Great place to live. Quiet park. Close to everything I need. Close to both I-26 and I-526. Short distance to downtown.

I have some workers and also one of my old bosses used to live in this neighborhood which is strictly trailers / manufactured homes but nothing wrong with that. Its a quiet place I really dont hear about too many calls going to this place or too many sirens. Its also pretty clean place to the management keeps it nice and Im pretty sure there are some amenities in there but Im not sure. If youre looking for a place, like Apartments but your neighbors arent beside you and above you grab a spot in here if it comes up for rent. You can go in the place and drive through it but please abide by all the rules

Quiet and friendly neighborhood even though I only stopped by to see a friend.

I visit friend, it is quiet and alot of families live there. It is obvious the Park Owners enforce rules because this park does not look like the ones in North Charleston.

The office people are very rude to guests. Also treat residents rudely.

The ladies in the office are very rude & need a serious attitude adjustment! Bad for your business. Great place to live other than that.

I have lived here for over 5 years. Yes they looked closed with no note on office door for snow storm last week,I will be furious while on disability if they charge me a late fee if they even open tomorrow..
