Great place to stop in and learn some true history
Great original items, but the two gentlemen who were volunteers were the best I have ever encountered at a Civil war site. Knowledgeable, entertaining and interactive. This place is a MUST for those interested in period history.
Jeb Stuart and John Singleton Mosby were two of my boyhood heroes. I appreciate looking at the their swords, revolvers and other memorable items on display at this little museum. Their tactics are still being used by Ranger and other Special Operation forces today.
If have music band be wonderful fr. Centerville High school
Staff is so knowledgeable. There are some great civil war artifacts here and battlefield finds.
Had a very nice experience and it was very nice having individuals that love volunteering for the place. They helped for us to have a great visit.
One room museum with display cases, books, maps, flags, swords and pistols.. Run by volunteers. I could tell the members of the Stewart Mosby Association care about the history and artifacts.
Great place, great staff!
An amazing little free museum with a lot of history, artifacts and very knowledgeable staff to talk to! Def worth checking out if your in the area!
Small but very good Civil War museum for two Confederate cavalry officers. Recommended for Civil War buffs.
Excellent small museum for J E B Stuart and John Mosby. Donations only. Volunteers are very knowledgeable about the lives of Stuart and Mosby. Worth the visit for study of the Civil War. Worth to visit
Packed with Civil War information.
