Horrible customer service. I live out of the area and wanted to purchase a gift certificate for a family member and they are unwilling to mail a gift certificate or even take my payment information over the phone. Would have loved to provide them with business, but they obviously didnt want it.

I randomly ended up in this place the other day and there was a smaller brown hair girl working and she made my kids and I feel like there was no other place that we belong. I will go here any time I have a chance to get my kids out and jumping.
