DO NOT SHOP HERE. After reading other reviews I’ve realized they have done this to multiple people with clearly terrible products.I had a good experience the first time I went here. I was helped by a knowledgeable person and spent over $200. However, when I went to exchange a bra with the tags still attached, I was told because it was an intimate product, I could not exchange it for anything, even when I was about to spend another $100 at their store, benefitting them further. Mind you, this is a bra, not a personal product. I’m frustrated and disappointed with this poor service especially when I have spent a significant amount of money at the store and was immediately dismissed when I asked to exchange something that can be easily exchanged at any regular department store.They will not accept returns even when they are clearly at fault with badly made or defective products. Shop somewhere else where they actually value their customers and treat them well.

This store is staffed with knowledgeable and friendly people who know their business! I like the layout of the store-clean, easy flow, and fun displays. They have everything you can possibly imagine and then some!

This is the best adult store Ive ever been to. A classy, well laid out establishment, with a lovely staff. Very helpful, and always happy to answer whatever questions you have.

I love this place, whatever your looking for they have it! Prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and they make you feel comfortable shopping there.

Made our beach trip alot of fun

Let me start out by saying that this review is not based on the employees, whom are wonderful, this is based on the quality of a product. I bought a tail BP from here, and within a week(2 wears) it broke. i glued it back together, and was alright with it. now, a little after, and 3 more wears, its broken again and irrepairable. i paid like $80 for this, and its not even of quality for that price. more like $30 max. super unhappy. /:

Shane and Sherri are amazing at customer service!. Theyre very knowledgeable, friendly and funny. I highly recommend this store! So clean and not uncomfortable at all!

My girlfriend went and bought a $90 corset exactly 2 weeks ago and has worn it maybe 6 times and it’s falling apart. ripping at the ribbing broken zipper just awful and they refused to do anything to help. Just constantly said “we don’t do returns” I just think it’s realy shady for a company to sell me this corset by telling me it’s one of the best and the most comfortable then it falls apart. I’m never shopping here again and I’m gonna make sure none of my girls at bare assets buys anything here either

The employees were wonderful. We felt very welcome and helped. I am never comfortable in places like this but I am comfortable enough to return. It was a great experience. Thank you fairvilla.

The people who work here are totally amazing and create such a welcoming experience. I drove 30 minutes to get here and Im so glad I did! The employees are very casual and easy to approach with questions. They are genuine and helpful and, best of all, not pushy salespeople!

Person working when i went in was very nice, gave alot of information about anything i picked up. Tied my ex to one of the seats and the worker only laughed and showed us how to use it. It was a successful day.. i tell everyone about this place :)
