WOW! came here in search for a potential property for my mom and the ladies that work at the office were SOOOO incredibly sweet and kind and willing to help answer any questions and show properties. I can definitely say looks entirely worth it. The amenities are great and the grounds are well kept. I see why Summerloch Green is many peoples favorite. Thank you Sheila for an amazing tour!

I have friends who live here, and although I can not rate the property-rental experience, I can say that I am thankful that the owners and residents have established the Crafty Cottage for themselves from a donated dwelling-unit. The folks that use the space are some of the nicest people! Some do art for themselves, others do crafting and sewing for charity, and some groups meet to share their skills, tools, and hobbies with newcomers. The Crafty Cottage is a great amenity to the property!

The homes are to close together. With what they charge for lot fee you should not have to walk of your house and be on your neighbors property.They have some beautiful new homes but they are mixed in with the old ones. Not appealing when you want to sit outside on your porch and see an old tin right across from you.Not a place that I would feel comfortable living in.

What a beautiful, clean and calm place, I wish I could move there but I cant, its a 55+ community.

I really like Summerloch GreenOne concern: the amenity called the gym.All equipment is broken down and what gym does not have a treadmill. Not this one.

Maintenance and manager personnel team up to put residents out on their own. Do not expect respect from them.

The Amenities need updates but in general its a nice place.

The community is amazing but its no longer owned by a family. A corporate company came in a raised the rent significantly. It looks as if the annual rent increase will be 500% greater than it was in previous years. Instead of $5 a year, its now $25 a year. These people are on fixed income. Im glad my parents enjoy the community. Otherwise, Id be suggesting a move.

Keep raising the lot rent to pay the property taxes but dont do anything for the renters

The people here are very nice. It is really nice place to live. The weather is beautiful the location is great and everything you need is right around the area.

The company, Summerloch Green, has bought up a majority of properties in Florida and are charging outrageous fees! Horrible!

They are doing a wonderful job since they took over the park from Lake Kathryn Estates

Contrary to previous % calculations, current residents are subject to 15% upward annual changes... New residents are subject to market tiered rates...

Good & friendly people living here. Lots of activities to join, chair & water aerobics, golf,boat Club and fun trips to Tampa Casino and lunch on Paddle Boat up the St Johns River, new sauna & whirl-pool in new pool area.. Lots of wonderful pot luck dinners, all kinds of card games & Bingo!!City of Casselberry works with Lake Kathryn management, keeps the park safe and up to date with what is going on in our city.Nice to have a lake front home or access at the two (2) club houses & pool areas.

Unless youre over 60 this place is not for you. If youre over 60 come on down LOL. They have a nice Island Putt-Putt course and a little mini golf course plus an activity center on both ends of the park. The property is owned by Charles Bronson Family but caretakers who live close by are always there to take care of any problems with the mobile homes such as trimming trees and putting out garbage and stuff. The only maintenance you will be responsible for will be mowing. Sebastian lawn mowing man there is named John besecker. He has been working there for about 20 years and is very reasonable and dependable. Ask anybody in the park and theyll give you a recommendation.

Great clean place. My parents love it there.

Park was sold to an investment Corporation in California. Rents are going to be considerably higher for new comers. Their goal is to bring all the rents up to market value.
