Beautiful RV resort! We spent a little over 2 months at Desert Springs. Super clean, friendly staff, and a safe/gated community. Laundry facilities in top working condition and always clean. The mini golf is challenging and fun! We just booked our next stay here and we are looking forward to it!
We stayed for two months, Feb and March 2019 in our 36 ft Cameo fifth wheel. We had a great time and everyone who worked there were fabulous, always willing to help out if needed. For us having a nice dog park that was fenced in was a plus. Then to have two mile walk way around the edge of the 18 hole golf course was also nice. The golf course was under construction during our visit and we could see that once finished it will be a top rated course. The sites are good size and well maintained, plus the views from those on the edge of the park were very nice.Weve already booked for next year, so that should tell you something about the resortCasa Grande is about 6 miles away and very easy to get to. Being on the outskirts of town kept any noise to a minimum.Highly recommend this resort if you plan to stay in the area.
We love Desert Springs! Stayed for 9 months and hope to return. The Park is very clean with great amenities (pool. Jacuzzi, golf, laundry room and club house) along with entertainment activities. The location is great as your in the desert to enjoy the quiet and beauty of it all but close enough to town for shopping and entertaiment. Boyd and Dan are very nice. They were helpful and accommodating with getting me setup with internet service so I could work remotely. Hope to be back soon!
This is a delightful RV park and has been newly opened with expansive clean parking sites and concrete pads. The management staff is extremely nice. There are many social events and great activities in a country atmosphere but very close to a large city with all those benefits. We came for a short stay but stayed longer and brought friends and I would recommend your doing the same
Desert springs ranch is a great RV park and place to spend the winter were here for Michigan for this winter and we just love this place we have a great swimming pool and hot tub have pickleball court great activities for all the park members their golf course is going to be open by mid November for three holes and a driving range plus they have awesome challenging mini golf course behind the clubhouse just amazing place to come and spend some time.
Its nice to finally have a good RV park in Casa Grande AZ! They have a friendly staff and really nice restrooms and laundry facility. They just opened up and are still working on a couple things like the Doggy park. The sites are really big. I will definitely be back!
For the past few years, I have visited the resort for one week annually to see my parents who are full-time residents of the park. As a visitor, I am consistently impressed with the park facilities and management. The park is well-maintained and well-managed and improvements are constantly being made. It is a quaint park with a strong sense of community.
This place is a breath of fresh air compared to the other parks we been to in this area its out away from town gives you that out in the country feel, since we are from Tennessee we love it my dogs love it has a huge fenced in golf course thats part finished and still being worked on, I can just turn them loose and dont have to worry about them running into the road, everything is new the laundry the pool and hot tub, they have bonfires at night and the people here are super friendly, its not over crowded like some of the other parks in the area, its clean people pick up their dogs droppings, all and all its perfect for us and our dog children!!
Ive really enjoyed this campground with all their amenities. My whole family stayed for 4 weeks and we all absolutely loved it. Highly recommend Desert Springs RV Ranch!
Really nice RV park, no complaints at all. Owner wasfriendly and kind. We stayed for 5 weeks. Highly recommended!!!
Very Friendly and accommodating. The site manager has been a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend !
The park itself is ok. Decent sites, good utilities, nice amnenties. The big problem is the cattle smell from the large feedlots to the west and north. We were there for the month of December 2019. Each evening there was an incredible surge of cow sewage that wafted over the area. This forced us to leave.
We initially planned to stay for two months but had to leave a few days early due to the Covid-19 situation. We did not want to leave and would not have if not for that. We arrived for our stay and were met by very friendly management and park hosts, who escorted us to our space and helped us get situated. From the moment we arrived we were in love with the place. Nicely situated on a huge, gated piece of property that includes golf and a driving range, plus a pool, pickleball court, cornhole pit, mini golf and other amenities. The entire property is fenced with more than plenty of room for exercise if you like to walk, jog, run, or some people even rode their bikes. Laundry and shower facilities were very nice. There is a fenced dog run. Pool is heated and the hot tub feels great. We had no complaints and have already made our reservations to stay there next year.
Excellent place to live with all the amenities from miniature golf, driving range, pool, jacuzzi, BBQ grill, big screen TVs, billard pool, darts, dog run and path. Staff and neighbors are Great!
Had an amazing month here at the park. Met a lot of nice people. The park is clean, well kept and well maintained. If your looking for something not far from town this is the place you need to be!
I have been hear for over a year and have enjoyed ever minute. The park has a small extremely friendly atmosphere. It is very quit and peaceful. They have lots of social events and gatherings and people enjoy getting together in the event hall at all times of the day. They continue to work on things like the golf course and the land scaping to make this park a great destination for RVers.
Wonderful new RV resort. Well maintained and lots to do at park and surrounding area. Planned activities within the park, hot tub, pool, fire pit, driving range, putting green, pool table, bocce ball, horse shoes, laundry and clean bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again.
We were extremely happy to find this place. The sites are nice and well maintained. Good water pressure and 50 amp power. Nice hot tub. It’s very quiet with no interstate noise and very little traffic in the evenings. Easy to get to with a big rig, we camped in a 40 ft motor home. Close enough to all the amenities without the city hustle. The management was very accommodating and nice to deal with. Would definitely recommend to other RV’ers.
We arrived on 3/1/19 for a two week stay. The resort in our opinion, didnt appear to be as represented on the website. The resort was advertised as a 55+ rv park. The next morning at 0430 hrs we found out thats when the first of the work force started out for work. The first diesel truck started at 0430 and idled for about 5-10 minutes before leaving. The next was a newer car with a performance muffler or no muffler. Both of these vehicles were within 3 rvs distance from us. Almost every morning they left at this time. One morning I counted 6 vehicles leaving before 0630. Several roosters woke us up from a nearby chicken coop and where relentless. A foul smell is present when the wind is right from a large dairy farm to the west.A big part of why we chose to stay at Desert Springs Ranch was the pool and hot tub. I asked the staff at the office what are the hours of the pool. She didnt know as the pool had just opened for the year(not on the website) apparently a seasonal pool. We are water people and have a hot tub at home. The pool was very cold and the hot tub too hot. We asked about the temp of the pool and were told that its warmed for water aerobics and shut off. They said they couldnt heat it anymore per the owner as they had went through too much propane already. They said we would be lucky to have propane to run the dryers in the laundry this coming week.I asked the office the second day about leaving early as I wasnt impressed with the park. I was told I could leave whenever I wanted but, wouldnt get any money back.On the positive side of things the park buildings and grounds are clean and kept. We meet some very nice people that got us through our visit and shared our issues. We attended a potluck and concert put on by the resort and it was a good time. Well keep in touch with friends we met here but, wont be back.
We got here Jan. 2nd 2019 and plan to stay until beginning of Feb. 2019. It has the potential to be 5 star, it is not quite completed as this a 1 year old RV park, still missing the pool and golf course which is coming along. The hot tub is very nice, activities are nice and people including management are courteous also. Owner is on-site too which is a bonus. Very clean and meticulous and modern place. We are very happy here! 5-10 minutes from Casa Grande shopping and RV sites are spacious also compared to RV parks on Florence blvd in Casa Grande. Its a small quiet relaxing community with some activities also.
This campground is under new management. The new owner makes a lot of investments to make this park attractive. However the park is located in a rural area not too far from a major dairy farm where they raise thousands of caddles . So often you have the terrible smel and thousands of flies . At a point that it is difficult to cook outside without having all these flies around your meal. It is very bad.The shower should also be modernized . They are very small and totally outdated.
Russ and I were blessed to find this wonderful RV site. We planned to stay for a couple days, but extended our stay and brought in friends. Desert Springs is a very clean, medium sized park with spacious sites and concrete pads, lots of activites, live music, yoga, very friendly management, and a country feel next to Casa Grande with city benefits. Watching the beautiful sunsets over the golf course and mountains while sitting in the hot tub is spectacular. I highly recommend this park, just make sure there is still a spot for me!!
This is not a resort as listed but rather a campground. Many of the features listed are not available. There is no golf course as of yet, the pool is not finished and will be very small. There is a small hot tub with no lounge area or change rooms. The clubhouse is just a room with couches and 2 Tvs and an unequipped bar area. No bathrooms in it. It does have a pool table. The laundry area was a plus. 4 new washers and dryers. What we were told was the gamesroom was a tiny room off the laundry area with a couch, a chair, a coffee table with 3 books and a puzzle. The bathroom door opened up into it. There was no cable TV and very limited access to the offices WiFi. The dog park consisted of a fenced off ditch. The campground was clean and the lots were level, graveled with a cement pad. There were no outside lights on the sites so it was very dark on the grounds at night. There are many dairy farms and feedlots in the area and the flies and the smell is terrible. I would not recommend this resort.
Very quiet and relaxing place. So happy to have found this park. The management is so friendly and helpful .
This RV Park / Resort is under new ownership and is coming along nicely. We spent about 3 months here in 2018
Place just opened, great people, great view, and very peaceful over 100 acres to roam on. Newly renovated, there constantly adding to the property a nice spa game, and crafts room, laundry room, lounge with bar also soon too have a golf course with 9 holes its coming along very good nice retreat
