Nice park, you can take a short hike or a dip in the lake or both like I did.Not crowded by the time I went nice Sandy Beach an large swimming area.

Very nice beach. Clean, clear water. No motorized boats allowed on lake. Great for canoeing, paddle boarding. Lifeguards during certain hours. Small playground by beach, bigger playground by park. Non-covid years, you can rent paddle boats and canoes.

I love the open space and the number of fields availables. Yojr kids will love yhe playground and the availablity to hangout on a hammock.

This is such a nice park! There are two playgrounds and lots of open grass for kids to run. The lake is clean and quiet and has a very nice beach.

Nice hang out place for families. Fun place to paddle. There is a small opening from lake Ann to lake Susan so you can paddle both lakes.

I swam in 4 different lakes this weekend and this was my favorite. Large swimming area with several lifeguards. Split up for smaller kids in shallow and a little dock they loved to jump off of. Deeper area went out pretty far and I dont know how deep but over 6 based on the tallest in my ground. The weeds start at about 5 but I could easily find spots to treat water without them touching. Open enough to maintain social distance as well. Womens restroom was clean.

Nice and clean. Not too crowded. Posted rules for social distancing are good to see. Its gr8 to be outside and near people again.

I love Lake Ann. There are so many amenities. The beach, pavilions, playgrounds, ball fields, tennis courts, kayak and canoe rentals, grills for BBQ. This is definitely one of my families favorite places to visit in the summer time.

An oldie but a goodie. Not much has changed in 30 years. Still has the old pavilion with a campy vibe. The whole park is pretty big in general, with a large beach and plenty of open spaces

Beautiful, quiet park. Ample parking, nicely paved trail along the lake, and lovely swimming areas. Lake Ann is a motorless lake which gives it a pristine peacefulness. This park is a local gem and represents the natural beauty of Minnesota.

Good lake to go fishing or kayaking, I got a northern pike. It has a nice beach with games for the kids.

Our family loves Lake Ann. Many shaded areas, lake with no motors, great swimming area, walking & biking paths. Pack a picnic, spend the whole day.

Come here every year for the February Ice Fishing contest and always have a great time. It is a large park but parking can be difficult on this day. The festival is well set out. Lots of vendors to buy beer and drinks from. We always have a great time here!

A clean, small, family friendly lake/park.

Nice BIG park with lots to do! The park has a beach with a concession stand where you can rent paddle boards and canoes. Two playgrounds one next to the beach for younger kids and one next to the baseball fields for all ages! Nice walking trails in the woods and next to the lake. A fishing pier and boat launch are available for fishing. If you find this useful please give me a like!

Our family had a wonderful time!!! But with all the NO DOGS ALLOWED postings there sure were alot of dogs!

We did our engagement pictures here on 10-19-19 and the colors were amazing. The forest was absolutely glowing when the sun was coming through the leaves. Would go back to explored more of the park!

Clean and very family friendly. Even on the 4th of July the park was easy enough to navigate. Traffic was very organized on the way out. The fireworks were great. I would definitely do it again. We were able to bring the dog too. The concessions are good for snacks. I have not tried the rental boats yet, but it’s on my list of things to do.

This is a nice park! I wish that I would have known ahead of time that there is not a path that goes around the lake, given that most of the lake has private property on it. There is a path that stretches across part of the lake which was beautiful though! This park is always well groomed.

Lake Ann Park is a great area for big group get togethers. While the adults talk and sit/eat at the tables, the kids can stay busy playing at either the playground or at the beach (both of which are about 10 paces from the tables). The playground is decent and the beach is nice with a marked swimming area. I enjoyed the time I spent here and I would recommend it to others as well.

Beautiful, plenty of parking and different areas to enjoy!I also appreciated the path to Paisley Park- while I didnt visit, I saw many parking here and taking the well-maintained sidewalk under the highway over to Princes tribute. Just a very beautiful place (and great for geocaching too!)

Fireworks were so nice and chill atmosphere.

It was busy today, but enough room to spread out. Porto potties available. Lifeguards on duty. No blowup toys allowed.

Our family attended a picnic here last weekend and had a good experience. It’s just north of Paisley Park. So you can see the recording complex built by Prince. It’s a bit of a drive if you don’t live in the western suburbs.

This is one of the nicest community parks around. There is something here for everyone.

In Lake Ann Park, Chanhassan has a real gem for playing little league tournaments. The set up with the trees around each field is very nice.

Lots of trash cans for garbage. One of the boards on the dock broke and the next day there were cones on it and the day after the board was replaced. Seems they take care of this park and I appreciate it.

Very clean! Beach volleyball, paddleboards and canoes to rent, shaded trails to walk your pets, BBQ grills.

There was bird poop all over the sand where kids were playing and building sand castles. That was very gross, they should find a way to clean that each morning or keep the birds from going to the bathroom there.

I love going here for picniks and walks

The trees saved the day. Who ever planned the tree line did a great job! The pulled pork sandwiches were almost the best I had! Chanhasen parks have a great thing going!

The beach was decent but there were some debris on the dock. Picknick tables by beach were unusable today due to mud.

Cute little park thats nice for walking or swimming at the lake. It is a bit on the small side though for a walk, so that is something to keep in mind. It seems well maintained except for some random trash here and there. I would return in the future.

We were attending a baptism at the park. Pavilion was very large and served its purpose on that day. The beach was beautiful and plenty of things to do in the park.

If you are in the Chanhassen area, a park area worth visiting. Sports fields, boat landing, picnic area and a couple of Pokemon go stops and a gym.

The water is clear and clean, the mosquitoes get sprayed and the playgrounds are great for kids. There isnt much more you can ask of a public park. 5/5

Nice park complex very easy to find the right field

One of the better beaches in the sw metro. A great place to bring the kids because the water stays fairly shallow for a long way from the shore.

Small but pretty lake surrounded by trees. Quiet. Lots of play area and open spaces and ballparks around it. Paisley Park is across the highway from the entrance to the frontage road leading to Lake Ann Park.

Not the biggest lake in the area but still great for canoeing for a little while and following up with a BBQ. Also has amenities for walking the lake, a gazebo for events, playground for kids and tennis courts. 4th of July fireworks here are always fun but you do have to get there early for a good spot
