We love coming to this casino. Everyone is so nice and we especially love it that covid has make it impossible for people to smoke!! Please consider the health of all your patrons and keep smoking out of the facility once the masks are off.

I had a great time. It was my birthday. They gave me $10 free play, which was cool as hell. The casino wasnt crowded at all on Sunday. I didnt loose either. I came home $8 ahead. I was a winner all around. They had a lot of new machines and they were very fun to play. Over all, I had a great birthday. Woo hoo, winner winner chicken dinner!!!!

Very clean and great service I sat down and played a game and within 5 minutes someone was there offering me a soda. This place is nice and willing to accommodate people with disabilities as long as you are gambling and losing. As soon as my father, brother and I started winning (still behind, but slowly making up some lost money) then all of a sudden our disabilities became an issue for them. My brother and I talk loud due to hearing difficulties and my dad has a slurred speech and limited use of his right hand due to a stroke. When we tried to explain our disabilities, they called the police and escorted us out. We tried speaking with a manager and apparently they don’t have any at their facilities... strange! No one there has a name or business cards either. We tried taking a picture of their work IDs and were told that was not allows (we were outside at that time, not inside where gambling was taking place).Do yourself a favor and avoid this place and Wild-horse pass... they are all the same.

Went to visit a friend and sat down for slots for a little bit. I put in 100 bucks and won $1,400 so it was a good visit for me. Staff was nice and safety measures were in place!!!

Gila River Casinos value their customers. I had a few issues with there Mobile App & not being able to participate in a Promotional Event. Dainetra, a Guest Services Coordinator, was amazing - personable, professional & really cared that everything was handled to my satisfaction.

Found the casino to be very clean. Employees were always available to sanitize your machine. I was very comfortable. Will return soon.

4 stars because the table games were right near the noisy slots which made it difficult to hear & communicate with the dealer through masks & plexiglass barriers. Also no $5 blackjack tables when I was there.Otherwise it was great with friendly staff and Covid precautions taken seriously.

Temperature checks. Sanitizing stations everywhere. Non-smoking. Masks must be worn.

Personally Im not a big gambler, but my husband does enjoy a little gambling now and then. I am so impressed with how well they have fitted out the casino for our current health State of Affairs. The restaurants are simply wonderful, we have never had a bad meal there. Try it youll like it!

Been a while since I been here but with everything going on it was clean,machines sanitized,distance,so if ur feeling lucky try ur luck.

The place is always clean, its easily accessible from the parking lot, and the staff is well trained and polite. However, it is not my favorite casino, and Im not sure whether its the fact that I, or anyone in my party, has never won or walked out feeling like a winner. And, whether we like to admit it or not, that has a significant impact on our perception regarding a casino.

I never got the good vibes from this casino. Been there at least 200 times. But in the past 10 months Ive been here 30-40 times and walked out the door ahead at least 20-30 times. Its a very good casino with absolutely the best staff anywhere in the valley for casinos. Very friendly and actually very happy even though this pandemic. I am going to recommend to everyone.. also has the latest up to date slot machines. Plenty of places to eat and drink plenty of rest rooms . And plenty of waitresss to come to your machine and get your drink. Remember to tip girls.I love this place and I am on my way there now..

Every since the casino opened up after covid-19 the machines are extra tight. Dont expect to win enough to just play and waste some time anymore, they are trying their best to make up all of the lost revenue. It used to be a decent place to have some fun but now not at all.

It was decent. The only problem i have with it, is the face mask issue. Its fine to tell us to put on our mask, its not okay to touch the customers and tell us to wear it in a aggressive manner, especially if we are at the bar area. Other than that, its a good place to enjoy time off from this pandemic situation.

Gaming selection was good. Clean and safe. Wearing mask is annoying. Being reminded to pull it up was annoying. High Stakes room nice. Very pleased to find craps and roulette available. Ill wait to return when the mask is not required.

This would be a good place to open a casino. I don’t know what this place is, looks like a casino, but at actual casinos, you might actually see or hear or even experience yourself, an actual win! Of some kind, even if a little and even if dot only a brief second. You won’t hear or know anything like that here- this place is a joke. Save your money and go give it away to another, real actual casino- this isn’t one. Absolutely terrible.

I give it five stars cuz I like the place mainly because Im a gambler and they have all the equipment to satisfy my gambling needs. I do win but I do lose too. Fair warning to all dont go to a casino with money unless you are going to be okay with walking out of there without that money have fun!!

Probably my favorite casino to go to in Arizona the floor is always very clean. There always have an abundance of water bottles everywhere and staff members to help you. The management as always polite and I have never had issues with any dealers. If it all possible I would recommend going Monday through Thursday, Friday and Saturday I feel like there’s far too many intoxicated patrons that don’t get cut off when they should,but I understand why they do it no judgment.

WHP keno games in the rear of the casino near the exit doors are better than the keno games in the middle of the casino floor. Vee Quiva keno games are in the old bingo area. They all work pretty well. Lone Butte keno games dont hit too often.

If I could give zero stars I would. Has always been our favorite casino for 4 years but will never go again after yesterday! No smoking which is new there and I was vaping. Was told politely it wasn’t allowed so I apologized and never took it out again. Then approached a second time and literally harassed about my previous error. I again politely said I wasn’t aware and that I had not continued to vape. She continued stating we have you on camera and you will be told to leave. I asked her why she was harassing me when I was compliant. Never going back!! Not to mention 4 of our favorite slot machines removed permanently.

It is limited on fun. The games are all nearly the same. The atmosphere is good and the associates are friendly. I just wish there was more variety in the games.

It used to be awesome and the slot machines paid out well and often. Idk what happened but I seem to get lucky more consistently at casino arizona in scottsdale.

Only getting a 4 because I didnt win. However, atmosphere is very relaxed, though the machines get you excited the energy around was relaxed and positive.

The rooms are great but they never provide water bottles. Whenever free rooms are given, its turned into a set up and what I mean by this is. The casino is hardly paying out on the machines, you end up loosing so much til you never want to return and it happens every time a free room is given, that is not fair.

I went here one time and the machines complied with my betting arrangement. i plan to return and spend about 70 dollars on dinner for my party. i will encourage gambling but i need the casino gods to help out.

I love coming here for some black jack games! The Sports City Lounge is awesome and the bartenders are super friendly. The 24/7 Cafe has some of the best food you never would have thought of seeing there. The loaded curly fries are so good, I always get them with chicken and bacon. Also, I have never seen a place give such generous portions of meatballs with their subs! See pics for details!

Great atmosphere for relaxing and having fun trying your luck at the various games offered.

Unfortunately I keep having problems with particular guest and some how there phone camera directly or indirectly finds access to me without my permission. So annoying to have this same issue by the same security guard be dismissed.

Rude employees no drink servers the hour i was there didnt see one and no one was jumping for jack pot joy no bells no winning. Games didnt pay at all. First and last time i will go there and i dont recomend the place to anyone gor to taljing stick or desert diamond way better all the way around

If you play cards don’t bother coming here. They have fewer tables. Since they have fewer tables their pay back is less since each table has to pull in more money. I won one hand out of ten playing blackjack and left after 15mins. Not worth it.

Its just another reservation gambling hall. The food is average. It is changing now with the virus and the addition of no smoking slot rooms. Lot more space between gamers. Only complaint is it is impossible to get a cool drink while playing the slots

I probably like casinos more than I should. This is one of my favorites because of the variety of table games and slots. Usually Ill hit jackpot, but not every visit. The patrons and staff are friendly and I always feel safe. Thats important for single women. The player benefits are great. Make sure to use your card at the tables and slots to earn points and freebies.

Temperature was breezy and cool. The place was immaculately clean. Their floor personnel were very courteous in the manner with which they inquired whether or not I wanted a beverage. This is an area of extreme importance to me because of the level of concentration being used. Two thumbs up@

It was a fun casino experience. We didnt stay at the hotel. The casino was clean as well as the restrooms. Security guards were nice. There is ample parking. Parking lot was clean and I felt safe walking to and from my car.

Security was following my husband because his muzzle fell below his nose but yet people can drink now we wont go back again

Observing restrictions with temperature reading at the door, mask required, plexiglass partitions on slots, hand sanitizer stations throughout, and disinfecting going on continuously. Now non-smoking. You must smoke in a patio area or in a room if its open.

My experience at Lone Butte was moderate. I notice the cleanup crew was wiping down machines and keeping areas clean of trash and cigarettes. I didnt notice until much later That the bingo room were transformed into a nonsmoking slot machine area. Which I would have enjoyed much more upon first arriving.

Horrible restaurant. Nothing on the menu and way overpriced for what you get.

Do not go here very high covid-19 risk. People walking around wearing no masks and eating food while playing machines very sloppily. You have to wait forever to have service clean your area. An asain man who was not wearing a mask coughed on me and I called security who did nothing. I will be filing complaints with the governors office and the public health department about this horrible place.

I love this place. Out of all the 3 Gila river casinos, I have to say that lone Butte has been, is, and probably always will be my favorite. Been going here since they were in infantry looking metal bunkerBefore liquor license, which changed everything when they finally got one, to 4 different buildings that theyve built and grew our of, they have been consistant on payouts. People complain about the payouts, but they do win, its the walking out with those winnings thats the problem. Not the tightness of machines. Lol

Nice location! The perkz for being players reward member is the best ever. You actually feel like when you use your card while playing you do see the perks not like other casinos in the valley.
