I’m an OTR driver so you can imagine I’m On the road a lot and need some “downtime” when I asked she knew right what I was looking for, and made sure I had correct cleaning supplies for my toy very comfortable to talk to. Top shelf service.

Service was horrible, the workers were staring us down and kept talking about us like we were doing something wrong. My friend proceeded to ask about a bong and they said “your not allowed to use that word here! They’re water pipes, if you use that word again we’ll have to kick you out” all of our friends we asked about this place also said the workers were extremely rude to them.

Lady working here was very helpful and fun to shop with. She sold me on a great vibrator and I have not been disappointed!

A product died before we ever used it. Called to see if theyd exchange it. Employee said Id need to come before 4 pm to have the manager approve the exchange. Impossible because I too have a job. Their employees should be empowered to take an exchange.

I was here window shopping with my new partner in mind. I felt like the prices were just a bit of a stretch, but the customer service from the lady at the desk makes up for it. She answered all my questions and made sure that I knew all the options. The selection was nice as well. I would recommend this place for sure.
