This is such a fun place to have a bite to eat and see some live music. The owner Lee is always such a wonderful host.

Great entertainment Bill Marx. Food has gotten to be just ok and quite expensive. Staff dont always seem to want to be there....like you are bothering them when you ask for something. They have a locked in clientele and seem to be taking full advantage of that fact. Disappointed by this last visit.

Wednesday night live music features musicians and singers who drop in and perform. Always a different mix, and for those who like classic songbook, jazz, blues, its entertaining. $6 cheeseburgers with fries are a bonus, well prepared and tasty.

I had a wonderful time at AJs on the Green and Splash Lounge. Im a freelance professional jazz pianist, and one of my music colleagues is a guitarist named Doug McDonald, and he performs there several nights a week with his trio. I have worked with him on and off for about 12 years, and when the opportunity came up to sit in with him at the lounge, I took advantage of it! I was out in Palm Springs with my husband in mid-December, at our timeshare, so we went to the lounge for dinner (which was good) and drinks one night and I sat in with Doug and played a bunch of numbers on their nice baby grand piano. In the two sets during which I sat in, I accompanied some of the guest singers, and also played on a few instrumentals. It was a lot of fun, and everyone there was so welcoming and friendly, and especially, so complimentary of my piano playing! It was a wonderful atmosphere, and it made the evening really special. My husband got the same vibe, too, and that cant be said of every place that we have gone. So he and I will think of this place as being exceptional.

Amazing jazz quartet. Food was good. Reasonibly priced. Our waitress was amazing. The patio overlooking the lake, so relaxing and beautiful.

Food and service are good. Huge number of flies in the bar was not. Makes me wonder how many are in the kitchen. So many there was no eating in peace.

This place spies on their customers with a camera and a listening device so the owner obviously doesnt realize this is a federal offense. I have personally been a victim of this. Watch what you say. She also calls her customers drunks behind their backs. If those people who are considered to be a said drunk werent their spending money and getting inebriated they wouldnt make any money.

Great view of golf course from deck. Very nice staff. Seems like a place locals come for early dinner. Laid back and relaxed.

Some tables are too close to the entertainers..crowded setup..bar area is cozy and away from the dinner tables. Had a dinner salad and was not impressed

Wonderful service, food was delicious, good music, fun atmosphere, very reasonable prices. An excellent evening experience. I highly recommend AJs for a relaxing fun experience!!!! Ohh, and the views of the Lake, Golf course and Mountains made the evening even better.

The property is nice, and the waitstaff very pleasant, but the time between placing an order and getting the food delivered to the table, even though its a table for 8, when its mostly salads and sandwiches and it takes over an hour is simply not excusable. ESPECIALLY WHEN ITS THE ONLY TABLE OCCUPIED IN THE RESTAURANT (one other table of two entered after we placed our orders and sat outside). I wont go back.

Nice bar (drinks are great), decent but not exceptional food (disappointingly expensive), very good live entertainment. Win some, lose some...

Saturday Cabaret was so fun. Lots of great singers. Was great to be one of them. Got to check-in with lots of friends.

Had a heartfull wonderful time. With great atmosphere and friends.

The soup du jour, chilibean; delicious. Mussels in wine sauce; excellent, bistro fries; served Belgian style to dump into the mussel sauce; outstanding. Washed down with delicious chardonnay, in pleasant garden surroundings on the patio. What a pleasant surprise! Still got to try the Crème brulée lemon cheesecake and Earl Grey. Excellent, knowledgeable, friendly service. Really glad I came here this evening. PS. Adding a star for the dessert mentioned above, unsurpassed.

Its a great place to go hang out with fun people, good food, and great music. drinks are terrific and the service always spot on.

Place us a joke.. Old upity people in there .. Looked pust off when we showed up .. The music was like live frank senatra error music .. Ordered drinks and the tables around us the old people kept trying to keep quite while the no name old music singers were singing karaoke type lame songs.. Waitress never went to the table for at least half an hout to order food ..guess they didnt want our business.. Menu had some nice items on it but never got to try the food .. If your not 60 years old dont go your not welcome...

Visit the desert often from LA to see family and read it was good place to take my friends and visit my parents, but REALLY? The music was sooo loud we couldnt hear ourselves! A bunch of old guys in the band, the horn was too loud ...yuk. We had a table. Slow service. We had a table of 8, first the bar manager or person who answered the phone for reservations was rude! The food was overpriced for what we got and, a joint in the trailer park, no less. Had so much trouble finding the place.. Much ado about nothing...really disappointing...heard it has new ownership

I attended open mic tonight, the staff was great and you couldnt ask for a better,or more welcoming, host, than Les Michaels.Great accompanist and singers and a relaxed atmosphere.

The entertainment is always fine but the burger special was high school cafeteria bad.

We discovered AJS due to a TV promotion for JAZZVILLAGE with singer Jessica Taylor who was appearing at AJS the next night. We enjoyed the music and food, and the service very much and have been back several times. One of the charms of desert entertainment is the wealth of talent who just pop out of the audience to perform, and WELL. New owner, Lee I think, is present and involved with the operation and greeting customers. Menu has been expanded in the past 2 weeks and I am looking forward to dinner and music TONIGHT. Yep, they do cater to an older crowdIsnt it great!!

We were on of tables so not a busy lunch destination. The burger was good however the lettuce was wilted and had brown spots and was like a big wedge of lettuce instead of but as sleeves and the sourdough bread I was molded on the club sandwich fries with just okay service was just okay but way overpriced especially for what you get. Honestly I would choose McDonalds over this place.

Very disappointed. Service slow, food barely average. Loud music made it very hard to talk with others at our table. Not a place I will return to.

OK, first off I dont wanna be mean but the staff was a bit rude. Looked at me like I was trash. That being said, food was decent, ate well and the music wasnt too bad. I would maybe come back, but no guarantees.

Great place to dine. Beautiful indoors and outside dining overlooking a lovely lake and the 9th green. Excellent shrimp tacos! Dinners have always been tasty. Give it a try.

AJS did my small wedding party last week. Food was awesome - service was great and the staff was absolutely lovely. The owners went above and beyond and made our night so memorable. Thanks guys! See you again soon! Best food around. The fried avocado!! Delish! Go...eat..and have fun! And try the stuffed dates wrapped in bacon. OMG. I didnt even know I liked dates! Thanks again. Had a great brun home with my 2 year old. She loved the entertainment. The huevoas ranchero was excellent, fruit was fresh and the pancake was light and fluffy. We loved it.

An ok place. Highlight is the entertainment. Bar food is the typical Sysco frozen/fried stuff. Drink pours are ok and price not outrageous (just fair). All in all a place to stop from time to time but not a regular one on my hit list.

We love this place, The live music is only topped by the excellent cuisine.

The food and service were both good and reasonably priced, but the reason for going is the entertainment. Accomplished musicians doing their turns in a relaxed atmosphere. Marred a little by guests at other tables talking too loudly over the performers. (In many ways an unfair criticism, the other guest were there to enjoy themselves, the management had notices on each table asking guests to keep the noise down and it is a problem inherent to the relaxed atmosphere.)
