I have lived here for over a year and have few issues.. landlord is very nice, park manager is accommodating and works hard.. relatively quiet and peaceful.. not too much craziness that is usually involved in a park... id move here....

Gave it 1 star because I couldnt leave a review until I picked a star but no stars from me! Horrible place to live since the new owners. Park manager is on drugs very moody all the time just plain hateful! You can not talk to the owner about anything at all he will not shut up when you try to talk to him tried telling him about the kids being down at the lake throwing toys in it I feel like he should keep the kids from that lake but he will not listen as soon as he bought the trailer park he nearly doubled the rent. My 400$ trailer became 650$. You do NOT want to live here!

Memory Springs trailer park is absolutely my most special and most sentimental place to be period! On this whole planet! All and only because its where my one true love VERN MILLWOOD lives and works.

It was too expensive. We took a foam mattress, loosened the end and cut it to fit. Saved $300

Dont move here nothing gets fixed management and repair person is on hard drugs they try to invade your privacy and want proff of ownership of all vehicles and bank account and routing numbers so they can get money out when ever they choose to

The trailer and neighbors are good, but they need more help with all the maintenance. One guy can only do so much

Pretty clean for a mobile home Park. The pond is nice on the eyes!

They need to keep the garbage off the driveways and streets in here plus every time I deliver there, someone is wanting a ride to town

Roaches in house landlord just walks in whenever he wants to, nothing gets fixed.

Lady maintaining the place went out of her way to help me while I resided there

The owner told me not to pay rent until he drew up my lease an when i didnt pay i got an eviction notice an was made to leave

Could be cleaner..

Its a dump, run down poor quality of landscaping if any and half the time time police tape up. Potential. A friend of mine and church member lives there.
