The pizza here is really good! Nice and crunchy crust but doesnt fall apart.

Chuck E Cheeses is definitely a place where a kid can be a kid. Recently held my daughters birthday party there. While she is only 6, one of her bucket list items was to be in the ticket blaster. In order to do the ticket blaster, you have to book a birthday party with reserved seating for at least 4 ppl so we did that as a family and she go to meet Chuck E and she got to do the ticket blaster. As you know, its a kid friendly restaurant and the focus is on quality of food but entertainment. Our kids pretty much just swallowed their food and went right on with gaming. I did not know this, but when you do a birthday party, its 90 minutes of play on the card, but you cannot PAUSE like with regular game cards to go eat and come back. I was a little surprised by that, but rules are rules. They have a good salad buffet should you not want pizza. With the pizza they have all kinds. Mushroom, pepperoni, or even just plain cheese. All in all its great for the kids. They have games where you can win tickets and then take the tickets to trade in for prizes. The kids love it. Gets a little addicting. They try to keep as clean as possible. One time I wore latex gloves and by the time 90 minutes was up. The gloves were pretty dirty so I definitely recommend you wash your hands right after.

I have never liked this place especially with kids getting out of hand. My kids love this place and are always looking forward to their tickets and prizes. Improvements have been done over time, but think they can do more. Pricing is expensive unless you have coupons and even then I think its not that much. Avoid coming here between 6:00pm and 7:00pm it is way too over crowded.

We had so much fun!!!! We checked out their coupons before arrival and we definitely got a great deal. My girls played so much and won a lot. In 1 hour, we had 2600 tickets! Lol it was perfect! Thank you Chuck E. Cheese

Games are temporarily out of order and portrait machine is out of paper. Very poor experience. Spend your money where you will enjoy it.... you will find disappointment when you try to play a game and cant.

Great place to come for the kids! I love their pizza, I even order to take home but the last time I went for a pizza I got strings of plastic coming out of the cheese crust and the manager refused to give me my money back since the plastic wasnt inside the crust when I got there. I always order to go for my kids and for them to say that there was no way that it was their fault instead of apologize to me; is unacceptable.

Today is a fundraiser for my granddaughter school. Food is a lot better than before.

Awesome place always go here. If you want to go to chuck.e.cheese when theres no people dont go on a Sunday. If you do, go in the morning. Its just the people there. There was this one teenager hoging a machine that everyone wanted to play. I wish there were people around the machines to make sure no one was being treated unfair.

There was only one person at the cash register attending to the Food Ordering and Ticket Redem booth. I like for people to order food was long and not advancing. From the 2 1/2 hours in was there. I saw 15 people complain about the long lines, their food taking close to 2 hours to be served. The manager on 22 Feb 2020, working at 2pm was super rude and didnt not attend to any of the matter or complaints customers had. My kids had fun on the arcades. But as an adult, service was horrible. And employee named Zoila was super helpful. She apologized for our food being 2 hours late, and even cheered up my kids with a free treat

My baby niece had her Birthday here July 6th and staff were more then accommodating. Every thing they did was with a smile. Her party was so big for a 2year old and with a million kids running around being kids the staff was so pleasant. I love this location by for the best one yet.

Cleaner than other Chuck E Cheese restaurants Ive been to. They have the same issues Ive seen at other C.E.C.s. Broken games. Broken ticket machines and limited staff at prize counter make redeeming anything a 30 minute experience or more, unless you go on a weekday at 11AM or something. But pizza is good and workers are friendly. The location and cleanliness make this my go to C.E.C. establishment. Update: the response by management and cleanliness of this place earns another star. When were allowed to go back, Im sure everything will be working as I imagine the staff is cleaning and performing maintenance during this time. The deals that C.E.C has been offering are very reasonable too. I hope all is well with the workers.. I know times are hard right now.

Theres no playground here anymore. Im not sure how long ago did they take it off, but it has changed a bit since Ive been there. Was here for a birthday party and the party host was very attentive to my sister in laws needs. The pizza was just like its been for the past 20 years or so that Ive been going here, still delicious. They use cards instead of coins to play games. The kids all had a great time.

We come here once a month and is always clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food is good. Love this place!

Clean and in an area where the kids have sense. I was able to let my kids safely play without having to worry about them being trampled over by other kids. They had fun. Cool rides and games

Nice place but they have a lot of games that are not working. What’s the point of coming here if my daughter can’t play.

Took my 2 year old granddaughter there to play games and ride the kiddie rides. Several rides were out of order. Not much for her to do but watch the tvs. Lunch buffet was cheap.

Havent been to Chuckies in quite some time but it a lot better than the olden days... Its meant for small children.

The pizza is better than I remember. However, it is not cheap. For their combo 3 deal, 2 large pizzas and 4 drinks plus 4 90 minute all you can play cards came to $142.

My only complaint is the people who go to this facility. Not the chuck e. Cheese itself.People being rude, pushy, inconsiderate of others provide a negative atmosphere. If you have out of control kids/teens that have no sense of personal space and respect of others boundaries stay at home and teach them better. That goes for adults too !P.s. entitlement is not cute.

It’s a nice place for the kids to play games at and enjoy a pizza or (half of one because now they’re distracted by the game that’s lighting up right next to them lol) . If you’re looking to have a birthday party with them they would need reservations. Weekends are always busy.

Awesome.. the wings are delishhh. And the kids love to play.. Mr. Aurelio makes the bestest roundest pizzas, and the wings are to die for.

Get the play card paid like a little over 20 for unlimited for a full hour and can pause if you get food. Overall the card is great and worth it over the coins. Also can play multiple games we used one for all three of our girls.

Horrible!!! This place is a joke and the employees dont care if your card credit gets used if the machine doesnt work. I ask for help twice and nobody help me, only interested in selling. This place went from family enjoyment to just plain business. The food is extremely expensive and very little. I wont be coming here again.

Way too expensive, was going to have my sons 1st birthday here but no way. $300 for only 1 1/2 hours is a slap in the face. However, their pizza and salad is very tasty!!.

Super busy on afternoon weekends, cleaner than most Chuck E. Cheese locations. Excellent management and salad bar is always fully stocked.

We like Chuck E Cheese. Good for sitting and letting the kids run around. Their food is good to us, pizza and salad bar, wings and soda fountain. Safe. They have switched from tokens to rechargable cards which the kids run through their money on them fast. You cant just give a few tokens so they have to come back every few minutes to check in with you for more tokens but oh well.

This is a clean chuck e cheese. The food is good, although compared to some of the other locations, this one has less games than others.

The Pizza was really really good also the wings. No lie good service from the cook he deserves a raise!!!

This Chuck E Cheese is great, the only thing that i dont like about it is that the place is kind of small so when there a good amount of people, it can sometimes be hard to get around. The games are great (but missing iconic games like Guitar Hero). The pizza is the main thing that keeps me coming, it is so good.

You have the option to buy a time pass and can still earn tickets. The pricing is affordable. My son had a blast playing without worries. Service is professional and friendly also. We went on a Monday.

We had a great time. The cook was nice when we werent happy with our pizza and with hesitating she made an other right away.

Pizza is over priced for a large one topping and 2 drinks n play pass 40 something dollars..btw the large pizza looked like a medium..but its fun to go with the family..

Is that you expect from a chunk e cheese minus the dank odor some have.

Chuck Cheese is a great place to have Kids Birthdays, Softball Awards, & other special events. But, School Fundraiser should be teacher the same. Have some table with the School name on it. But, we all had a great time with the games & food. Thank U.

Some time of the tickets did not come out but when I asked about it they were fixed it real quick and the workers were very nice

This place is so small and service sucks. Half of the place is seating for parties. Theres barely any games compared to other locations I go to in huntington beach, garden Grove, Costa Mesa. I bought my 2 boys a dipping dots to share. Jerry at the front asked me what flavor I wanted. I asked him to make it half rainbow, half berry which I always do everywhere. He tells me I dont think I can do that. So does he think he cant do that or is it that he cant do that. If he cant, just say he cant. Didnt realize scooping half of one flavor and half of another was such a problem. I was surprised he gave me a second spoon when I asked. I wont be coming back to this location again. Plus half their games take 2 points instead of 1. So expect to spend a lot more for game play.

I haven’t been to a Chuck E. Cheese in probably 10 yrs but I now have a 2yr old so I booked his party last minute. (Cerritos) on March 24th I thought. When I got there in the 24th it turns out I booked it for the wrong weekend! My mistake. As soon as I talked to the manager I believe his name was Joseph he said don’t worry he will take care of everything! He asked how many people we were expecting and reserved enough tables for us outside of the party area Because the party area was completely booked! Then another manager named Carlos came over. He was so nice and funny. He said just let him know whatever we need and he will get it! He took our orders for pizza time after time, filled up our cards every time we needed it. And he even made sure Chucky came to say hi to my birthday boy. I was so grateful and pleased with how wonderful they treated me and made my party a success. It’s people like them that deserve recognition. Thank you guys so much I will be seeing you very soon!

The carpet was dirty and stinky the pizza I was dry and not good the only good thing about this place was the salad thats all

I hadnt been to a Chuck-E-Cheese for years. Someone gave me a gift card and decided to go. Me and my kid had a blast. They have the system that is timed now not coins. I like it but time flies by really fast.

Early 2012: The place is decent except for the workers. Sometimes, we (my family and I) have no choice because the kids really want to go and its the nearest one. Repeatedly, the workers are some of the rudest I seen people can be. They are mostly teens with an attitude, and maybe only the eldest of them there would do their job. I dont understand why they would choose to work, but doesnt. If you dont believe me, go there and see for yourself--youll be lucky just for a decent service even when attempting to trade in tickets for toys. ______________________________________________________________________Update 8/8/12: Now after some time after the above review, we gave this place another tried. Im not sure if its just because we went on a weekday, or from the many complaints their corporation received about this particular location--they have greatly improved on all areas. The staffs were more much informative, and friendly. Also more diverse, and had a sense of spirit. They greeted us at the check-in, and all services from purchasing tokens (with a printed coupon), to exchanging tickets for toys--were more friendlier than expected. We, along with all the guests I seen, seemed to have an enjoyable time. This is how a business, esp in this economy, should behave--professional and courteous. Thank you!

I celebrated my 68th birthday here with my grandson and a couple of friends. This was the best birthday watching my little guy have a blast. We had a thin crust pizza which we all enjoyed and the cost of everything was about $10.00 person. Will do this again.

Salad bar boasted over 40 items. But, in reality, there were only 33 and that was counting the salad and every dressing. Salad pieces, and fixings, were cut in larger than bite-size pieces. Poor quality and no good meat items such as pepperonis, etc. Someone stole one of our salad plates that cost a gross $8! There games are just not that fun anymore and they barely cough up any tickets. The staff wasnt always available to account for parents leaving with children. The food line blocks the exit. The show is just a bunch of flat screen TVs. Sorry, Chuck, Im never coming back.

It was pretty good chucky cheese came out and sang happy birthday to my granddaughter and the pizza was nice and hot wen it came out .The kids and adults had a blast playing there games! The workers all nice and friendly as well..

Went on a rainy sat pm. It was packed,but still plenty of tables to sit at. The staff were very nice.

You have to get so many tickets just for the kids to win a good price isnt Chuck-E-Cheese for the kids not about the money. I know and every business is all about the money but the ticket situation shouldnt have to win a thousand tickets just to get one lousy prize

My niece was disappointed that Chuck didnt come out during the whole song and dance deal. Otherwise this location is clean and the pizza is VERY good now! Whatever changes they made is a winner - Id go back there for the food, which is crazy to imagine a year ago!

They have change the token system. Minutes on a card now. My question is how do you know how time was spent??? The owners and their family sit around at the tables and have an attitude when ask a question. Never going back...

Better please for everybody young and old especially for kids my nephew did his 5th birthday and his so happy. And people work at this please so friendly and nice. Give them 5 star....

Attentive staff and decent pizza, but overall my kids had fun. We bought points on our play cards instead of the time limit because we could take breaks in the action and always use the play points in the future for next times visit.

Had an awesome time, all thanks to JAMES the ambassador of fun(smile). Very accommodating, attentive, helpful and funny. It was our first time and he made everything very fun and special for our whole family.

They got rid of the coins but dont worry bring in your coins and they will credit them to a card. They still have tickets. They got rid of the hamster tunnels. They took out some games and added more table. Lunch buffet is OK they should just throw in the drink (kids size) at the same price. But they still add fresh pizza 1:52pm just got to ask them. Staff are friendly

Super played out games.Simple prizes not worth my time or money to visit again nothings like it used to be .Half the games are out of order,and honestly the whole place should be outta order if keeps going in that direction which is downhill.But they greedy they your money for as minimoas they can give you...Moneys not everything George.

The pizza and all you can eat salad bar is nice. The keep the place clean and the customer service is really great.

Upon picking the samplers and did not have celery stick instead it came with carrots, and the managers said that havent had celery in 3 weeks and how am I to know this when they are advertising the samplers with celery

Safe place for kids. Worker friendly. The only problem is not a lot of worker.

Worst service ever. Spent $400 for a birthday party rlthat felt rushed, the veggies were rotten, and our food came out at different intervals. They got rid of tokens and replaced them with cards and so our little ones were done playing the games after 10 minutes. The manager was nice and offered us a few more credits, but we will not be having another party there. Too much money and too crowded.

Ordered a chicken pizza at chuck e cheese Cerritos, CA, however, the pizza came with numerous chunks of pepperoni. My wife was sick and disgusted . We never eaten pork.When I complained, manager told me just to remove the pepperoni and continue eating. He was rude, and lack basic customer skills and could barely speak English.Well I had paid for a chicken pizza and insisted to have another pizza which came after 1 hour just to show that they can retaliate.I will never go that Chuck e Cheese for I doubt the quality of food served specially to kids. Chuck e cheese should learn about serving safe and quality food

The pizza is always good, they have to turn it down on the sugar for the sugary drinks, the cheese guy in the costume didnt show up ungulate for the birthdays overall it was a good experience and its fun to be there

Most of the games didnt work or worked but did not give out tickets. Workers were very slow to help only 1 person at the counter when placing order then only 1 person doing the prizes.

Its calm and the service is quick.i like the games they have because they all are updated.the booths look new and the carpets are clean.the food smells good.The restrooms are easy to find and theres a lot of lighting to keep an eye on your children.
