Nicely paved but short oval walk along a canal. As gulf waters cool great place to see manatee. There are several look out places. Occupied Osprey nest bonus.
A nice little park in a corner of Cape Coral. Each time I come here, it is a little bit better than the last time, as the City adds more features and upgrades. There is a kayak launch to make it easy to get out into the water for all ability levels. There are areas to fish. A butterfly garden. Multiple areas with benches, including a deck. There is a small box with a collection of books available to read while at the park. There are observation areas where you can hope to see the local wildlife including manatees. Around the park are information areas to find out about manatees, butterflies and burrowing owls. The park is generally well maintained. Im sure the climate is very hard on all the structures and the grass. There are porta potties available, but no other facilities of that type (yet?). Parking is gravel except for the handicap spaces. Lot of space to park in. The park is very wheelchair accessible from what I observed. Ramps down to most areas and a cement walkway through the park. Not a lot of shade but when the trees mature it will be even nicer. Went on a morning on a weekday. Quite a number of people visiting, but very peaceful.
So beautiful here!Great place to walk and sometimes see manatees and they have a kayak launch!
Absolutely love this little park! The nice walkway around the park, right on the water, as the suns sets is hard to beat! My Beagle likes barking at all the rabbits, too!
Not much to do unless you are fishing or launching a kayak. However a great place to take our dog for a walk.
Beautiful park, peaceful walking trails, butterflies, bunnies, and nice kayak launching area. Will definitely go back to go fishing.
Very peaceful and relaxing. Kayak launch looks very easy to use. Definitely will be back.
Manatee sights, good fishing. Canoe launch.
This is a quite little park in a beautiful neighborhood right in an Aquatic Preserve area. Within minutes of being there and having lunch, three Manatees breached the water right in front of me and I spent the next several hours watching and keeping on the lookout for them. I was greeted with an amazing sunset and will definitely be taking a trip back to this park once Im back in Florida.
Very nice kayak launch. Typical mangroves, medium level of boat traffic to contend with.
This park is small and simple, and I love it! Its a great place to walk your dog and catch a beautiful sunset while enjoying the sound of flowing water rushing through the canal. Throw a line in for some light fishing and boat watch for a bit. It isnt really for kids so if you bring little ones they may not have a good time unless they enjoy fishing and nature watching. Its a great place to escape from society and the city, if only for a moment.
Nice park open space to walk the dog and hopefully see manatees
The city of Cape Coral has really done a great job of developing our park system. Kayak ramp( state of the art), purple Martin houses, butterfly garden, paved walkways, manatee viewing areas, osprey nest, fishing spots, etc. A true nature preservation area and beautiful park!!
Great place to fish & kayak. Beautiful butterfly garden & Osprey perch.
Beautiful Park in a nice neighborhood. Amazing butterfly garden . Did not see any manatees third week of February ️. Enjoy the park very much. We did see manatees at Manatee Park.
Really enjoy this place but the last time my son and I came here we spent most of our time picking up used fishing line and other trash. Broken bottles left glass chunks & shards all over concrete deck area. We could not leave it knowing how harmful it can be to wildlife but I left angry. Not how I was hoping our outing would be. I was extremely dissapointed. ****I had already made many trips to trash by time I thought of taking pictures.
Great little walk/park. As an adult I get excited to see manatee. This is a great viewing spot. Very beautiful for other wild life as well. Kayaking is a must here. Seen tons coming in and out of the water. We stayed in south Cape coral and visited here almost every morning. Which by the way is the perfect time to see manatee.
Awesome kayaking area
Beautiful park. Lovely view. No manatee sightings but I didnt stay very long it was getting ready to rain.
Great place to launch your kayak from, fully ADA compliant launch for all. Super easy to launch from & exit with use of the ramp.
Peaceful place for kayaking!!
Nice little walking trail. We were catching mangrove snapper. Nothing big. It definitely fun... BRING THE BUG SPRAY!! Mosquitoes and no seeums are baaaad
Nice little park with signs that explain some facts about manatees for kids. Even had the chance to see 2-3(?) manatees. Full wheelchair access, no restrooms
This is a lovely little park to wander around. There is a circular path around the park, along the canals, with viewing platforms and lots of information boards about the manatees. The park is very well maintained and nicely set out with a large covered seating area, Osprey nesting pole (Complete with Osprey chicks that were visible from the ground when I visited.) and a lovely bookcase with childrens books for children to be able to sit and read in the park. I didnt see any Manatees on either of my visits to the park but both visits were on hot days and it seems I was there too late in the day as according to other people in the park the manatees had been there earlier in the morning. Despite this I really enjoyed my time in the park and saw lots of other wildlife in and around the water.
Nice small park for riding bikes walking the dog or fishing you can also observe the manatees here
Lovely park and natural setting. Likely to see manatees, dolphins. Fun spot to fish.
Beautiful area nice park. I saw some dolphins swimming near by the bank
Fishing is great and the rock hunting aint bad either!
Small but nice park to wander through. Has a launch ramp for kayaks. The estuaries are fantastic to kayak though. Lots of wildlife to be seen year round and a good place to see manatees in the winter months.
We have gone to Sirenia Park twice for purposes of seeing manatee and we were not disappointed. We went both times in the morning and the first time we saw a number of them - at least a dozen - splashing around and cavorting. This was the most active I have ever seen manatee so it was a lovely experience. We went again today - saw several manatee yet again. They were not quite as active today but I always love seeing them. You can bring your dog to this very little park which is nice. You can fish here as well and we talked with a couple of fisherman who were catching sheepshead. They also have a nice area to launch your kayak which I will be doing the future. This would allow you to potentially see the manatee from the water, which Ive done many times and it is awesome. There are also benches and railings to accommodate water viewing and signs giving information about the manatee. There are no walking trails. Loved this park and will return.
Excellent! The kids and I seen some manatees as well as some sea rays!
Nice park
Sweet quiet little spot to enjoy looking at the water, birds and enjoy the flowers.
Cool place to bring the kids. Great fishing
Lovely day at Sirenia Vista with our Colorado kids!
Nicely laid-out Park, benches and viewing areas for manatees, informative signs regarding the various natural inhabitants of the park, very nice canoe/ kayak launching area
Great park for viewing nature.
Kayak launch is great. Strong current in water way.
This is a great Waterfront Park to launch a kayak
Lovely place
Peaceful and small park... Information stations throughout... Fishing dock and several observation platforms...
Beautiful place, i do wish the garden was better maintained, but over-all a good experience. The weather was nice so my friends and i came out. Stop by if you would enjoy a nice relaxing stroll.
We love it here!
Beautiful and full of information. Minor construction is the only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars. The scenery, and the wildlife make it beautiful. There are recycling containers for used fishing line, kyak launch sites, and a book box. If you are looking for a peaceful walk, or a place to sit and read, it is certainly worth the visit.
Sirenia Vista is now beautiful and fun to walk through. I love it.
We were in town for a couple of days and wanted to do a little fishing other than the canal behind our rental. The park is in the beginning stages of development, it has porta-potties for toilets, and some picnic benches right off a paved walkway. The kayak launch looked nice and was busy the day we went. We never walk down towards the manatee viewing area. We fished at the North end of the park just beyond the bird houses. We saw lots of small bird species and several birds of prey. There are a couple of good places to fish although none of these are easily accessible for people with mobility issues. All the fishing locations on the north end are down a semi steep bank. The fishing was ok for us (we caught some catfish) theres potential there if you fish at the right time and day (we did not). The shoreline is lined with rock, and the bottom had a few rocks, but we never snagged up. We were there on a Sunday and there was a lot of boat traffic and kayak traffic on the water.
My son had a fishing tournament and don’t have a boat, Cape Coral does not have a ton of parks where you can fish in salt/fresh water. To residents that have been here a long time remember this where the locks to get out to open water. The city did a nice job cleaning this area up making it a great place to walk with the family(dog) with nice young trees and plants that should grow into a beautiful mature park. There is an area to fish but we saw only one other person fishing from the park. The best thing in my opinion is there is a kayak launch. It was made for only kayaks and canoes. There were probably about six to eight people using the launch but it was not busy or crowded with people. The city is doing work in the area adding Utilities and have the road torn up and it will most like be this way for many months.
Peaceful. Not too busy
Nice little park free parking, good for kayak. It even has a kayak ramp. Water current is soft.
Nice but small park. Road construction makes it a hassle getting here.
Great...
So calm and peaceful. Great for cookouts with family, but no swimming.
Very nice setup for kayaking. They have a kayak lift system very different.
Love putting our kayaks in here and paddling the tunnels.
Very clean and nice park. The only bad part is there is so much boat traffic we didnt see any manatees. Plus, the boats dont adhere to the no wake zone.
Very nice paved walking trail along the canals. They just completed the kayak launch construction which now has a floating dock and ramp to slide the kayak down and then easily sit in and slide the rest of the way into the water.
Beautiful Park
Cool spot to chill
Nice little park on the water to wonder around
We saw manatees and rays and butterfly garden. Small but picturesque.
Great fishing..
A cute park. The butterfly garden needs some more plants that will sustain all phases of the life cycle.
Attractive place. Good fishing spot.
Nice park, great kayaking location.
Beautiful. Great place to walk or kayak
A great park. A great walk. A great fishing area and picnic area. Always spotted manatees here in past years, not yet this year.
I HAVE WATCHED THIS PARK DEVELOP INTO THE NICEST MANATEE VIEWING PARK IN FLORIDA,I PASS IT DAILY AND SEE IT BEING USED BY KAYAKS,FISHING AND BIRD WATCHERS. A GREAT CREDIT TO THE PARK SYSTEM AND TO ALL THAT ARE INVOLVED. THE PARK NOW HAS MANATEE, BIRD AND DOLPHIN ECO BOAT TOURS AVAILABLE ON WEEKENDS Thanks, Captain Jack
Awesome!
Great Kayaking today! Easy Launch, Ample Parking. Port-a-potties available.
Great place to see the manitees
An excellent kayak & paddleboard launch. typically calm back bay water with some paddling trails in the mangroves that can lead to open water of pine island sound. very cool spot!
Great small park, with handicap access.Saw manatees in canal.
Nice little park. If you want to see a manatee in the summer months good place to go.
Great small park in a beautiful area. It is out of the way so it is a nice place to escape the hustle and bustle.
Great place to launch a kayak but tidal flow is strong so check tide times. This is one of the few beautiful places left around Cape Coral.
Nice place for kayak canoeing fishing........
Nice little park, we saw a Manatee today
Great place to see some manatees at times. Walking area. Little library box and info in the park. Kayak launch.
Great park and fishing spot
Love this park. Alot of rock hiding and finding and rehiding! Sometimes you see the manatees in the canal. Kayak ramp and fishing.
Lots of parking for kayak launch, picnic tables and porta potty.
This park is a gem hete in the Cape, unspoiled by mans economic development nonsense. Peaceful, quiet, great place to unwind.
Primarily a kayak launch, although the view is pretty and its a great place to watch manatees. As for kayaking, the mangrove trails are pristine. The trail sign has options for experienced as well as beginning kayakers, so theres something there for everyone.
Dry and not very appealing. I can see the draw for fisherman and kayaking spot though. Some information boards to read about manatees.
Beautiful quiet state park
Will be better when construction is done in the area
Nice kayak launch & safe place to leave your vehicle while kayaking. Also within paddling distance of Michellis restaurant
Launch kayaks, play with your pooch, walk, enjoy nature at its finest, manatee, fish and spectacular sunsets!
Manatees and great fishing
Nice park. No fishing on canal side. Only porta potties. No playground....decent fishing!
Great place to go kayaking or canoeing. Picnic a swim or just relax
