Just wanted to take a minute to thank Kady who went out of her way to make our bowling party exceptional. We had 6 adults and two children, we dont bowl much. Kady made sure that we had two lanes together and everything that we needed at a very busy time. (I had no idea so may people bowled) She provided excellent customer service and smiled the entire time! We really had a lot of fun for two hours. Thanks again Kady!

Very nice bowling center, the food & service was good also! Ladies restrooms were some of the cleanest I have seen in a long time. Enjoyed the tournament and the staff was just wonderful people!

I only went in here to dodge rain while on a bicycle to be honest. Very clean, organized and professional. The lanes were getting a fresh coat of wax when I entered so had to wait for a bit but I liked that. The arcade was small but had everything I wanted to play. If you come here for bowling then youre all set. The arcade on the other hand, I recommend going to the one on Del Prado.

Pretty good prices. The kids were free over the summer. Nice atmosphere as well. My only complaint, is the lack of seating in the bowling area. Ive been going here for 30 years. Its very well kept and nice staff.

Great special on the quarantine special two hours of bowling and shoes for $30. First time visitors and it was an absolute blast. We definitely will be back

Yesterday we went and everything was great which is why Im not putting a 1 star. I called yesterday to get an idea of how many lanes were open for the kids bowl free program that weve participated in for 3 years now and was told every lane is eligible for use forge program AND that the bowling alley was at 50% to allow for social distancing so every other lane was open. Yesterday we went without issue, although most people werent in masks, it was still fine. People were only in the odd numbers lanes. We were in lane 31. Today my daughter and I go after calling ahead to see what time we were able to start coming with the program (yesterday it was after 1p although the app said its open from open to close) and they said we could come in now (1215p at the time), so we made our way in. Today we get lane 32, so I figured they switched to the even numbered lanes today. Well weve got 3 frames left of our second game and all of a sudden 2 kids come running down to lane 31 with no masks on and the TV didnt change from the social distancing message (as stated in the picture). Then a few minutes later they come back and the TV has their names on it. Then a couple minutes after that a lady comes with her 3 kids to lane 33, meanwhile theres still us at 32 and another family at 30. My daughter (whos 5) asks me why none of them are wearing a mask and I tell her I dont know baby but well keep ours on just to be safe. Then she tells me she wants to go home now with her voice trembling. I told her we only have a couple frames so Ill bowl them if she doesnt feel comfortable. As I was leaving I took this photo and went to the manager and ask him why theyre not practicing social distancing when theyre stating that they are? I was there yesterday and was told in the phone that they were only operating 50% of the lanes to ensure social distancing. He says, we are, but we havent been doing the 50% of the lanes for two weeks now. I again stated that yesterday we were in there and they were so what changed from yesterday to today and he said, nothing, as far as I know weve been told were only allowed to have 210 people in here at a time and were no where near that. I then said, it shouldnt be that hard to use every other lane then. This is why the numbers are rising and well be back on lock down again because business owners would rather make money than follow cdc guidelines for the safety of everyone!

They are very accommodating, the staff are helpful, the bowlingballs can fit almost everyone. They maintain the machinery to keep you bowling without waiting to long.

Finally bowling in our Leagues again! Everybody was glad to get back in rythum of what we enjoy doing. Staff was great & helpful.

Great place for bowling! There’s plenty of lanes, it’s clean and maintained. They have great prices depending how long you want to go for. I go on Wednesday and after 9pm it’s $5 all you can bowl! They have some arcade games and a restaurant with a bar. There’s darts and glow bowling as well. Would definitely recommend for friends or a family trip. I love their jersey fries with cheese, must try!

I took both my grandkids to bowl today. Wanted someplace to go that was safe, due to COVID. I was so impressed. Very clean, wearing masks, sanitizer available to everyone and proper distancing. An employee was cleaning frequently. WOW! I felt very safe with my family and want to thank you for caring so much about your customers.

We ordered wings 25 of them. We asked for sauce on the side and they had to be mild for thekids they were so spyzie the kids couldnt even eat

I actually had a bad experience but it was changed by the lady who originally gave us our lanes. We had the special with pizza and a pitcher of soda. After we started to bowl I ordered more food. I noticed our food was taking a long time so I went and spoke to the two young ladies in charge of making our order. They let me know that it was coming right out. Meanwhile a different family came a couple lanes down and when I glanced over they were getting pizza ordered the exact way we had. I went over to the ladies to ask about my order and they stated, we dont have anything else. One of them turned around and asked the other if she gave the food to the wrong lane. The one girl came up to me and said you must have changed lanes. I explained to her that we had been in the same lane since we got there and that I had just came up asking about the food a few minutes prior. (There were only 2 families) they had a bad attitude and one of them said fine I guess we have to make it. After I went back to the lane the lady who originally gave us our lane and put the order in came and apologized. She did everything she could to make the situation better and our family appreciated it. I am glad she was there, I wish we could have written down her name. I will get her name and update the review because she deserves the recognition. Thanks for making our family time, a good one.

The bowling alley is very nice, clean,and nicely usable. The only thing most people would rather bowl without the music on that you can e distracted bowling because music isnt what we come for its bowling

I don’t feel safe here .... if anything goes down in this bowling alley You’re pretty much screwed because they will not release a video, not sure why they have security cameras when they just take the video and delete it,,, when you walk into this bowling alley you are pretty much on your own and that’s not a very good feeling .. and the security cameras Are completely off-limits Even if a police officer is demanding to see footage they will not show cops or anybody any footage of anything that happened or took place in this bowling alley ... so good luck ..

Fire fighter party was Fantastic! We ate and bowled for 3 hrs! Paula was extremely accommodating! Also blonde young lady at front desk was wonderful! Tabbi was also amazing server. Well be back!

An excellent place to relax and have fun any day anytime. On Mondays and Wednesdays its $12 per person for all you can bowl from 9pm-12am. Staff are very nice and efficient with their job. Would go everyday if I could :)

My daughter had planned a Birthday at Bowland right before Christmas. We had already put down a deposit and were excited to be celebrating her 1st birthday here as a Cape Coral resident. She loved bowling at Bowland so thats where she decided to have it. Unfortunately my mom passed away right after Thanksgiving and we had to spend all her Birthday party money on flying back to Maryland to say our goodbyes to her grandma/ my mom. When we got back I called Bowlnd to cancel and they were concerned with why we wanted to cancel. Choking back tears I told them of my mothers passing and that we had spent all our money on her funeral. I had also mentioned that in the 2 weeks prior to the party only a couple kids had RSVPd. That my daughter has Autism and is very antisocial and has a hard time making/keeping friends. They said they would call me back. They called me to not only say they would give her a FREE party but that they were refunding my deposit. They asked if they could invite some people and of course I said yes. The whole community came out. Pure Florida sent her gifts, IMAG sent her gifts, Tropical Breeze sent her gifts, Bowland gave her gift cards, the local Publix made her cake, and countless others in this beautiful community of Cape Coral including the local Cape Coral Police came out to help my daughter celebrate in a time that was hard for us. I want to thank Bowland and everyone else who went above and beyond for making my daughters day special during a tough time. We truly appreciate the love. We had a great time and we are now infinite customers of Bowland.

Nice atmosphere, like its sister lanes, has everything to entertain adults and children. They have an arcade, bar, food, hold birthday parties, and open and league bowling. They have been a gracious host the youth state tournament.

We really enjoy the free bowling during the summer! The staff is very friendly and the building has been very clean. Only downside is that the food definitely could be better.

We were surprised to see no one at the service desk when we got there. After waiting ten minutes, I went to the food counter to ask if anyone was working. Finally, a woman came out. She absolutely did not know customer service. She was short with us and didn’t smile once. Aside from that, bowling was fun.

Im giving this place 5 stars because of their employee Lynette that works at the front counter. She is such a genuinely nice person and is so helpful, you can tell its just in her nature. Ive dealt with her twice now and have been so impressed. She runs all over the place bringing food to tables, putting names on lanes, cleaning tables, getting shoes for customers, etc. She is making this place an enjoyable place to visit.Thank you Lynette! Fun for $10 all you can bowl

SO DONT LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!so I called to see if they had any lanes open because I knew it was league night. The kid on the phone told me that they had two lanes open. I was just down the road so it took me less than five minutes to get there. when I walked in I asked him for a lane and they said they didnt have any. And I asked about the phone call about 2 minutes before that tell me that there are two lanes. And all the kids could say was I dont know what to tellWell I guess me and my friends will be going somewhere else every month for guys night out for now on. Dont need to be going to a place that lies like that

Great experience after not having lifted a bowling ball in 40 years !!Staff was very polite and helpful.Facility is first rate and state of the art.... many features were completelynew to me( auto scoring, and graphics were amazing !!) The 13 lb. alleyball I chose had been thrown many times, but adequate for a first time return bowler ... and I bowled a 133, 158 and 162 using that ball and rented shoes !! This was a group of 65+ men and women on a Thurs. afternoon. About a 20 min. trip from Burnt Store Marina/Lakes down Burnt Store Road.Will definitely put this in my schedule from now on !!

No music videos playing on the screens ahead. Music was too low. Price was good for a Tuesday night. Would like to try glow bowl. Friendly staff. No shoe storage, kept stepping on friends shoes.

The staff is very attentive and fills every order and drink to perfection. We have done 3 bday parties here now and every year it gets better. The restaurant attached offers a great variety and the add ons to the alley have made it great for kids and adults alike

Expensive but fun. Funny how all bowing alleys are getting pricey well it seems anything you want to do for your kids are pricey. Sad isnt it

Pretty clean and comfortable. Nice lanes. 4 stars because we dont bowl often and I was a little shocked when 2 kids 2 adults I was told $24 or $27 (I dont remember exactly) for the hour then swiped my card and saw the receipt for $47.70. I asked and it was for the shoe rental and hour of lane time. I was just a bit surprised since we dont bowl often and, my fault, assumed the shoe rental was part of it. Not like the old days where a cheap Saturday afternoon was bowling. Bottom line is it was fun and a pleasant experience.

You really should not advertise that you’re open till 2 am/advertise a special between 12-2 am and then close down early. We called at 9:30 pm and asked about prices as well as confirmed your late night special. We waited around till midnight then headed over to the alley to play because it sounded like a fun time and a good deal. When we got there Kathleen told us that she doesn’t stay open if there aren’t any people there. That’s not her fault, the only reason 2 stars instead of 1 is because she was a nice lady and did her best to make it right by giving us an hour of free bowling if we come back. We probably won’t come back because that was a major bummer

Sunday night bowling for 43.00 ..includes two hrs of bowling,shoes for 4 people a pizza and a pitcher of coke...clean place and very helpful staff, a must for the pro bowler or for the kids

Not friendly people.

When we arrived there there was no one at the counter.We waited for a while until my mom went to the food counter and they were in the office with the door shut.But once we got taken care of we had an awesome time.We love going there just need a button or something for customers to press when no ones at the counter so someone who works there will know when a customer is at the counter.

Kind of pricey from what I remember but its a friendly place with good staff.

Please forgive me I didnt know that I put in this review was only for three stars I want to recant and definitely tell you all that you were wonderful and fantastic and my children loved your place. I would have never even known if you didnt respond back to me thank you so much for doing so. We will return to your place 100%.

Our favorite local bowling alley. Call ahead to make sure they do not have any tournaments or leagues as lanes can be unavailable during league times. Staff is friendly and helpful. The darker glow bowl area is often less crowded, but has an upcharge. I think its worth it, if you are OK not being able to see lane markings for aim.
