I went into climax to get a concentrate pen, three days later the battery died so I just wanted to exchange the battery because it had been three days and it already died. Did not want to switch out anything else just a new battery and the lady I dealt with is the one who rang me up three days ago. They told me all they can do is sell me a new one, great customer service guys I’m never coming back here and I suggest just going to pipe dreams it’s way cheaper

What a great vape shop. I didnt know that it was even located here, but its quite convenient if travelling on the dreaded 436 and find yourself in need of a smoke shop. And a BIG #Shoutout to Tatyanna, a very nice young lady who turned into an excellent consultant. The manager Shelby is amazing! Super helpful and knowledgeable when it came to all kinds of vape devices and juices. I wanted to find a new juice and go down a little bit in nicotine level. Shelby helped me to find the perfect juice for my device. We talked a little bit in between and she is extremely friendly and hilarious!I have been going to Climax for a few months because they usually have the juice I want. I called around one day and found out that they are basically the only ones that carry that juice. Will continue going because of this!

Horrible service they dont know what they are doing at all. Went in for coils. She went thru every box. Stillended up giving me the wrong coils I will not be back. I absolutely love this store! Suffering with chronic pain is hard enough. This is the only place to go with staff that never marginalizes its affect. The struggle is REAL! The staff is SUPER HELPFUL, never ever tries to upsell my needs, and by far offers the THE BEST prices around! Thanks for being so amazeballz!

This is one of few stores that I go to where the service is so personal and intimate. The employees make sure they are focused on you and helping you with any of your needs. Their hookah section is a bit small if that’s something your into. They offer lots of accessories from bags to vapes and toys to wraps. The art of the pieces here is also really amazing. The rewards program is FREE and mant times I get a free product with the points I earn. Overall a great shop to stop for your rolling and smoking needs.

I heard about this smoke shop from a friend and decided to try them out. I have been coming here about 2 months now. This place is fantastic! I stop by at least once a week to stock up on what I need. Everyone there is awesome. If I ever have any questions they always answer them. They show me what is new and tell me whats the best. I always buy the mango and pineapple BLA and one of the CBD pens. Awesome prices and the place is just fun to go in. They also have a rewards program you should deff check out! You won’t be disappointed!

Open late! 5 stars just for that. Im tired of fighting traffic after work to barely make it before a shop closed. I really like the RG CBD disposables Clayton recommended. Its so small. Fits in my pocket, and its cheap. $7.48 out the door. Cant beat it if you want CBD. No tanks. No charging. Vape n go the. Toss it.
