Highly recommend! We went Sunday night and the place to ourselves. They have a summer special for $15, you get two games of laser tag and 30 minutes in the arcade. Imran, the owner, was so nice and they place was very clean! They provide gloves and you have to wear a mask. Great indoor fun to beat the heat!

We are from out of town and we were looking for something local to take the kids too and came upon this place. It is by far one of the cleanest arcades I have visited. The staff is friendly, respectful and very patient. I say this because I brought my 5 kids and they were all over the place. The staff was very helpful towards us. They have an escape room adventure as well as laser tag. Our family played laser tag, it was fun and we definitely got a workout from it. Lol They also have a food court area with a variety of food options. Their wings are finger licking good. Fun place for the entire family.

Great interactive and arcade style fun. There are escape rooms and lazer tag in addition to other games. Clean and spacious. There is free wifi and espresso and Latte offerings by illy cafe. Great for birthday parties and special occasions. There are a variety of food offerings as well.

This place is so fun to experience. My friends and I did the escape room and had a blast! The staff are so wonderful. And the escape room plot was so intriguing and compelling. I would definitely go there again even to experience the same escape room plot again. This place is not just for little kids, adults can also go there to spend an evening of hilarity with their friends. There is also amazing food. You will not be disappointed.

We decided to check it out and it was really fun, the General Manager named Imran was super nice with us, he provided us information and showed the laser room. We spent 1 hour there even that we didn’t plan go there and it was amazing, they provided gloves, hand sanitizer and the place looks cleaned. Definitely we will be back soon.

Thrill Zone is a hidden gem in Chantilly, Va. we had my sons 10th Birthday Party here. The staff is so helpful and attentive. The Laser tag is great and the Escape room was fun. The Arcade has some really fun games. It’s clean bright and a lot of fun. Highly recommend.

This place is the best!I usually take my kids to D&B but this place is a way better than D&B! I didnt know about thrill zone until i heard it from a friend who happened to went to grocery next to this place. (Hope thrill zone promotes the place more actively!)Thrill zone management is very good with any party accommodations and it is very kids friendly environment. Clean and brighter interior where i can actually see and be able take pics of my kids enjoying the games with their friends! Just had my sons birthday party here. Facility is clean and staffs were all very friendly. My son had a wonderful time and enjoyed that it was a 2 level laser tag room. And I have to say their pizza is pretty good compared to other places we have had. We will come again.

We had our son’s 6 birthday party here last weekend and loved it!Thrill Zone is new, clean and very well maintained. The food tasted fresh, we ordered the cheese pizza, chicken tenders, chicken wings and samosas. The room attendant assigned to us was AMAZING! He was very attentive the entire time and helped decorate the room with our theme.We’ve done the whole Monkey Joe’s, Launch, Kid Junction party circuit before and this was by far our favorite. I was concerned that some of our party guests would be to young to play laser tag but all the kids had a blast! We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Even though the group was loud and a bit rowdy, the staff was friendly, courtious, and patient with them. We felt well taken care of. My kids both asked to come back soon, and we sure will. We had my kids 8th birthday last month, at Thrill zone. The kids enjoyed it a lot. My son said it was his best birthday ever!!!. The laser tag and video games were a great fun for them. Amazing place to have a birthday party for sure. The funtendents who manage the party are top notch. Best in the area. They book fast in the school year so make sure to book early. They will accommodate if they have rooms available and will rent out the dining room of their immaculate cafe.The food is amazing for any style pizza place. I would suggest coming to play a game or a few and checking out the laser tag!!!! But only after seeing the two escape rooms! They are well managed with puzzles that will challenge you!!!! All around I give thrill zone 19/10

By far the easiest birthday party weve ever hosted. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, everything ran smoothly and on time, and the kids had a blast. I wouldnt hesitate for a second to host another party here.

Its really a great place for kids. I havent tried the escape rooms but the arcade games are pretty decent for kids. Games start at 4 credits and the max per game is 12. So u wont be breaking your bank very badly. I havent tried the food so I am not sure how it is.

I went here for my birthday party. The party was well organized by the thrill zone workers, we even ended up getting a free laser tag game at the end of it! I had a blast with the arcade games, escape rooms, laser tags, and their food was delicious so I definitely recommend having a party here.

Included laser tag, arcade games, and room for 2 hours with pizza for all.Was skeptical coming in to be honest, so many of these entertainment places just take your money and and throw the kids at whatever the primary showcase of entertainment source is; but here at Thrillzone the staff was on point. They serviced the kids with a smile, were very attentive and patient with the kids at the end of the day when collecting tickets; and really made the difference with my whole experience at Thrillzone.Would highly recommend anybody looking to throw a party for kids.Will definitely be back, met one half of the owners and was extremely impressed with the care and desire to provide a great service for entertainment.

We had 2 simultaneous baseball team end of year parties at Thrill Zone last night, 2 different age groups with no connection other than a shared coach. When I called to schedule these they were happy to accommodate a few special requests for us. They seamlessly ran both parties, feeding one while the other played their first round of laser tag, and then switched. The staff were all young professionals, even the party hosts, and everything went smoothly and they checked multiple times to make sure we were happy with how the parties were proceeding.There are several options in our area for laser tag, this was the biggest arena Ive seen, with two levels and game incentives to move around and not just hide out in one spot. Theres also a window where parents can watch from which was fun, as well as a tv screen to watch the action. The arcade had favorite games as well as the newest games, some wed only seen at Dave and Busters before. The whole place was clean.Biggest surprise? The cafe! Its larger than most kid entertainment facility cafes, and the menu is also unique. It turns out the guy running it has decades of actual culinary experience, so the items available are actually made there, not just bulk frozen bagged items being reheated. I had samosas (and Ive definitely never seen those available at a similar facility) and they were delicious!We will definitely be back for family fun as well as parties. Highly recommend!

Awesome escape room experience! Went with three kids ages 6,7 and 11 and grandma. The attendant let us struggle for a while before giving too many clues and he even gave us some extra time at the end. It was the perfect balance of mental challenges and fun. We got our moneys worth and will definitely be coming back.

Visiting Thrill Zone was by far the highlight of my weekend!! My friends and I had so much fun working through one of the creative escape rooms, chasing through the unique two-story, LED-based laser tag arena, grabbing nostalgic snacks like DipnDots, and of course, playing all the new, high-tech arcade games. The staff are enthusiastic and engaging, and create such a fun atmosphere for kids, teens, adults, and families alike. I can’t wait to come back!

Games overpriced, and boring not worth the money spent over 100 bucks the place was dead so couldnt even play lazer tag which I paid 30 bucks for didnt even try the escape room it was 25 per person. The food wasnt that good either and again overpriced. Not going back

I went to thrill zone today with a group of teenagers to do the escape room. Kids had an amazing time and the room was just the right level of difficulty. One hour passed so fast as everyone was completely engaged in figuring clues. The staff was welcoming and very courteous. Will definitely go again and recommend it highly

I had my kiddo birthday party held in thrill zone this Saturday. It was so fun to watch, the kids had fun at the laser tag game in escape room, the other games too . All my friends liked the food too . The service is really good and would definitely recommend this place to my friends. I had Imran who helped me through the whole show with his boys and thank you for that .

I read all the reviews prior to deciding to book my sons 11th birthday party and I am glad I went with my gut instinct. My day started off terrible and I had to cancel my sons surprise birthday party but we decided to go the establishment anyway. Alex was accommodating to me having to cancel and hopefully the refund will be returned in 5 -7 business days as he said it would. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. But there were 2 staff members that stood out amongst their colleagues and they were David and Jose. From the time we arrived until the moment we left they were some exceptional guys. They made my and my sons day. When we arrived it was not crowded at all and the fellas were able to enjoy every game they had to offer to include laser tag twice. The food was fresh and made to order with a great taste. I must say the hour drive I made to get there from DC was well worth it. When my fellas are in the mood for laser tag this place will be the first option. Hopefully they keep up the great work and decide to open an establishment closer to DC and transfer David and Jose there so I can be delighted by their exemplary customer service and genuine care.

Good blazer tag arena but the games in the main room arent good for playing games to get tickets to get prizes. I played a game based on the Walking Dead earned no tickets even when I do get tickets from other games that arent interesting for more mature people when I got my card checked there wasnt enugth tickets for more than one item. I walked around after I got my card checked then I got it checked agen there was moretickets on my card and I hadnt played anymore ssds o thats wierd.

The manager is humble and apologetic and its a shame that he has to be. First time escape room group, which we made very clear, and were told by the employee things were broken, hed never done this before and wasnt sure if it was set up properly. We asked for some cheat codes a couple times, the combinations given should work according to him and it simply put was a disaster. I dont know how theyre normally supposed to go, but the fun was taken out of the event with the broken T.V.s and the lack of effort to give our group any introduction. Additionally the young lady working the toy distribution counter had an extraordinary attitude given the number of children throwing cards at her and yelling out what they wanted...she got through it with a smile but clearly needed assistance.

It was a great experience and planning to go back. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Food was good as well

I had my daughter’s 10th birthday party here! Everything went great! My only suggestion for improvement is to extend the time between laser tags games bc the kids didn’t have enough time for pizza & later cake after each game. Then they had to transition the room to the next party, so we felt slightly rushed.

Thrill zone is a great place to bring friends or family and its somthing new any person,especially someone from Chantilly should experience! The staff are very kind and welcoming and they did everything they could to make my stay fun! I love going to thrill zone and I would love to go there again!

I really do like this place. It has so much potential, and they take care of their customers. On 12/3 one of the arcade machines took points from me and locked up. One of the employees reloaded a dollar credit onto my card, while the.manager opened and fixed the machine. He was super cool about it too. The whole thing was taken care of in about two minutes. Other laser tag places will either ignore you, blow you off, and throw a out of order sign up and call it a day, but these guys go to town. Theyre also super cool to chit chat with, they all seem super cool to chit chat with. I eavesdropped on some anime talk, and they were cool with it.

I went this place yesterday with my kids 6 and 7 years old boys. They had a lot of fun but for me, it was much expensive than other kids place and not much arcades to play. Also, laser tag was kind of weird. I rather go Dave & Busters for more various choice of arcades because we could play more with same amount of money. Also I rather go shadow land for laser tag even though this place provide more fancy equipment. One thing is good for this place is... they have escape room. I havent played but it would he fun too.

My family and I are on Vacation from New York and found this place by chance, it was the perfect place to keep everyone in my family happy. We did both escape rooms and played in the arcade. They have lazer tagg and a cafe as well. It was super clean and the employees were so nice and accommodating. They had a groupon that would have been perfect but we missed it by a few days. But they have other coupons easily accessible if you just google for them. I wish they had a place like this back home...

Words cannot describe how disappointed i am at this place and the customers who frequent. We first stopped by to scout as a possible party place for my sons birthday and saw people in the party area with their heads covered and praying on mats. We chose against having a party there. We return days later and witness a man berating a manager, hurling racial slurs and shouting each time the manager set to speak. I caught up with the manager who took it well but appeared broken. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO TAKE THAT! I gave him and another employee my business card and offered jobs if they are not being treated well. Unbelievable! The place is obviously short staffed and underdeveloped. It is a shame to have waited so long and have such an underwhelming experience. My advice? staff up, clean up and take care of your employees.

The place is ok but the staff is not. After hosting a birthday party there we forgot a fruit platter. We called the office and was told to come get it but when we got there to collect the item was no where to be found and the staff denied everything.

Visiting Fairfax/Chantilly area for a graduation & was looking for something for our 6 year old to enjoy in between other family activites! Found this place on Groupon and took a chance! My daughter & I absolutely enjoyed! There was more than enough to do & play! I was pleasantly surprised how everything was so digital, the tokens & tickets won all on the same card! No messy tickets to keep up with & have to count at the end! A decent selection of prizes to choose from at the end! They do offer food choices as well! Overall a good time! Will visit again!

Really enjoyed this place! The staff was extremely helpful, laser tag was exhilarating, and the arcade was a feeling of nostalgia. My inner childish self was thriving. My friend and I played a few games of laser tag, when she broke a nail and started bleeding. You all didn’t have any bandaids so Nathaniel walked over to DQ just to go get her some. Only recommendation is to get some bandaids. Will definitely drive back 2 hours just to come here. 10/10 would recommend. I cannot say enough good things about this place, we love Thrill Zone! We take our children (ages 3 and 7) there every once in a while, when we are looking for something fun to do. They have a huge assortment of arcade games -- something for every age. All of the games are always functioning too (which is more than I can say for Chucky cheese..) Thrill Zone also has the BEST prizes, our kids always get cool toys that they love, and that they actually play with. The food at Thrill Zone is also really good! They got that good pizza -- the kind with the little crunchy Pepperoni like Voccellis pizza. Thrill Zone is modern feeling, spacious, and clean. The manager Imran, and Chef Dave are so friendly and hospitable, it is a joy to see them everytime we go. We have a blast every time we go to Thrill Zone, and will be back soon!

Would not recommend for people who are interested in escape room. The puzzle are not function very well. We had it correctly but would not unlock the puzzle properly. Wasted 15 minutes for no reason. Terrible way to solve not so-call puzzle. This is not suitable for anyone.

They also host parties and social events for guests of all ages. They offer great food/snacks at their in-house cafe, which is awesome. Oh...and if you’re not into all the exciting games and you just wanna chill while you wait for your kiddos, they have MASSAGE CHAIRS! Super excited about TZ!

It was wonderful

We came by on a Tuesday night for my sons 16th birthday. It was pretty quiet as you would expect on a weeknight, but was nonetheless clean and ready for customers. We had a blast doing the escape room - one of the better ones weve done, it was very immersive and easy enough for the teens to work out with a few hints - and then we stopped by the cafe for a bite before our laser tag match. The food was very, very good - not the typical preformed food you would find at most snack bars! Our burgers were fresh and the pizza was made to order. Everything was served hot and with a smile! Our next activity was laser tag and it was a very clean arena, if a little small. It was sized well for our small group, anyway. Afterwards we loaded up a card with game credits and took in some Skee-Ball. All the arcade games were functional and in good shape. Overall it was such a good time that our younger son has already decided to host his birthday at Thrill Zone in August. Dont miss your chance to check this place out! Big thanks to the cafe manager and the front desk manager for making our birthday experience the best! (I only wish I had gotten their names!)

The facility is great and the staff is wonderful. We had my son’s birthday party here within weeks of opening, and there were some rough spots (eg registering everyone in a timely fashion), but the staff was very receptive to constructive comments and really great to work with. We’re lookig forward to going back soon.

Laser tag is on point. Escape rooms are okay, but definitely not terrible. The staff really cares about its customers.

The management was atrocious and egregious! Blatant discrimination with only one deducible reason being we came in as a group of scarf-wearing women. Denied us even the most simple hospitality or use of their services though we paid in advance although in the end we got our money back we wasted 2 hours. This demands a clear revision of the management at the Chantilly branch.
