I rented the red n white mobile home near the entrance back in 2003 from Mrs. Fox, she was so good to me especially when I was struggling she had a heart of gold.Its good to know the new owners cleaning up the place. I plan to go back to see the place soon and do some fishing and visit the family.

I’ve lived here for a few years and they have been doing awesome at making the park safer and family/pet friendly. I’ve watched them start to demo a few of the old houses and are doing upgrades to the ones that can be repaired. Alan the new owner is kinda straight to the point and seems rude But that’s only if your not following the rules.

I am glad that the place was sold after the old owner passed. They are cut and dry but right to the point. He has been doing upgrades and getting the park to looking newer. I see a ton of new roof covers and garbage houses removed!

New owners are doing awesome, removing all the old trailers and trash and requiring higher standards.

Great place to live clean and comfortable.

Well I was never there my parents live near there but it appears to be the same squalid hell hole its always been sure the domestic violence and drug use statistics are the same if not higher
