This place is perfect for all your stress relief! I will definitely be going back soon and upgrade to the bigger package. The staff is absolutely amazing. So friendly and welcoming. I will be recommending to all. Thank you for providing this room for all our stresses!

I have been to a similar place down in San Jose, and I have to say Smash Sacramento upped the experience. Providing all the safety items you could want, if you want, and making sure you were satisfied with your experience. Bluetooth speaker to play your own music as well. Strongly recommend to everyone

Came in at 9pm for my friend birthday. The lady their was extremely nice and super friendly. Super fun to release some steam

Oh man is this place a blast, quite literally! A good option if the stress in your life has you wanting to reduce some objects to rubble. Went here as a date and did some high quality, high impact bonding. They let you control your music via Bluetooth, give you adequate safety gear, and provide you with some surprisingly durable plates that make you feel good to smash with a metal bat. Treat your brain to some self care and show that printer the true meaning of PC LOAD LETTER.

Omg! What a freaking release! I had a blast! Id give it five stars but I strongly feel they need more things to smash. Other than that the owner is very friendly. Non judgmental. And also allows you to be in control of the music

Such a fun experience! I thought I wouldn’t get into it, but as soon as we wrecked a couple bottle we totally let loose. We smashed almost everything in 10 minutes, and David offered a few extra plates for us for free since it was my sister’s birthday. He also gave us a confetti cannon and took pictures for the occasion! Worth the $40 — make a short playlist before and get ready to wreck some s**t and maybe come out bloody (we got a few tiny nicks from flying glass). David was awesome!!

What a cool place to let out some steam! They let you play your own music via bluetooth speaker and just smash away! Next time I think we will do the $40/each package that comes with more stuff, a printer and a car windshield. The $20 package was great! For a first timer, i think it was a great deal. Ill definitely be back!

$165 for 20 minutes. If you show up a few minutes late your time has already started. 3 guys 200+lbs in a small room. There are other cheaper stress release ways then this place with added time.

So much fun. A little scary at first, but dont let that stop you. Its VERY cathartic! Just go break stuff without worrying about having to clean up the mess! Again, SO MUCH FUN!

We went to celebrate a birthday. It was our first time. At first 30 min did not feel like it was enough time for 3 of us. However it was the perfect amount of time. We were able to just do our own thing and take turns smashing what we found. The customer service was excellent and really personable. This is such a great idea. Smash Sacramento knows what they are doing.

I love their layout you can do small groups, large groups and team building / corporate events. First rage room I have seen with 3D layout online and the owner is a vet so you are supporting a veteran owned business.

Amazing and such a fun date idea!! Although I have to admit I would do this by myself, with friends, with coworkers. This is a world of fun and we’re ready to go back again!!!

My cousins and I had an absolute blast during our Smash session. It was our first time here but David and the other workers were so kind and welcoming that we felt comfortable right off the bat...pun intended lol. Anywho, there was a good variety of items to destroy and before starting, you were able to connect to their Bluetooth to play your own music...who doesn’t like getting handed the aux!? I’ve already recommended this place to multiple people and would definitely come back again. Thank you for providing a space for us to feel empowered! Much love

Made an appointment and put down a 50$ deposit down for the 100$ team demolition. Was unable to make the appointment and canceled ahead of time but was not refunded. Emailed about the deposit and received no response. Called multiple times and received no response. Finally was contacted by the owner but was told the 50$ was non refundable and was used to simply hold the appointment in place. I’d also like to mention either a 50$ Or 100$ deposit had to be made in order to schedule the appointment. So I paid 50$ for absolutely nothing. Definitely a scam. Don’t recommend at all.

This was fun. Never have done this so I was not sure what to expect. It was a safe environment. Once I got over the I dont break stuff, I broke and smashed. Good exercise too!

Hi my name is Maddy and my mom and I went to Smash today for the first time.. SO much fun! You can play your own music, and theres something to be said about releasing your stress and just letting it all out! Definitely worth it and Ill be coming back. What really impressed me was the owner- we both happened to leave our phones at the company and we didnt notice until it was closed. We called him and he met us after hours! Thats customer service!

Absolutely amazing experience! David was wonderful. Very kind, and professional. Even got to add some art to their wall afterwards! I desperately needed this place! Will absolutely be back whenever I can.

Had a blast here with the boyfriend. Not only was it great for blowing off stress it was literally a work out. The owner was down to earth, super friendly and very polite. The bluetooth speaker was amazing and maybe we will upgrade to break a car windshield next time.You cant beat the price!Smashing two printers and playing baseball with plates and glass bottles was quite fun! The plates just SHATTERED into tiny pieces. Cannot wait to go again with some things from the thrift store.I reccomend wearing a long sleeved shirt and to getting the face guard. Glass and vhs plastic seem to have some air travel distance.

I gave it 5 stars because this is an awesome idea, genius! I would really love the sunday ladies night, however I cant go to Sacramento. Keep up the good work! Much props!

Went to smash some stuff this past weekend..it was all that. Everything. Spent 30 mins, $32.50 each.. fell in love with the sledge hammer. Found some fresh respect for golf clubs and baseball bats. And dude..have you ever seen the guts of a computer monitor. You need to. #crowbar .. we left so.relaxed .. lol .. you need #smash in your life.

If you want to let your stress,anger an emotions out go release it at smash sacramento. I truly enjoyed myself it was the best stress reliever for my wife an I, we really loved it. I recommend it to everyone.

This place is great to just get our all that anger or energy the staff is so friendly and make good conversation I highlyyyyyyy recommend I’m definitely going back !!

Man I had such a good time here I got to realease so much stress from this last week with the holiday here and finals just now over I came I saw I smashed till my heart was satisfied and best part is I was fighting with my girlfriend and she threatened to smash my Xbox but I seen a ad on instagram and we thought this may help and oh it did loved it so much and can’t wait to come back
