Went to hit a bucket of balls while visiting down here in Cedar City. Thought the prices were a little high at first, but the buckets are massive! Awesome range and friendly staff! Great overall experience!
Really enjoyed this beautiful course on 27 September as one of the 9 Utah courses I played on my epic golf vacation. The staff there are top-notch and the maintenance crew does a splendid job on the greens and fairways. The front 9 are the prettiest in terms of more undeveloped terrain, but the back 9 had its own beauty in longer, wider, more open fairways. Thank you, Toepfer for having a part in making it great - and thank you to the coach of the SUU Golf Team for inviting me for pizza!
The grass here is wonderfully cared for, the holes are well designed, and the course easy to follow. Would highly recommend.
Its a great course, there is a veriaty of elevations for a challenge and its a beautiful course.
We were told to show up at 7 a.m. because there was a golf tournament at 1 p.m. 4 of us drove down from Brian Head and were told a golf tournament was starting at 8 a.m. Asked us to return at 1 p.m. Imcompetence.
Great place to golf and has amazing views
Great course will return
Beautiful course and never too crowded. They do a great job keeping the course uo even during the hot summer months.
Very beautiful Golf Course. Will come back again.
This is a beautiful golf course. Love the friendly staff as well.
Nice course, friendly staff new cart what more do you want . Sky and view are great.
Course is ok it’s cheap. The rental clubs are a joke. The guy who works the front desk is very rude and has poor manners towards customers
Love this course! Awesome front 9, it gives you some challenging blind shots, shooting over mountains and trees. It will test your skill. The back 9 has some really fun long holes where you can really let your driver rip. Go golf here if you havent!
I had a blast on this course, mostly because I was with an old friend, but also because it is just fun. Unique layout, very peaceful, and TONS of gopher holes. I lost a drive right down the middle into a gopher hole and couldnt help but laugh about it. Actually I was furious but its all good now. For a small town like Cedar this is a good course.
Theyre very friendly!!
We only have been to the driving range, but $7 for a bucket of balls is a great price. We really enjoy going here. Its a nice hidden area, as well.
Very enjoyable course; Front 9 is very old and traditional; tree lined, plenty of slope to greens; Back 9 is much newer but pretty wide open; flatter greens. Greens are in great shape
Super beautiful friendly staff and love to play ball
Beautiful course! Fun layout!
Cultural events are awesome! To my Native Friends thank you. God Bless! Your future Pow Wows.
The service is most professional and the BEAUTY of the course ROCKZzz
Great staff, nice clean course. Definitely would recommend visiting.
Cedar Ridge has some great holes. My favorites are #1, #4, #7, #11, #12. The two times I played here the course was in great shape and it wasnt too crowded. This course wasnt too bad to walk.
Good people to deel with
Very beautiful and well kept course. Will definitely be going back.
Worst customer service in all of Utah. Employees act like youre bothering them by coming to the golf course.
Challenging course, especially when played from the back tees. Front nine with several blind tee shots and some weird features (e.g. a concrete flood water bed in front of the green on #1 that made my ball run back nearly 200 yards), lots of blind tee-shots, and a slightly confusing layout. The back nine however are simply beautiful, and more rewarding. The greens fee was very reasonable, and no reservations is needed. We will definitely play there again, when going from Salt Lake to Las Vegas next time.
I was at the Ute pow-wow it was awesome I think if you have a chance to go you should
Course is in great shape
I really like this course. It is very well maintained and the scenery is really great. Awesome prices also that you cant beat.
Great course. Doesnt have the majestic views of some in st. George, but still very nice course. Greens were in great shape and rolled true, great combination of tough and routine holes. Greens are tough to read but thats what makes golf, golf. Very much worth the trip!
Nice cheap prices and a great place to go for some casual golfing
Driving Range closes @ 6 PM on Wednesdays.
18 holes and a driving range. All you need for some relaxing golf. Great views from the back 9.
Really nice desert course.
Great local course. Fun and the price is right.
Too bad the city hasnt taken care of the prairie dog problem on the course. It would be a nice course with beautiful scenery if only they could get rid of the prairie dogs. The prairie dogs have been a problem on this course since way before it was expanded to 18 holes. If you mosey down the road 45 minutes to St George none of the courses have the prairie dog problem!
Course has done extensive grounds keeping upgrades in last three years. Great golf at their greens fed price: 24$.
Only golf course in cedar city. Could use some updates to the practice area. Friendly staff and the course is fun to play
Good golf course. Friendly staff and great views throughout.
Great course enjoyed myself
The golf course is well maintained for being in a small City like Cedar City theyre driving ranges decent as well.
Jason Chaplin helped me out . Very nice guy and very helpful.
Loving the new addition of the prairie dog fence. I have not seen one in the last 4 times I have been there.
We were a little worried about playing here since we had heard about the prairie dog problem but when we called they said they had corrected the problem. Apparently they are correct. We only saw one prairie dog on the front nine and none on the back. They are in the process of repairing the damage from the PDogs. The front nine needs more work but the greens were in pretty good shape. We really enjoyed the back nine. It was in great shape, the greens were well maintained and ran true. I would play this course again the next time Im in Cedar City.
The back nine is wonderful, but, man, the Iron County wind! Be prepared for really long drives cut short.
Great city course! No more prairie dogs stealing your golf balls.
Nice course
A lot better since they built the wall!!
They have done a bunch of work on recent years to improve the course. Price is great too.
Fun interesting course, I would play it sgain
