Beautiful stuff and materials for craft. I enjoyed in this store!

LOVE this Michaels. Everything is always clearly marked, easy to find, and the associates are always more than willing to help. I have been able to create a lot of cute gifts and get a head start on decorating mine and my husbands new apartment.

Awful customer service. They charged me twice for the same transaction and did nothing to correct the mistake when I called the store. Even after calling corporate, they didnt fix the mistake. I will not shop at Michaels again.

No matter which location I got to the staff is the same, very polite and providing the best customer service even when they do not have what I may need they take the next step to to see if another store within miles does. This is why I will always come here for my craft supplies

Good selection of Halloween stuff, but I feel its overpriced considering I doubt there will be much of a Halloween this year (& by this time last year it was already 50% off.) Id give more stars but I was specifically unimpressed with the Food Lion level of customer service I received at the register. I greeted the cashier & she remained mute until listlessly telling me my total & handing over my bag. This was the Michaels at Crossroads in Cary - Ive had much better experiences at several other Michaels locations.

I will never in my life again step foot in this location. The girl at the front counter had the nerve to roll her eyes and call a manager on the talkie and then switch names like it was going to make a diffrence in what i had to say. They barely have anything. I drove all the way to Knightdale for better customer service and more selection of items. What they couldnt seem to do .. the location that i actually use to work at, did it with no problems at all!

I got custom framing done here and the people were very nice and helpful. When I couldnt afford the initial price for the combination I selected they worked with me to find alternatives so that I could still be happy with my choice.

I absolutely love art. But they dont really have the selection of model cars like they used to. I remember being about 9 wanting one and the selection was endless. But i guess 14 years later they just stopped caring.

Never had a bad experience but had some iffy ones, but this was absolutely perfect. Between the staff and the customers minding their space, plus a tidy store, all was perfect!

Such a weird time with the Covid affectations... Michaels had every precaution in place, and the staff was ready to help as always. My only criticism is that I couldnt clearly hear the cashier through her mask, but I was so appreciate that she was wearing one.

Found some GREAT deals on Halloween decor!

Ive never visited this location. The one off of Glenwood used to be nice. The store seemed to be clean and organized for a Friday before noon.I felt much of the decor (Halloween & Autumn) were really overpriced considering much is made from such cheap materials.One -super- annoying thing while I was there browsing, was a cashier speaking almost yelling, I CAN HELP WHOEVERS NEXT ON 8!Ive worked retail before and its NOT a job for everyone! A lot of women shop there and I know if Id spent a considerable amount of money on my visit, thst that I wouldnt want to be addressed like cattle!!I was so turned off by that cashier, that I decided NOT to spend money there. Nowadays, thankfully we can go online and shop too.Its just hard when some of your decision making involes being there in person!

Decent selection of mid quality art supplies for most things. Ive seen defects and damage with a lot of paint brushes but luckily I can see them before I buy them.

I ordered yarn online for curbside pick up at this store. The description online did not say that the yarn was not machine washable so I wanted to return it. They will not take returns at this time due to COVID 19, but my issue is this: its perfectly OK to sell me the yarn without my knowing who handled it before me, but not to return it? That does not make sense to me. Also I tried to do a mail return online but there is no one to help, they put you through to a chat bot who says that chat is not available please try later. So as of now I am stuck with $20 of yarn that I do not want. Also bought a bead organizer that was sealed and it it missing a cap to one of the containers but too bad on me right?

Usually this store is one of the nest in the area, but possibly due to Covid issues, the cleanliness, organization, and stock of nonseasonal items has greatly diminished.

The checkout to this place is a funnel with no escape, and the sales are rarely any good. This place had a monopoly until hobby lobby came to town with better pricing and variety.

Michaels is exactly what comes to mind when I think of an Arts & Crafts store. Their selection and knowledgeable staff enable even the most newbie-level art person (me) to find their way around and make educated decisions about what to buy. This store is no exception.

First time ever shopping at Michaels. Used curbside pickup. Products I received are nice but the associate was rude.

Best Michaels Ive ever been to. Great stock, big store, managers have always been friendly. Lots of clearance items and Halloween decor always comes out early (and goes on sale early).

The handicap ramp is far too steep and the aisles are a bit narrow for chairusers.

This place is a danger to your wallet. They have so many wonderful things, that the inner crafter in me wants to run all over like a kid in a candy store. Good service, lots of options, and I love walking in to see all the silk flowers. Somehow always makes me feel the appropriate seasonal spirit. you can find anything here. Pain, wood, glue, sewing, stamps, beads, etc. I have yet to search for something and not find it in some form or very close to my original item I wanted.

Clean, organized and neat isles. Staff was helpful and friendly. My granddaughter got more yarn for the lap blanket we are making for her. My grandson picked out colors for one he wants to have made for him, and of course a toy for him and decorative tape for her journal!

Michaels Crossroads is a fun place to shop. Your imagination can go wild in developing elements for any project for home, business, hobby or whatever. Almost all craft items that you can think of are available and in stock at the time that you need them. So much better than an online selection!One super staff members is a day manager - Virginia who truly excels at her job. Tell her what you have in mind and she will lead you to many Michaels choices. She is terrific at finding acceptable alternatives if your choice wont work. She is always super pleasant with a radiant smile and you can tell that she is proud of this Michaels and its customer service.The number one asset of Michaels is it people and Virginia is the best of the best. She is like everyones knowledgeable sister who is nice!

Went in looking for a wood block. A normal crafting item, if you wish to whittle. Got absolutely 0 help from the staff and couldnt even find some sandpaper. Ridiculous for a craft store.

I love Michaels. I get a lot of the dictations for my house from here.

The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a wide selection of items. More than my hometown Michaels store.

They were short on 4x6 frames, which was one of the things we went in for, but they were fully stocked with Christmas stuff.

The DMC floss section was in disarray and at least 1/2 of bins were empty. A helpful employee said they were not discontinuing the thread but there were more than 3 weeks worth of shipments that hadnt been unpacked yet. Looking around it was easy to see lots of bare shelves. Very disappointing

The tricky part of shopping is staffing. Challenge is to find someone in aisles to ask where might find something...getting fabric cut takes quite some time altho staff very knowledgeable...checkout line can take awhile. Staff trying to address long lines while answering phone inquiries. Staff great, just not enough staff. Excellent store, well stocked, love sales and coupons.

They were very helpful in finding a certain yarn that I was looking for. I had been to four other stores and was told in three of them to just look and see if I could find it but the lady at Michaels helped me find it and looked for more.

Its Michaels craft store. Supplies for professional artists, pencil, pen and ink, colored pencil, prism products, pastels oil and chalk. Painting supplies acrylics, oils, watercolors, canvases, easels. All needle crafts, knitting, crocheting, crossstitch, needle point, embroidery, tatting. Weaving supplies, looms of multiple types. Spinning supplies. Sewing machines, notions, quilting notions, fabric and fat quarters, batting of multiple fibers and thicknesses. How to books on all arts that they sell supplies for. Tons of storage options to keep all your art and hobby work tidy. Upholstery and foam for furniture repair, curtain making. I hope you get the picture of what they sell. Oh and jigsaw puzzles, jewelry making supplies, and all types of crafts for kids. Tie dye kits too.

The plus side:they had what I wanted and the cashier was cheery and pleasant. The negative:no one in the aisles to help or answer questions. Cmon Michaels hire some more staff!

Generally always have a good experience here. Things are easy to find, good deals. Virginia checked me out today and she was super sweet and helpful! Before check out she was organizing the store and was working hard!

Standard Michaels Store. Lots of entry level crafts and tools, some mid-level stuff. Great for buying models and photo frames. If youre looking for something thats hard to find, its likely they dont have it. This store is better for beginners.Lovely workers though.

Ok store but prices way too high over other stores such as ACMoore. Their coupons are of little use when ur already paying to much. Instead, use their coupons that are accepted at Joe Ann fabrics and ACMoore.

The customer service their was great. An older lady who works there was very helpful and I could tell she really enjoyed her job.

The layout is weird and I always have a hard time finding things. It is also annoying when sale items are not clearly marked. I went in during a Buy One Get One Frame sale and the sign said a specific brand name so I chose 2 frames of that brand on a nearby shelf. I got to the register only to find out that those particular frames were not apart of the sale despite being the same brand on the sign and on a shelf next to the display!I frequently run into issues with finding out the actual prices of things because they will have the wrong tags on the shelf or the items are shelved incorrectly.

I knew it would be bad at christmas time but several employees are standing around with a 30 person line waiting to check out. Also the whole store is a disaster, again much more than I had expected

Worst shopping experience ever! I understand that it may be seasonal help. My daughter was purchasing a lot of items and I purchased some Altoids. The price on the shelf was clearly marked $2. in the register it rang up as $3 and they would not honor the price on the shelf. I asked two different people to just give it to me for the price marked but they insisted on the price in the system. The difference was only $1. They lost a good customer and the sales from my daughters items over that small amount. Common sense is anything but common.

Very good selection. Prices arent always clearly marked, and it can be difficult to find an employee to ask the price or location of something (there are no price scanners, and the organization is sometimes confusing). Prices arent great unless you use a coupon or take advantage of a sale, but the right combination of sales/coupons can make for some great prices. They also recently redesigned the checkout lanes, and theyre much better, with a clear line where youre supposed to wait. Store is always nice and clean.

Nice place to visit with family. Went there with my brother to collect few things for valentines event. Had to search quite a bit, but the staff was very helpful.

The store was very tidy. I was greeted when I entered by very friendly staff. I needed a cheap label maker, but they only carry one kind that is over $80.00 so that was disappointing. I looked all over the store and there were many items on sale. I am on a tight budget, so I am always on the hunt for a great deal. I did find an item that was full price so I looked online for a coupon and I found a 40% off. The deduction of star was for only having the high dollar label maker and nothing more reasonable. I could have used my coupon, but it still would have been out of my price range.

Well stocked store and helpful staff. At least three people asked me if I needed help and that is not including the person that actually assisted me. Great customer service.

Had pretty much every little craft item you need. Great options for yarn, paint, paper crafts, and nice frames. They almost always have deep discounts for their custom frame shop.

The employees are very helpful and nice. Love this store.

The Staff was knowledgeable and prepared for the holiday rush. I enjoyed shopping and had little wait to check out even though they were quite busy.
