If youre not careful, you will walk right past a truly amazing local artist that puts his heart and soul into capturing the beauty of Charleston. Each piece of art has a little history on the back explaining the image, and he even includes a piece of material the buildings are made out of. Im so glad we happened across this gallery. And on top of the wonderful artwork, he has the two sweetest and cutest puppy co-workers that love belly scratches! Stop by after you walk around Rainbow Row to take a piece of Charleston home with you!

Great art with a story

This is a small gallery filled with charming artwork. The owner and artist W. Hampton Brand draws images of Charleston and puts them on slates from historic buildings, so they are truly pieces of history! My husband and I were in Charleston for only a couple of days and werent planning on taking any tours of the city. When we started talking with W. Hampton Brand about his art, he pretty much told us the history of Rainbow Row and the area around it. We truly enjoyed our conversation with him and now have his artwork hanging in our home reminding us of our visit to beautiful Charleston.

Unique works of art and historic treasures. Very friendly owner. A must visit in Charleston!
