Awesome place to hang out with friends.

If your are older then 65 years old (70 maybe) then this community is for you! But watch out some scandal with the water meters is going on with the owner of the property. The owner also lets some church group use the clubhouse for free but if the community wants to use it for a event they have to pay for it unless its someones Zumba class they put together. Enjoy your retirement!

This quiet 55+park is very nice. Itd be better if the palms were cleaned up

Its a little run down. Some spaces are really well kept others not so much. Its decent looking. Seems very quiet.
