Very good COVID-19 precautions and not to crowded. Check in faster if you do the waiver online. Others a military discount. They have a separate space for smaller children (10 and younger) but they also have the choice of free range throughout the entire building.

It was a really fun experience. All you do is jump! Even adults can partake in the fun as well. Its a great place for parties and individual fun days with your kids.

I had my sons 8th bday party here and they made the whole kid party process a breeze. You get a party coordinator that does everything so you can just sit back and relax. The managers were constantly walking around, readily available to help. Just and all over great experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I would like to update this review because I feel like not everyone shares their experience with this place considering I have seen a lot of reviews similar to mine. When I was 17 years old I was visiting my friends in Charleston and we wanted to go to this new place, which was Velocity. Never tried it. So my friends who were actually the same age I was were allowed to go in without a parent/guardian or someone 18, but I was a little confused so I asked a employee I saw. Didn’t know who she was, but apparently I was talking to the manager; very sweet at first in my thoughts. She told me since I was 17, I couldn’t go in without a parent/guardian or someone who can watch over me that’s 18+ just in case I get hurt, so luckily I had a friend who was 20 and I asked him if he could help me get in. Didn’t think of it as a big deal since we both went up to the front desk and there was a male employee who allowed this to happen, seeing my ID and everything. And I also bought it with my debit card, so I also have a visible transaction. I go in for not even 20 minutes and a woman approaches me, another employee and says I need to talk to the lady over near the stairs. I was very confused and I asked one of my friends to come with me. As soon as I walked over to her she started yelling at me accusing me of stealing from their place of business and I need to get out. I mean she was YELLING. It was embarrassing because she was treating me like a criminal and I didn’t know what the hell was going on. I even looked confused and asked “ma’am what are you talking about? Why am I getting kicked out?” I didn’t get mad at her at first, I was just taken back at the way she talked to me was disgusting and appalling. She angrily explained that I wasn’t supposed to go in there because I had already talked to her earlier and she said I wasn’t allowed to go in. Then I explained that well I have a friend who has his ID that got me in because he’s over 18 and YOUR employee had no problem or made any statement about me going in. She got very frustrated and said she was going to call the cops on me, and she didn’t care about what I had to say, which was very VERY unnecessary considering the fact I was just trying to understand where she felt the need to 1) kick me out and 2) be rude to me. It was a very traumatic situation because for OBVIOUS reasons i felt like I wasn’t being treated fairly. I was very confused, I didn’t understand why she just didn’t kindly explain if I was wrong to go in, even though their employees let me in, I had a wrist band on that I paid for, and also had the receipt and debit card transaction. The cop showed up I tried to explain but I was so traumatized all I can do is cry and even when I was crying and pleading that I wasn’t this person she painted me out to be my friend and I got banned for NOTHING. I was threatened multiple times to be arrested. I was traumatized, I have NEVER been through something like this. When my mother showed up to figure out what was going on and to give me a ride, the cop threatened to arrest her. I lost it. The amount of disgrace I saw within this business had me bewildered. I literally thought, all of this over what? I didn’t STEAL anything! I didn’t fight anyone! I didn’t even yell at anyone, of course until they threatened to arrest my mother. I was hysterical. I was NOT causing a scene. I feel like the manager was trying to paint a picture of me that was NOT true. I find that so stereotypical for someone to do to a person of color like me since I wasn’t the one who instigated yelling and hollering. I’m not a criminal, I wasn’t this belligerent black girl waving her hands, and the friends that stayed behind and their parents were support on that. I just got accepted to college, I was enjoying my time with my friends and never would I have thought this would happen. It still annoys me to this day. If this manager is still here, I hope she had some new training done, but no one should be treated like that.

Great place for kids to burn off energy but really expensive (a two hrs jump ticket is $26 per child, and doesnt include the bounce houses, which are an additional charge-normally not a big deal but my youngest wanted her big sibs to bounce with her ). No snack bar, just vending machines. There is an arcade where almost all games are a dollar per game.Trampoline park and activities are very fun for bigger kids, just make sure you get a Groupon or other deal!

The kids love this place! Jump, jump and jump! This indoor trampoline park is great for kids of all ages! Look them up under thier new name Flight Fit N Fun! This place features an Arcade, Jump castles, an American Ninja Warrior course and tons or trampolines and jumping/falling related activity. Staff is friendly and helpful!

So this jump park is great and kids had fun except one of the employees was pretty rude to my 6 year old. He wanted to be on his big brothers dodgeball team and she refused over and over. Perhaps some retraining for some employees is in order. Overall was a good visit and would come back.

Fun place to wear the kids out. For one price you can spend an hour on trampolines, jumping into foam pits, playing dodge ball or basketball, or testing your abilities on the Ninja course. Parents can either pay and participate or just watch their kids. For more there are bounce houses and an arcade area. Employees are always nice and helpful.

Went for a kids party and had a good time. Arcade and photo booth are entertaining to adults that dont want to bounce. Positive experience.

Terrible, paid talked with front counter to ensure the socks I had were ok for jumping they said youre all set. Go to start jumping we were stopped told socks were no ok and needed to purchase other socks, told them we were given the thumbs up by the front desk. Told the manager he needed to talk to the people up front, instead out of nowhere police officers show up, said we were asked to leave and refused., complete fabrication my wife already switched the socks without further discussion. This manager is too inexperienced if this is how handles a minor disagreement

First time here. The staff was really nice and understand, made me feel at home.

I love this place! We try to go at least twice a month during the week days as we home school. The staff is great and very helpful. The place is clean and friendly. Even the bathrooms are clean and bright. One does have to time it right as they let people in every half hour. Make sure to make time to fill out the required forms to allow your children to play on the equipment. One does also have to invest in special socks but these clean up nice and are reusable. They do special events and have a space for bounce castles for little ones. This is my definite go to place when it is raining outside.

Its an amazing place to go jump at when you have down time, and its a great workout (cardio wise). Velocity is also amazing to at; the atmosphere is just amazing, everyone there is super nice and welcoming. I honestly love Velocity. 10/10 would recommend people to go or work there

Kids had a great time. Adults impressed with cleanliness and friendly staff. Staff very watchful of people coming in. Adult son met us there so he walked in alone and staff walked over to him,5 feet into the entrance. Watchful security.

Went to this location for a senior get together... No I dont mean old person senior but a high school senior get together where I was a chaperone. Kids had a blast and all 290 of them came home smelling like feet. Nothing like having the rest of your school day reeking of Bo... But man they had fun at this great establishment.

The air castle part was cool and priced decent because I only had one kid. 8 bucks isnt bad for an all day pass. The games were not worth it at all.

I’m 30 years old and absolutely love this place! I bring friends, family, and military friends here every chance I have or at least advertise to them about it! There’s so much to do with a variety of activities for all ages. The only thing I wish they had was an adult session so I’m not so nervous around roaming kiddos. Going the last 2 hrs they’re open is the closest I can get to less kids running around. All around, I love this place! That’s only a suggestion. :)

I love Velocity! I think the space theme is so neat and its so fun! As an adult it really gives you a chance to be a kid again and I think thats really great.

Great place for the kids to have fun and the parents to get some chill time or uninterrupted email checking time. Theres a mini arcade with some great games, my favorite is Down the Clown. Theres a card that pays for the game and stores the tickets from each game. Theres also several bounce houses inside with parent seating. These are some good bounce houses too, they can take an adult jumping. Then the main event the trampoline park at least 20,000 sq ft +-. Very well kept jump area. Referees are everywhere to keep an eye on the kids. $8 to jump in the bounce houses and 12 to jump trampolines and $3 socks, the socks have the thick silicone not the cheap ones. The staff is all friendly and will try their best to get everyone on the trampolines and in on the fun. Oh yea there is also a ninja warrior like course and huge foam pits. The wall art is cool and interesting. Over all a great trip everytime, this one is my second trip. Will come back, will recommend. A must do when your tired from working and your kid is acting like the energizer bunny. They jump you relax. Worth every dollar.

This place is great fun for the kids! Worth the money. I believe they should have a more secure system. Someone should be at the door to make sure the children cant go outside without their parents. But all in all, a fun place!

There is a hard concrete slab in the middle of the trampoline park. We were new to the park and not warned about it, it was dark. My son broke a bone in his foot after hitting it in the middle of a flip. Its so dangerous! Cant believe they allow this. I would never return to this place again.

Place is good. We go for the jump castles as my kids are younger. It is $10 per kid for unlimited. They have arcade games but the dozen or so they have are $1 per game, average around 10 to 20 tickets a game (if you know what you are doing). Prize counter is expensive as well. A jolly rancher is 20 tickets. A tiny plastic slinky is 50.Good for jump castles, but save the games for Chuck E Cheese.

Loads of fun. A bit expensive when you have a bigger family, but still fun. The place has been clean every time weve been. Lockers would be nice, but I leave everything in the car just to be safe knowing there isnt any.Good place to go to get some exercise and tire out the kids lol.

Not what I was expecting and so glad! I thought it was going to be several binds of jumpy things full of unsupervised children and it so was NOT! Several spacious areas to jump or play dodge ball, ramps to climb and areas designated for younger jumpers. My children loved it.

Always a good time, but new company running this needs to get it together. Had some issues with new policies and trying to redeem a coupon I got via email 7/17/18. The coupon said it was valid for 30 days. The manager on duty told us that they dont accept these coupons anymore as they have a new company running it now and their General Manager told them they cannot by any means take these coupons any longer. It is not the consumers fault that they didnt update their policies upon taking over the company. They had the time to update the waivers and sent a mass email regarding that and so maybe should have done the customer a service by sending an email stating their new policies. The manager on duty was very helpful and kept his cool in discussing this issue with us and said he will take the heat for honoring the coupon..... as companies should. God forbid they lose 2 ticket prices for today when we would most likely be back again. Not impressed with the shady business practice so far.

Lots of fund for kiddos. Indoor trampoline and Ninja Obstacle Course. Also, has dodge ball, air slam basketball, separate area for little kids, and a small arcade area. It has other areas/activities listed on its website. Hosts birthday parties and voted Best Place for Birthdays in Charleston. There are a lot of vending machines with small snacks, Gatorade, water, soda, etc. The machines take credit cards for people like me who never have cash. There is a small seating area for parents or other people that are waiting for kids to finish jumping or maybe just to sit down and relax for a moment. The establishment also requires a waiver to be signed for the children to participate. The waiver has to be by signed by responsible adult over age of 18 and a drivers license or state Issued identification required to confirm identification. They may also take other forms of ID that Im not aware of so for best information check out their website where you can download the waiver and find it other useful pertinent information. The only thing that I dont like about this establishment is that there is no snack bar or adequate lounge for waiting parents. If theyre having a really busy day sometimes you cant find a place to sit. My kids love it and are always asking to go with friends Recommend checking it out as its something new to do and its indoors for those rainy days. Happy jumping!

They are unorganized they charged me for extra for six extra jumpers and I only had two extra jumpers they told me they don’t give refunds even after they screw up they are horrible people that are unorganized yes my kids did have fun but when it comes to me I overpaid and they was not willing to refund anything another thing I was suppose to receive party bags but never did they are horrible I would not recommend it please if there’s another velocity anywhere go there do not come to the one in North North Charleston if you’re throwing a party it is horrible I was charged seven dollars for 14 jumpers for the extra 30 minutes (seven dollars per jumper) and the guy pulled them off the floor and they didn’t get the whole 30 minutes because they were told their time was up.

My kids love this place. They have a section for toddlers which is nice. My only complaint is that its a little expensive.

Great place to take kids for a safe, fun time! They have plenty of responsible workers watching to make sure everything runs smooth in all jump areas. Very secure. Very clean. My grandchildren loved it! Will definitely be going back.

We have so much fun our experience was really good the only thing I didnt like was the part that before you go in you have to fill a lot of information just for go inside. Very important that water in the bendy machine was very experienced $2.00 for a bottle of water was ridiculous. Other then that was a really good experience. 1 hour was enough for my kids is really exhausted for them.

The rules at this place are ridiculous. We are a military family, move often and have been to many different trampoline parks and have never experienced anything like this. We will never return.

Its really a fun place to be. Kids will love it. But its so expensive if you have more than 1 kid. For a family of 5, you will easily spend $75 for just one hour and really, one hour is not enough. My boys ask for 2 and thats just outrageous. Lower the price or have a frequent visitor program and big, average income families will be able to visit more than 3 times a year.

Fun place for a family. Kind of pricey but lately weve gotten email specials for 2 hours of play for the price of one hour. Plus they now offer a all day special price. You have to use their socks, so we keep ours and wash them to use again. Theyre ok with that. Its got an arcade to keep you busy as play times are every half hour. They also offer jump castle time that you can get with your purchase otherwise its more if you pay for it by itself at another time. There is a age/ height limit so check online. They often offer specials on holidays which is great when kids are home and getting antsy because its too hot to play outside or a rainy day.

Got to visit with my baby brother. The service was responsive and fast, and spectation areas were plentiful enough. Trampolines were nice and springy and there were many extra trampoline activitys. The Ninja course was a fun romp through and through and was fun for sports maniacs. Despite the fun activities there was one specific problem, The place smelled atrocious and made me and others feel somewhat sick. Although nose blindness can negate the issue its not a great first impression for many. Overall great place though, just could use more sanatation.
