My family stayed in a queen suite. It was a great space for us. The room was very clean and offered 2 separate balconies. Julia and Talia that work on the floor provided great customer service! Would stay again!

What a joke. Website says nothing about mandatory masks no exceptions. Even Dr note means nothing to them. Maybe they should put it on the website before you book rooms. So disrespectful to paying costumers. My family has Dr notes to not wear masks. Be respectful of each individual people. Will not be back to this hotel.

They are trying to stay afloat this time of year with 2020 so go and help them

Wednesdays are Seniors Days at Max Casino, and that means seniors with a Club card can get five dollars in free play. I like going in either late at night or early in the morning to avoid most of the smokers who clog the air with their exhaust, but that means you also miss the cocktail waitresses. So good luck getting a drink unless you get one from the bar yourself. Machine maintenance is also an issue here with buttons that dont always work and touch screens that, for example, made me touch No. 28 if I wanted to play No. 37 in keno tonight. Just a bit more of a challenge than I would have liked.

Room was nice even accepted pets was thrilled until we got hit with a 250 dollar damage fee added to our room charge for a burn that was on the carpet before we checked in then they claimed a pet cleaning fee of which our pet was in a crate the entire time so Impossible i Recommend if your in carson city you find another place to stay maybe a park bench at least then you wont get charged for bogus charges i would have rated lower if it was possible as when i called to question the charges the supervisor was very rude

They use some kind of automatic deodorizer that made me dizzy. There was a woman in the microphone doin bingo or something. She sounded like Edith bunker on steroids. Never saw a cocktail waitress. I guess they modeled the casino after the restaurant.

Stayed for a month for work. The place smells very strongly of cigarettes, which you might not realize based on their website description of non-smoking rooms. The second week of my visit housekeeping came by oddly late in the evening and just to ask if I wanted someone to clean. I tried the laundry service - two pairs of pants, and stuff I wore to the gym, and a single shirt. I just wanted a regular wash, and the shirt dry cleaned. Evidently that was just not okay, so I ended up paying about $35 bucks so they could do way more than I asked for. Its not a terrible place entirely, but its definitely not someplace Id put high on my list unless you want bare bones, and very little assistance just so you can stay over a small casino that reeks of smoke. There are other options in Carson. Id look into those.

Great place to relax and have fun.....the staff was courtiose and attentive throught. Thanks. Video poker machines felt fair to fun.

We had a fun night both if us won but they need to have more than one person taking drink orders my husband sat at the bar for twenty minutes and never was asked if he wanted a drink I was on the floor and after forty minutes I finally got my 9rder taken the waitress was very friendly and even came back twice .

Filthy casino, way too much smoke. Only go there because of Black Bear Diner. Recently was waiting for a table in restaurant and went to bar to have a cup of coffee. Was told that i had to put my mask on between sips of coffee, but of course if i had been smoking, there is no such requirement.

One thing I liked about Max Casino is, it didnt smell like cigarette smoke! Ate breakfast there, it was tasty. The slots were okay.

Maxs is not taking care of the locals, which keep the casino going. The casino is basically empty almost every day of the week. The marketing manager is responsible for the problems.

Mostly a locals casino with live music on the weekend. Actually they have the best venue for live music in Carson.

Its OK. Hard to get a beverage while on the machines. Small place. If you cash out, you have to take the ticket to the cashier as there are no convenient ticket-to-cash machines. Big sports area.

Nothing special about it. On the small side and showing age, but it was okay for a couple of hours.

This has to be the worst casino Ive ever visited. Very run-down smells moldy and the ATM was not working also do not come here for sports betting there is never a bookie on duty in the staff is extremely rude. Bad vibes would rather spend my money somewhere else 0 Stars.

Okay so I had a long stressful day and thought maybe I go spend a little money you know to help someone else have a better day but when I went to go play the slots I was told that I had to have a certain amount for me to get a drink now first time I brushed it off like okay added more money then the bartender never came around we made eye contact and she continued on about her day to go sweep up dirt or whatever it is then the next situation I went to go sit down at the bar then the guy looks at my machine after he walks past me a few times so I decide to ask him excuse me sir can I get a Modelo he perceives to look at my machine and then tell me that I have to have a certain amount of minimum when Pryor a lady that he knew walk up to him and before she even said anything he grabbed the cup to prepare her a drink she said nevermind I will not be having a drink I will be having a Sprite so he puts the glass back and grabs her Sprite me he looks at my machine and said that I have to add more money before he can basically give me service what I did not mention was a lady was Caucasian and I am an African-American you tell me what do you think...smh

Hole in the wall casino. Dont leave your belongings around anywhere. Plenty of tweakers waiting in the corners to take your stuff. They even have a security guard in black hanging around because this place is dangerous.
