been to this location and now they do cards instead of tokens which is fine, but educate your employees on this fact and the differences between the time card vs. the token card! The woman that stamped our hands had no idea about either and with the time card she basically said if you select 60 min and your time is up you cant play anymore, but she failed to say that there are pause stations and you can pause your time card to eat, use the bathroom, etc. which would have been extremely helpful when making our decision. A handful of games werent working appropriately, because they would take a token from your card then not let you play... Normally, this wouldnt be such a big deal and you could just flag someone down to fix it but when they only had 3 employees working its not an ideal situation for anyone.. Lastly, it was absolutely burning up in there so much so that kids were sweating! Its summer, quit being cheap and turn up the AC.

I may be an adult, but I will always love ski ball here, two of the ski ball machines werent working, theyd let you play but wouldnt give you tickets (I suspect they were out). Some poor kids wasted their limited games without getting anything toward a prize, I reported this but only one of the machines actually got filled.

Families get matching invisible ink stamps on the arm checked at exit. Generally clean, friendly atmosphere. Pizza was good... Not great, but good. Chuck E came out and danced with the kids.
