Sidney - our Little Mermaid for my daughters birthday party was absolutely amazing and wonderful. She was early, she was perfect. She made our daughters dream come true and we get asked every single day that she wants Arial over for a sleep over and to sing with her again, because she loves her so much! Face painting was a hit even with the adults. She was super talented and I also loved that she did the balloons, super gifted. It was convenient and what can I say about the characters. Wow! On time, professional and above all FUN! They even had a gift for him to cherish forever. The costumes were bright and well made. You can tell it was the real deal. October 2020-We used Tutu Tales Party Productions for the second year in a row (last year we did Ariel) and they are an amazing company. The owner Elle has a true passion for her business and the characters were just perfect! This year we chose a swimming mermaid with the underwater photography package!! My daughter had the best birthday and we will definitely use them again!! October 2019 -Tutu Tails was great to work with. Detailed with communication prior to our event and worth every penny. We chose Mermaid Ariel and it was great that she came with a pirate/sailor friend. She also came w a third assistant to help along the way. We had an amazing party bc of them. They did everything for us and I was actually able to enjoy watching my daughter celebrate her birthday. They played games and kept the kids entertained, supplied their own music and we needed with tattoos which perfectly transitioned to singing happy birthday and the end of the party! I’ll definitely use them again for another birthday. My daughter is still talking about how Ariel came to her house and swam with her.

The duo at our party were great! They catered to the spastic energy that the kids put out. The interaction between Bob the Minion, the game MC and our guests was fantastic. Melina, our main contact, communicated prior and throughout the entire performance making sure I knew what was happening at any point. Gabi & Alexa were Anna & Elsa for my daughters today and did a wonderful job. In the middle of the Covid crisis they did a virtual meetup with them on Zoom and it was awesome. They read a story, sang a song, and personalized the experience for my girls. They loved it. As always, the performers were animated, professional, and perfectly in character! This is without a doubt the best Party Company in Central Florida. The owner, Ellie, is very professional who cares about her employees and certainly cares for her clients. She always knows how to bring magic with a little bit of pixie dust to her parties. Without this company I am not sure where I would be. Tutu Tales offers a wide variety of characters for everyone to enjoy. The company now even offers more Princesses of Color that can be booked upon request! All the performers are on time, and work in a professional manner. This five star review is because of Mikey. Early on there were multiple follow ups to my inquiry by the booking staff. However, I was not thrilled with the response time or lack of flexibility to the offered packages as we moved through the process. I booked anyway because my son wanted a super hero for his party.Captain America (Mikey) was the biggest hit of the party. It was amazing how he was able to keep the attention of 4-5 year olds for so long. My son felt so special having Captain America at his birthday. All of the parents are raving about Mikeys performance- we will definitely be using Tutu Tales again because of him.

Our Princess Anna (Ashley) was amazing. It was everything I wanted and more. After so many people cancelling on our family (it was immediate family only) we were bummed. Spidey (Brandon I believe is his name) was VERY friendly and willing to fit in with the different age groups and circumstances. The party was for my 3 year old son and was supposed to be at his school with his friends but that had to change at the last minute. Unfortunately, he is the only child in our family in that age group. Spiderman saw this and he played basketball with the older boys to make them part of the celebration. He also did a Tik Tok video with the older girls :) He was a pleasure to have and he made my son’s birthday memorable and enjoyable for everyone! Spidey rocks!

Alexa, a.k.a. Ariel was AMAZING! She was so sweet and so into character from the moment I saw her prancing towards our home, while Under the Sea played from the hidden speaker in her bag, to the time we said our goodbyes. Tutu Tales provided a magical experience from beginning to end. It was such an easy and transparent process. From how to go about booking a character (we had Rapunzel), to the actual day of the birthday party and execution of the event . We were very very pleased with the ease of the process. Ahead of the birthday party we were able to discuss exactly what we envisioned and desired for our character, and were told exactly what to expect so there were no questions the day of the event. Rapunzel was truly magical and made our little girls’ day so special, and they and their friends are still talking about it over a month later. I cannot recommend to Tutu Tales highly enough!

Tutu tales is an amazing party planning company. The staff has been phenomenal when things are needed and the characters are so great! They have done parties for family members of mine and I attend the royal tea parties every year and those I would definitely recommend every time. They take the hassle out of planning and setting up parties as well. Anything you can think up they excelled in quality and presentation. The price is fantastic for the quality of service you get as a customer and for the kids.

Tutu Tales is simply amazing. I have used a few other character rental companies the past two years and both disappointed. Tutu Tales had colorful vibrant costumes and the performers were Disney grade. I had multiple guests tell me they felt like they were watching performers at the Magic Kingdom. The prices were slightly higher than the other companies but when you compare that to the outstanding quality and passion you receive it is worth it! The quality of the Princesses costumes are only outshone by the beautiful girls themselves. Each time I have been to one of their amazing events both Myself and my grandchildren fall in love with them just a little bit more.We have been lucky to see them perform many times and I especially love the way each child is made to feel special. My granddaughter is often a little shy but the last time we saw Belle she totally blew her away when she twirled and giggled with her. Every experience I have had with this company has brought me nothing but positives. Be it with each individual performer or the excellent customer service, they offer the best for the joy of the customer and, most importantly of all, the kids. One thing that will always stand out to me is a small, personalized video one of the performers filmed specifically for my nieces (they live outside the local area and were unable to enjoy TuTu Tales properly). I mention them in passing and which princess they love and the next day I had a video sent my way wishing them both a happy weekend and they, too, were princesses.

We rented a mermicorn (mermaid unicorn) for my daughter’s 7th birthday party. She arrived on time, and called to give us a heads up on when she would be there. Her pirate chauffeur wheeled her in on a cart and helped her sit in the pool. She looked beautiful!! She took pictures with the kids, played games with them, played music, and sang happy birthday. She was such a nice girl and interacted with all of the kids. The pirate even had a sword fight with some of the girls and the little brothers! They were great and I would definitely use them again!

I have used a few companies in the past but now that I found Tutu Tales I will use then exclusively.- They have the largest selection of Character and Mascots with over 400 to choose from!- Unlike the competition who work out of their garage or parents spare bedroom, Tutu Tales is a real company with a real office and warehouse in Casselberry.- They have their own Venue in Casselberry where you can have your parties at a discounted rate while renting the beautiful venue or they can send the characters to you.- They provide all there Characters and Mascots in house and do not outsource. Some of the companies I used before Tutu Tales didnt even own costumes or have entertainers on staff, they would get other companies to do everything for then giving them limited control and causing severe quality consistency issues.- They have the highest quality costumes that are all custom made. A lot of the other companies have poor quality costumes and even have some Party City costumes they use!- All their performers are professionally trained in a 3 month course. I’ve had many great experiences with TuTu Tales Party Productions. Every event member was phenomenal, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They were absolutely amazing with my daughter and her party guests and even went the extra mile to coordinate what she knows of each character. Disappointed in the customer service and lack of transparent communication. Logistically very disorganized. To much surprise, it was the paying customers responsibility to fully deep clean venue after use, and take the trash to the dumpster only accessed by vechical. A verbal conformation of approval was given, and then retracted when it came time to receive the deposit. When asked for more detail, a sharp tone was given, and an empathy note for mismanaged time on their end in the preparation of the party. I’ve never left a poor review, but was very displeased in this organizations level of care.

Having Elsa from Tutu Tales was the perfect addition to my daughters birthday party! She was very authentic and good with all the kids from babies to all ages. She sang Let It Go and Happy Birthday with us!
