Just left the Pettit Creek Farms with the family. Had a great time playing with all the little animals (got to feed the camels)along the hey ride. This place is great for kids. The pony and camel rides are so cool. And there is even a zipline to try out as well. So get your family and take a day off and spend some time together here where family fun is the mail goal.

My daughters and I and some friends of theirs spent a few hours here recently. It wasn’t crowded when we went. And their various pumpkin displays are cute if you’re looking to take some photos. Lots of pretty flowers on the grounds and several activities from hayrides (included in general admission) to zip lines and camel rides (additional price). All-in-all, a nice way to spend a few hours on a fall day without having to drive 60-90 minutes to some of the more well-known pumpkin patches from where we are. The corn maze is included as well, but it’s not much of a maze. If that’s your thing, you’ll be disappointed, but if you just want some nice pics and a few enjoyable hours wandering around, plus see some camels and zebras, I think you’ll enjoy it.

I love the small family owned business. And absolutely suggest visiting the lights are creative and festive, staff is happy, animals seem happy clearly they put profits towards animal care. However I was disappointed to see no masks last night to pick up our Christmas tree, literally anywhere. The drive thru lights are awesome but the $20 we paid to drive through did not go towards our Christmas tree like last year? We got ONE free hayride ticket instead which we won’t use that’s why we did the drive through with our car. The ladies making the funnel cakes and drinks weren’t wearing masks either and when we bought the tree the guy asked for cash and then didn’t have change so my husband being the laid back guy he is says ok well here’s a 10 dollar donation. I’m more than happy to donate but as a lower middle class family I prefer to make my donations formally with the proper paperwork for tax purposes. If you prefer cash how do you not have change?Love the experience and the trees were beautiful, staff was kind and happy so we’ll continue to support the business but obviously need to be more aware of the money we’re spending because I can’t help the feeling that we were scammed.

The only reason this place gets one star is the fact that Google will not allow me to post no stars. There is nothing to do for the base price of $15 entrance fee. Most of the attractions are closed or no animals to see and most things are extra. Extra to ride the animals, extra to feed the animals and the high ropes course is a whopping $25 extra the corn maze was non existent and was not even a maze. There is a bouncy castle that the little ones see on their way in but when you get to it is for parties only. Go to Southern Belle Farms same price with loads more to do and no extras to pay.Steer clear of this place..............UPDATE.........just got off the hayride and my no star review went down to -1. If you like trips around a scrapyard with the odd animal you can look at 100 feet away then this is the ride for you. Only good bit the camels.......

My son loved to be there. I truly recommend it. The camel feeding is an amazing experience for the little ones and no so little :). The staff are very friendly and welcoming. You can even touch a real giraffe. The pig race is so funny. There are games every where in the farms. A lot of animals to see. You have to pay extra for the little horse ride or camel ride but it is optional. You still can have a nice experience.I would like to make an observation to the Farm management. The horse ride insted like carrousel kind I prefer individual ride as the ride. There is no need for the to ride along when only 1 is occupied.

Visited Pettit Farms on Sunday for about 1.5 hrs and had a great experience. There are a ton of animals to feed and ride which makes the money and drive well worth it. My 2 year old had a blast. They have pigs, cows, horses, reindeer, giraffes, beavers, donkeys, camels, and more. Highly recommend visiting. Much more worth the money compared to other farms.

We have worked with Pettit Creek Farms several for our nativity animals. They are always easy to work with, but this year has been above and beyond. We’ve opted to change the format of our yearly nativity to allow it to be COVID safe. Candace has gone above and beyond helping to answer questions, make suggestions about how to best achieve our goals while being respectful of the animals comfort, and being flexible. We really enjoy working with this farm!

After thoroughly researching different pumpkin patches to visit, I chose this one bc it seemed it would be well suited for my older kids (ages 8-13) we had an absolute blast! One reviewer pointed out that you don’t get much for the general admission and that the hay ride was unimpressive. I completely disagree. We all thought the hay ride was fantastic. What other pumpkin patch let’s you see camels up close and personal?! Along with zebras, reindeer, kangaroos, a giraffe, and all the other typical farm animals. I opted to do general admission tickets and let my children pick one add on; we all did the camel ride and it was such a neat experience! The pig race was hysterical. The staff were friendly. The corn maze was a bit trampled but I have a feeling that’s just from lots of visitors playing in it. One thing I’ll note is, this is not the pristine, wedding venue/pumpkin patch on the side (as some are) it is a legit farm. Some people may want perfectly manicured grounds at their pumpkin patch. Me and my kids,....we want the camels! Can’t wait to visit again!

MY HONEST REVIEW It was like a breath of fresh air to get out of the house and social distance during the covid pandemic. My granddaughter loved it. The camels definitely made the show. The employees were all nice. The only thing I can say negative is that the graham crackers to feed the giraffe were way over priced.(Two for $4.00) if you only charged $1.00 each you would still be making plenty off a box.

A must visit for fun outdoor activity and family friendly experience. Get up close and personal with animals which is rare. Camels and Giraffe are so cool. Good for adults and kids to have fun. Would suggest they get 2 laps for the camel ride as that was very short! Also, it would be great for workers to want to share info about the farm and stories about the animals (like the very kind gentleman we bought animal snacks from). Will be back again this year!

Fun adventure while social distancing! Our 3 kids (5 and under) really enjoyed seeing the animals and throwing food from the bags. It took about 30minutes for the drive through and then we ventured out to the petting area and to see the giraffe. Very easy process to book tickets and not busy - so we could enjoy ourselves! We were thankful for the opportunity to get out of the house and check out something new! Thank you!

Great place to take the kids and family, took my grandson who is 5 months old and we all loved it. This is my fourth time coming and we will definitely be back for Christmas. They dont have to open up their farm, but they enjoy what they do and enjoy everybody that comes out. I will say the corn maze was a huge let down, and the line for food ( funnel cake, fried oreos ) was a really long wait but worth it in the end.

We had a wonderful time. It was fun to see all the animals and throw food to them out of our window. My suggestion would be to buy two bags of food and save one bag for the animals on the other side of the drive through the trees. For older children there is a new high in the sky obstacle course that looks to be a lot of fun.

We had the BEST TIME OF OUR LIVES! My children are aged 3 and 1 and they had an AMAZING time. My older daughter was crying the whole way home when we left because she wanted to stay at the farm. Everything from the moment we entered till the moment we left was PERFECT. Every person was so kind and welcoming and informative. The boy at the ticket location at the entrance, the boy at the camel rides, the girl at the pony rides, the man at the giraffe feeding section, every single one of them were the most exceptional people we have met. They were all so kind and looked like they were truly passionate about all of the animals. We are Muslims and my wife wears the headscarf and I have a beard and most of the time when we go places we are treated in a manner that seems unwelcoming but this Farm and every person in it just made us feel like we were home. We cannot WAIT to go back and to make this a regular visit for our family and for our kids to build their memories. Every day my daughter comes to me and says Daddy can I go ride Little Circus(the pony), its the sweetest thing. Thank you to each and every one of you running this farm, its truly magnificent.

As we got to the farm, I just had to provide my name for the booking. The line was short and we got to the animals quickly. The animals were fun to see, but one round didnt last too long. We ended up driving around 4 times as the kids were enjoying feeding the animals so much. The highlight were the zebras and the giraffe, but we didnt get to feed the giraffe it as it was in a fenced area which was a shame. Camels were fun to watch. For the price we paid ($30+$10feed+$2processing fee), I wish we could have seen a larger variety of animals. Either the number or carsallowed in per hour needs to be lowered or there needs to be some gentle encouragement to the patrons that it’s a “drive through” tour and not a “park for 20 minutes at each exhibit” tour. I gave this a five star rating without a comment...thats because I got distracted ..Now let me explain Why I gave them five GLORIOUS stars if Icould it would been Ten.plus.....this by far is the best experience Ive ever had on a farm, zoo, ranch..ect..I loved the whole experience from finding the entrance...so cute of an entrance and an excellent representative for information and buying the food for giving the certain animals. The animals have no cages. They roam free inside there amble grounds. The first part was seeing the Reindeer..(they were inside there barn) but caught a glimpse. Then we drove up to the Camels fence and they loved the compressed grass pellets..while letting us pet them and sticking there heads in the windowsIt was such a great experience. The zebras were near the fence also but you threw them the food . The setup of driving through this farm is what was so special. You got to take all the pictures you wanted. There was a line of cars but everyone was courteous. We saw a ton of interesting animals on this long drive. Through 80 Acres. KANGAROOS.MASSIVE TURTLE..OSTRICH..so many to look at..Also near the end you started seeing the beautiful Zip lines all over the property. The end has a petting zoo..it has tons of animals llamas. Goats..pigs..different cows. Alpacas. Donkeys.horses . Ponies. Then the great big Giraffe..This experience was unbelievable. You got to the end and for five dollars you could ride a ponie..a camel. Do the zip line for a fee. Feed the giraffe for a small fee . A free petting zoo. And a great many photo ops that were priceless. I cant wait till pumpkin season and Christmas..This is highly recommended for Anyone. Get your tickets on there websiteAnd just another reason I loved them was because originally I bought the ticket for the wrong day and I sent a note to change it and they took care of it immediately and we were sent another set of tickets for the correct time. I know this is long and pictures to follow..but it tells you how great this was. Coming back again for another time and we live in Florida..again and again..

My family and I took a drive through tour and it was fantastic. Everything was efficiently run and we got to see the animals pretty closely. We really enjoyed the camels who would actually stick their heads in car to get their treats! A really fun time!

It was a perfect way to celebrate our sons 1st birthday along with his 2.5 year old sister. The animals were such a treat bc we were able to see them up close and personal. I would highly recommend purchasing a bag of food.

My 2.5 year old son loved the experience....feeding the camels and seeing the other animals. Wish there were a better way to feed some of the other animals, as they are shorter and cant be gotten to as easily as the camels. Also, as it got crowded with cars on our second trip around, if the roads were slightly wider, then we could have gotten around where others were viewing. A slightly wider road with signs reminding people to check their mirrors before starting to drive again? Could help the flow and backup of cars.Staff giving directions at beginning was knowledgeable and friendly.

Last week we went to this farm after a long lockdown. It was recommended by an me of our friends and thought we would give a try. We live close to Hiram area and distance wise it was quite close. From the start of the red tent entrance to the exit and repeat visit it was well organised for a drive thru.My kid was excited to see all the animals from the safety of car and interact with them. We saw camels, zebra, reindeer, giraffe, horses, llamas, sheep, geese .When we went for the drive thru we booked the tickets through their website. At the time of ticket buying we did not buy food for animal feeds. At the entrance we realised having a kid I guess it would be more fun for them to feed the animals so we bought food for animals for $10 and they do accept cash and credit cards at the entrance. Everyone in the farm maintained proper social distance and also they have proper sanitisers available if they come in contact like getting your card for pay. After this we very much followed the cars before and we had a great time around. Also you can do multiple rounds of drive thru without exiting the farm. Directions are clearly marked and easy to followOur overall experience was really good

Loved the experience. Great day out for my daughter (6). She loved feeding the animals (especially the camels). Looking forward to when you are fully reopened and to the zipline! Would definitely bring family/ friends to Pettit when they visit.

We took out grandchildren ages 2 and 4 and they loved this farm. WE enjoyed seeing all the animals and even went back for a second drive through which was complimentary. Everyone stayed in their cars and were considerate of other cars. We will most definitely go back when they are open for walking tour and especially the Christmas light tour.

We really enjoyed the drive thru experience, theres not really much you can do right now with the pandemic going on, so this was pretty awesome. My kids especially enjoyed the area with the sheep, goats, and pig, as well as the donkeys and horses, they are probably the most interactive animals on the trail, theyre also closer to the end, so be sure to save some food for them!! The staff were very upbeat and welcoming when we arrived. We will definitely be back when they are fully operational to give our support!

Great social distancing-friendly fun for the family. We enjoyed our time. Lots of different types of animals. We went on a Sunday morning around 11:30am and it was not too crowded. The roads are wide enough that you can pass cars. If others are pulled over for too long, you can easily go around them. I mention this because it was apparently an issue at another safari park drive (not this one). In normal times it might seem a little pricey, but we were happy to support them as I’m sure their revenue is down. Be sure to book ahead of time on the website.

We enjoyed seeing and feeding the animals. However, the grounds could use a little cleanup. Overall we were happy with our experience and it gave us something to do on a summer day with our little guy.

We had a wonderful time at Pettit Creek Farms. We enjoyed driving thru and seeing kangaroos, zebras, camels, donkeys, a giraffe, chickens, goats, pigs etc. Our boys (ages 7 and 5) enjoyed riding the swings, feeding animals, and a pony ride. Wonderful staff too! We will be back.

Idk. This was just ok to me. Kids are $12. Adults $15. You can pay another $15 on top of the base admission for 8 tokens to ride the camel, pony or jump on the bungie thing. Pay another $2 to feed goats. Corn maze was pitiful. I can get a better price on pumpkins at kroger. Seems like a cash crab to me.

Not a single person wore a mask. No social distancing here!! The corn maze does not exist. everything is an additional 5$. They only accept cash, which we had none, and none of the Atms there were working. I asked how much the pumpkins were, lady said 18 each but she would hook me up if I bought more. That was a joke bc walmart only wants 3.99 for a much bigger Nd better looking pumpkin. The hay ride was ok, but no hay.. No where to buy food or drinks.. Literally wasted a drive and a day here. Skip this farm and find somewhere else. This place is not worth the money spent at all. Literally NOTHING to do.

Perfect social distancing friendly activity for our toddler. It was a short drive and our 2.5 year old loved it. You can drive through as many times as like (we went through twice) and they have a pull off area before you exit with trash bins so you can pull over to strap the kids back in.
