Its really fun and for a great price! The SPEED SLIDES are AWESOME! ...be sure to plug your nose when you get to the bottom!! All the slides were great and the lazy river is nice too. Definitely family oriented...but theres no concessions so come prepared with your own snacks and PLENTY of hydration!

One of my favorite places in Carlsbad to go. U cant beat $5 a person either. I love taking my 3 year old Daughter to play here. Its one of the funnest places in town, especially for the price. I wish there was someway it could stay open all year long.

I took my kids to the water park yesterday and the life guard had her bathing suit bottoms pulled up like a G-String exposing herself to young children. You could definitely tell she liked doing this on purpose. This is suppose to be a water park for children. For exposing yourself you should definitely be fired. I’m glad to say the manager/owner made her put on shorts but I will not go back until she is gone from there, that is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen. She needs to work in a strip club not a public water park.

Some of the lifeguards werent keeping to enforcing the rules. A lot of little kids were literally jumping onto other people and into the pool with no adult supervision. But it was overall a great time for not only my dtr but for me too. Will be going back

Pretty reasonably priced. Fun time for the kids and the childish adults (me), nothing deeper than 5ft but those two near-vertical waterslides are great. Was kinda busy when I was there on memorial day weekend but thats to be expected.Just wish they had a little more change room

Seemed great but my son and I both got sick after. The water smelled a little funny but I figured it was just the smell of the river across the fence. When we got back to the hotel, our skin and swim clothes smelled sour/rotten mixed with chlorine which was almost nauseating by itself. I even washed our suits in the shower with soap and I have never had to do that. Pretty sure we got Norovirus which is really easy to get from a pool if the water quality isnt maintained. All it takes is one sick person or more likely baby to have diarrhea or throw up in the pool and there to not be enough chlorine etc to keep the water sterile.This was the first activity on a 4 day weekend visiting Carlsbad. Well, we spent the whole second day sick in the hotel, day 3 same. Thinking about going back to Albuquerque early since we cant swim, and are too tired to wander around the cave or anything like that.We planned to come swimming here all 4 days of our vacation since my son is more interested in swimming than the caves, but well probably never go back.Im an x-lifeguard, Divemaster, and Rescue diver and I have been to countless pools all over the USA, and abroad. I never smelled a pool like this and that includes saltwater pools. Im sure we werent the only ones to get sick.

Me and my kids like to go to the water park. Its fun for the family. It has 5 water slides to go down and a lazy river to float around in.

Very nice water park with slides for older kids and a splash pad for the little ones. They have free tubes for you to borrow and a lazy river. Granted it a very small lazy river but it was still nice. They have a park right next to it that you can dry up and bbq and have the kids play on the play sets. They are also in walking distance to the Waco river with a on duty life guard and paddle boats to rent. Very nice place with lots to do for the whole day. Definitely recommend.

Love that Carlsbad has a place to take kids during the summer. Plenty of slides for them to keep busy.

This was my first time being at the Carlsbad Water Park. I wasnt able to go sow the slide or go into the wading pool.First Baptist Church had a swim party today for the children, adults. I would rate the park with 5 stars. I also recommend it to anyone.Grady Ferguson

Nice park but obviously not adequately sized at 450 person capacity. Memorial Day, 103F and I waited in line for an hour to get in. Then there are families spread over two or more tables but unwilling to consolidate so that others could have a place to put their stuff. Thanks to the family that allowed us to use half of their table- they know who they are.

Fun place to go. Need more tables and seating. Lifeguards need to be more attentive instead of counting the moles on their legs. Nice place to have something fun to do. Maybe theyll add on every year

I absolutely love this place!!! Carlsbad REALLY needed a place like this. The ONLY bummer for me ... was that my poor baby girl was just shy of being tall enough for the big slides. I’m hoping that she may have grown just enough to be able to go on them now. I guess I will find out today ... taking my daughter as a reward for exceeding ALL of her goals for Kindergarten this year AND because along side her diploma ... she was given an award for being the “ Best Reader in Class “ and also reading the most books outta her entire class!!! So ... this place is PERFECT for things like this!!! It’s also great to go as a family ... being able to take snacks & beverages that u can enjoy under a canopy at the tables they have there. I REALLY enjoy this place & often recommend to ALL of my friends ... ESPECIALLY the ones that have NEVER been to a water park. ALSO .... I think that the price is fair ... being that you are able to stay as long as you want ... or until they close ... the only thing that I wish they would change is that I think it would be nice if they offered like a season pass that u can purchase & use for the entire summer .... they should offer individual & family passes instead of ONLY charging the $5 per person each time. Thank you for bringing this fun place for us & families to enjoy with the hot weather.

The life guard Kendall is a rude one, acting all tough. If shes got to address an issue with another life guard do so, but not in front of us, the way she spoke to this life guard was uncalled for. Just rude. Also the kid section needs a major cleaning, it smells so bad.

We love the water park... The price is absolutely reasonable and we LOVE that you can bring a picnic lunch in with you and arent pressured into expensive food bar food... The young people who staff this are very friendly and helpful...Id give it 10 stars if I could

They have 5 slides, a toddler/ young kids area, a lazy river and a pool area. Its recommended to show up early because it can get busy. The day we decided to show was a perfect crowd. It is $5 for both adults and children. You can bring food and non alcoholic drinks, but no glass. Have fun!

But life gaurds need keep biger kids out baby area my 9 mth old got knock down buy biger kids running and trying float on big tube and if ur not going to float on tube in the lazy river they should go swining area casue a kid try swim under my son flostet and almost knock him over and he 9 mth old

Were here on a Friday, we waited over an hour for them to open up. To be told they arent opening today. No reason, just dont feel like opening... Hours of operation are 11 am to 6pm Tuesday thru Sunday... Ridiculous.

Nice place, would be better if the lifeguard didnt let anyone swim in the lazy river...thats pretty much just a kiddie pool with tubes. Not too expensive and they let you bring picnics.

Liked it just ppl try to take your tables stood online for 45 min before opening time to get good seating for my family I have a really big family so we easily take 2 tables that was my whole purpose getting there on time to get seating for my family and someone decides to move my stuff and wants me not to get excited about it excuse me you better find yourself somewhere else to sit cause u aint sitting at my table wouldnt have mind if they would have asked before just moving my belongings ask and u shall recieve dont asume its ok to ppls belongings to sit there with your family
