BEWARE!! I WENT THERE A FEW MONTHS AGO FOR THE FIRST TIME. THE, ALI BABBA, MACHINE I WAS PLAYING WAS UP TO 20$. I CASHED MY TICKET OUT AND THE TICKET SAID 3. DOLLARS!! I ASKED THE LADY WHAT HAPPENED AND SHE SAID OH WELL ILL WRITE IT UP. NEEDLESS TO SAY I DID NOT GET MY 20$. THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL AFTER CHECKING THE GAME AND CAMERA I SAID OF COURSE PLEASE CALL ME. NO CALL YET! AFTER FORGETTING ABOUT IT AFTER A COUPLE MONTHS I WAS DRIVING BUY AND SAW THE SAME PLACE BUT HAD FORGOTTEN I WAS HERE. EVEN AFTER WALKING IN I THOUGHT I WAS THERE BEFORE BUT NIO BIG DEAL. I WAS NIT AFTER THE SAME MACHINE SPIT OUT A TICKET FOR 2 DOLLARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WAS SUPPOSED TO BE 17$!!!!!!!!!! AGAIN THE LADY SAID SHE WOULD WRITE IT UP!!!! That’s when I realize that I have been here before and had the same machine screw me once earlier. We’re not talking about thousands of dollars here folks we’re talking about 30 bucks that was refused to me even though they have cameras and can check those machines to see what last payout should’ve been. All I’m saying is before you step in to this place beware that your machines are not working properly and they will not reimburse you for any money that you may have had on that machine. I do not expect to be called back just like I wasn’t called back for the first $20 so I’m a chalk it up. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!Today I received a call from the owner named Louis. It was very professional and he rectified the situation. I really appreciate his quick response and will give it some thought to come back in the future. Both of the ladies I spoke to today were very courteous. Once again they rectify the situation and I am very very satisfied with the outcome!

Absolutely pleasant staff, fun and very clean environment. Complimentary beer, wine, chips, cookies while you play. Great incentives to return ( Tuesday ladies day, complimentary hour brunch on Sundays). Its not the Hardrock, however, its a nice convenient entertaining spot to go and have some slot fun. The attendant whom worked last night (9/9) was extremely friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Thank you for making my moms night so much fun! Sorry I didnt get your name. KUDOS TO YOU!!! We will b back

This is such a nice place. I loved being able to talk to the people around me. They offer complimentary beer, wine snd snacks, as long as your gambling. Such a clean environment and beautiful surroundings, very comfortable place.I really liked the music they were playing. The hostess was fun, and funny too. Ive been around alot of these only slot games casinos. This is the nicest and largest one ive seen so far. Ill definatly be back.
