Legoland is truly remarkable. I have never been to a place quite like it. All of the the different themes keeps the park interesting and you can definitely spend an entire day there looking at all of the exhibits and legos. If you are in the area it is certainly worth the stop to check it out. You will not be disappointed!

Very nice park for kids and adults that like Legos too! As right now, every ride or mayor activities still close due to Covid 19. You can go and walk around the park, take some pictures close to some caracters and do some minor activities. You can get everything done in 2hrs in my opinion.

I called in an order for breakfast while staying here for the weekend. We ordered killer burrito, half stack of pancakes, the banana french toast, and sides of bacon hash browns. My kids absolutely loved the huge and fluffy pancakes! Their second favorite were the banana french toast and bacon cooker to perfection. The adults loved the filing burrito. The wait took longer than what was estimated, but they kept me updated while I waited outside for our order. Excellent customer service and communication. We definitely will be coming back for more the next time were in town!

Good fun especially for kids and Lego loversAlthough it is a bit expensive, I guess when you compare it with some other big parks the price might make sense to you, there is also an expensive parking fee and there are no alternatives as far as I know, which to me is quite strange after paying the hefty entrance fee, but I am not considering that a downside and it will not affect my rating because as per my understanding that is the norm in the U.S. I guess, not where I come from thought. Both kids and adults would enjoy the park, it has a lot of fun interactive activities, I suspect that teens may not enjoy it as much though unless they are into Legos, there are a couple of rides that would be fun for teens too, so it wouldn’t be a total bust.I did enjoy my day, I spent 7+ hours in the park and the aquarium (rated separately), I especially loved the cities built from Legos, the boat ride, and a couple of the rides.Plan your day, you can download their mobile app, you can download the map, you can also grab one at the door, check out the show times if you are interested. My last advice is to pack up some snacks, water…etc. just like in any park in the world, the prices inside the park are not the same as the outside, so try to minimize the amount of money you are going to spend by being prepared.

My kids love Legoland! Weve visited 3 times, 2 of em were 2 day stays. Our most recent stay was in the new hotel before Covid in early March. We got a wizards & dragon room. Kids had their own room/tv/bed & a treasure hunt.Always check out their website to see what deals they have.Park is very family oriented. A lot to see, a lot of builds thru out the park.Food is very bland & pricey, so I suggest pack lots of snacks. A lot of play areas thru out park, one of my kids favorite is the Wood one, I forget the name lol. They have lego play areas too for the kids while the parents hold their place in line. Like I said very family oriented. Not too big of a park either.

We had an amazing time at Legoland for their Halloween event! None of the rides were open but we enjoyed walking around Miniland, seeing a 4D movie, racing at Build a Boat and completing the scavenger hunt. The Lego Movie 2 experience was also open where you can see scenes and sets from the Lego Movie 2. Of course, the Big Shop was open and it was very difficult for my kids to pick out just one Lego set each. If you have a chance to go to the Halloween event I highly recommend it. Otherwise, only Miniland and the Big Shop are open.

More covid safe than Costco. They are open for limited activities and such. Mostly for viewing of lego models a shop, a couple food stalls. No rides mostly activities involve model buildings. Temp checks at the entrance, required hand sanitizer at all shop entrances and activities, anything interactive is sanitized after each use. They are going to great lengths and I felt safer there than I do at most grocery stores.

I was expecting more from this place since it was a resort also seen a lot of guests in the playground with no masks and no one around to enforce masks the playground was a little dirty when we took our child we let him play for 5 minutes but felt uncomfortable with so many kids and people around I don’t think I would return here

This place has 3 park attractions: Legoland, Sea Life and Water Park.Legoland & Castle Hotels are directly in front of the Parks Main Gate, very convenient especially for families with small children as you can depart and return in minutes. This Park is great for children ages 3 to 12 who can relate to the Lego characters as they watch cartoons and/or the Lego movies. Ages 13+ will probably enjoy the larger Southern California Amusement Parks (they are taller, and have more patience for waiting in longer lines) instead of Legoland. Rides of the same theme (car attractions for example) vary between age groups which keeps your children exploring and enjoying adventures at their own experience level. Most kids ride an attraction and immediately want to go again!! There are examples of USA cities, different countries and historic people so the history seed is being planted for future knowledge.(4-5) different level Park Access Passes are available (see my last two photos for 2020) or go to the official website to review options.FYI - a local Costco is located approximately a mile away from the Park giving you access to Fuel, diapers, milk and bulk snacks if your staying for an extended period of time! Your Legoland themed Hotel has a mini fridge to store beverages and snacks.

This is my favorite adventure park in all of Southern California. We’ve been to all the other ones and our kids just love Lego land the most! We actually stayed at the hotel on both of our visits and found that that was the best way to do the park. You can get in early so you can get on rides early. On our last visit we went in October, for fall break, and they were literally no lines. We made it through a quarter of the park in the first hour before everyone else was in. I love that the rides are so friendly for all of my kids.I would highly suggest bringing some Lego figures and do some Lego trading with others.

A GREAT vacation if you have little kids (I think kids between 5-12 will have the most fun). If you are coming from out of town, staying at one of the LEGO land hotels attached to the park in a MUST due to the convenience. Legoland California is a theme park, miniature park, and aquarium located in Carlsbad, California, based on the Lego toy brand. Opening on March 20, 1999, it was the third Legoland park to open, and the first outside Europe. In Spring 2020, LEGOLAND California Resort will open their biggest addition in the history of the park, THE LEGO MOVIE WORLD. The area will feature Emmets Flying Adventure, a flying theatre attraction (similar to Soarin at EPCOT and Disney California Adventure). Unlike Florida and Billund, this version will include two theatres rather than one. This area will also feature Unikittys Disco Drop, a mini kids drop attraction. Also, like Emmets Flying Adventure, it will feature two towers instead of one.

Weve just been very happy with the fact that were on ski week and southern California isnt making it so that the lines are short and the fellow parents are just as bright-eyed and bushy-tailed as we are not having to listen to 100,000 different kids screaming and crying having meltdown of the end of the day to only a quarter of that. The app does a great job for giving you directions on how to get around the park and it shows wait times for the rides, which seem to be pretty on par. Better than Disneyland. We went in March (a little off season). Going in off season you miss out on the 2 water parks and the hours are pretty short... Only 10 am to 5! You need 2 days to see everything with these hours, do NOT try to see it all in 1 day. Very clean everywhere, plenty of rides, shopping and good food. Please note this park is designed for kids 3 to 9. I would say older than 10 and the ride options really diminish and older kids would seem bored. Most ride lines were only 5 - 10 minutes. Longest ride line was about 30 minutes. If you stay at a Legoland Hotel you get in 30 minutes earlier than general public.

The hotel is a nice extra if you are planning a couple days at Legoland. Its super close to the entrance to Legoland so you can take a short break from the park to nap or recuperate without sacrificing travel time. The included breakfast buffet was awesome. They literally had everything. The decor, evening dance parties, scavenger hunt... all great additions that the kids loved. One complaint I have about the rooms - Id say they are designed to make sure parents dont have any alone time. Bathrooms have sliding barn doors with big gaps to see into the bathroom and there are no curtains or doors between the kids bunk-bed area and the main bedroom. The room had a good sized refrigerator and theres a community microwave near the ice machine. One note on the thermostat - when we arrived the temp was probably mid-70s but set to 61, which we didnt realize until we woke up the next morning to the cold. Was worse the next night as I set the temp to 76 and hit option for cool - which might as well have been do nothing as it warmed up to 79. Needs to be set on auto

Super fun place for kids and adults who love or loved legos as a kid. Plenty of rides for all ages. You can build your own race car and race them, play LEGO video games, swim at the water park, see ocean life at the aquarium, meet the characters, watch 3D movies and more. You have to take your kids here at least once in their lifetime. We stayed at the LEGO Hotel and it was magical and so fun.

An epic visit. I highly recommend this place. Especially for those with smaller children. So much more affordable than Disneyland. A great family getaway. Cant say enough wonderful things about our visit! Thank you.

Great fun with our boys ages 3, 6, and 9. There are rides for all ages. Techni coaster is the fastest. Ice cream is great up by the dragon coaster. The whole family will have fun looking thru mini land, its incredible!
