Martin and Sue take incredible personal care of the rescue birds here. Also, a terrific location for campfires, with bathrooms nearby. A splendid dam runs nearby, drowning out the traffic noise. This is an instant little vacation spot for an afternoon picnic. A bike trail runs up it for convenience.

A nice hike for the girls. Allows them to experience nature w/o traveling too far.

The open, super clean restroom was a god-send. But other than the bridge, the fire pit area, and the Cedar Canyon trail, theres nothing else here. Beautiful views up trail to the south of the trails end.
