I coach and instruct professionally for ski and snowboard athletes. Because of this background, Im pretty critical about the coaching and instruction my daughter receives. A month in I could not be happier with the approach that Adrenaline has taken for the Beginner Rec athletes. This is my daughters first introduction to the sport of gymnastics. The staff and coaches have been extremely welcoming to us. Tasks attempted are achievable but challenging and build progressively. With every skill and in every rotation, she receives clear simple directions, timely and specific correction, encouragement for effort, and meaningful praise. I especially appreciate that her class is conducted alongside all ages and levels of athletes I feel this helps create an atmosphere of excitement and possibility for my daughter. There is a definite air of learning the sport to a degree of excellence even if she is just starting out that I appreciate. Also because this is a Pandemic we are living in Ill say I am impressed by the steps taken to address concerns of infection. Athletes are kept distanced without seeming isolated and equipment is regularly disinfected.I absolutely recommend Adrenaline to anyone considering introducing their child to gymnastics and Im very comfortable with the thought of having my daughter continue to progress with them.

In summary, this gym has structural issues. It would be in the best interest for your child and your family to go to another gymnastics facility. The owner is difficult, dismisses issues that are of concern to the parents and operates with little integrity. High level athletes have been leaving the gym recently and seeking more professional training at other local gyms. After a few level 10 athletes left, the owner decided to kick out the remaining level 10 athletes, which has now caused many of the level 9 families to leave as well. Sadly, these families have been with the gym for close to 10 years and were just completely cast aside. I would be surprised if their optional program survives and if it does, it will be poorly managed. They are unable to hire and hold onto quality JO optional coaches as many of them have left over the years, leaving at times only 1 coach to manage the level 7-10 teams. If you are seeking an Xcel team, also look elsewhere. The head coach, Suzanne is rude and unfriendly. The rec program has a lot to be desired and also lacks coaches with some level of gymnastics experience. If you are new to the area, I would recommend another gym that has quality coaches and a supportive environment...Peak, Jet, CGI, Chameleon or possibly Aerials in the springs.

This place is a waste of time and money. Look elsewhere and do not waste your money. Horrible experience with staff they are extremely unprofessional especially the owner himself(Jason).

The preschool gymnastics program was fairly lax. The teacher kept looking at her phone. They do offer camps and parents nights out that went well. Watch out for parking in front of the furniture place. That guy is wicked.

I think this is a great place for competitive gymnastics, but it wasnt a good fit for my older beginner. No one seemed to care if she progressed, and I couldnt get a return call to find out how we could help her progress. It was tough for her to stay in the very beginner class for almost a year despite lots of home practice. She had some fun and learned new skills but is excited to be done.

My daughter is a competitive gymnast and she has been at Adrenaline since 2011. The owners, Jason and Kim have always put her well being first. I trust them and the decisions they make 100%. She loves her coaches and they love her. We feel like we are part of the Adrenaline family... and I know other families feel this way, too.If you are looking for a place where your daughter can thrive in a very tough and demanding sport... Adrenaline is a great gym.

We love Adrenaline! I have been with this gym for 15 1/2 years. I have one daughter in College Gymnastics and one that is a level 10! Jason, the owner, is always professional and has an open door policy! He has always had the girl’s best interest at heart! He’s incredibly supportive and continues to support my daughter that is doing college Gymnastics. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone that wants to be a successful Gymnast!

Not for recreational gymnasts. My daughter wanted to learn to do cartwheels. Weve been at Adrenaline for about 9 months and have had three teachers. They are mainly team gymnasts filling time between training and dont seem to be too interested in coaching--they rarely offer suggestions and spend quite a bit of their time horsing around with other instructors or watching the teams practice across the gym. My daughter could learn cartwheels at home and get as much instruction. Unless you want to pay over $70 a month for a weekly hour of lightly supervised tumbling, Id look elsewhere. If you want to pay unlimited funds and spend unlimited time because your kid might be a future Olympian, they do have a lot of trophies on the walls.

We love Adrenaline Gymnastics Academy. My daughter currently is JO level 9. She has been training at this gym for 7 years, she is currently 12. I have 3 daughters and all of them have been a part of the AGA family. We has been Involved in the recreational program, the Xcel program, the developmental program and the Junior Olympic program. I only have amazing things to say about all this gym has to offer. Safety and love of the sport are priority for all the coaches, regardless of the level or ability of the gymnast.

From day one my daughter loved the gym. The coaches are highly engaged and more importantly the team dynamic they encourage helps motivate the team.

Amazing gymnastics program!! Very caring staff. The biggest reason to come here? Stephanie!! She has been AMAZING with my absolutely insane daughters. We have had a blast with the preschool program here and she is the main reason for that!

We have been involved in the USAG competitive team for about 2 years and my other children have participated in recreational classes in years past. Jason and Kim, the owners of Adrenaline, are amazing and they take a personal interest in getting to know the kids as well as the parents. When I have questions or concerns, they are always available to answer them. They run a tight ship - where the athletics are taken quite seriously. They dont play favorites with the kids and they focus intensely on safety. Lastly, I would point out that they work the kids harder than at other gyms (my child spends about 40% more time at Adrenaline than similar programs at other gyms), so it is not a program for kids that arent 100% committed. As a parent, I appreciate that because it wouldnt make sense to pay for a program that isnt going to maximize the childs talents and efforts. Because of this, the kids in their program routinely place in the top ranks - in all levels. I highly recommend this gym if you and your child are committed to a highly competitive program.

My daughter was in classes for three months here and had three different teachers. No one seemed to really care about advancing the kids skills and when I asked for help/guidance from the front dest staff I was repeatedly brushed off. The staff is not friendly and the turnover seems high. We pulled our daughter out and are much happier a a different gym.
