The wait was really worth it!!! Employees were very helpful, and courteous! Found everything that we needed with no problems. Im now a premier customer!! Thats definitely the way to go. I got mine for at least half price, even though I had to buy a huge package in order to get my membership to get anything at a reduced price. Cant wait to watch the show we picked out for tonight!!! Gotta love the 4th of July fireworks, so pretty!

Terrible terrible terrible. Only person helpful was the nice girl at the door handing out masks. The individuals working in the store were of no help whatsoever, in fact they were semi rude when presented with a question. No deals are posted and the ones online were scarce. No one knew how I could join the Premier Membership (aside from spending $450, which I found myself online before I came) and were again rude when presented with a question. So I wouldve been forced to pay full price for everything, which I unheard of for Independence Day. I would never recommend this mismanaged, fly by night, God-awful establishment to my anyone.

Went there 6/29 intent on spending several hundred on fireworks. Girl at the door griped loudly about putting on her mask to check our ID. Would not stop complaining about how hot a mask is, 12 hours, masks do not work anyway blah blah blah. All I wanted was to get past the door but no luck, turned around and left.

Best and only fireworks store in the area. We shopped there on July 3rd around 1pm and when we got there the Buy one Get 2 free deal had mysteriously just ended, which is a deal breaker for most middle class families trying to make their Independence Day special.

The police officer was very helpful very nice not rude at all and I like the gentleman who had all the information then I needed to know and stopped me and asked me if I needed help without me even having to ask him to help me I do think that they should be better prepared for the 4th of July though but other than that love the place and a lot of the employees are pretty cool

Best prices of any fireworks. Awesome selection, Ive only had like one or two items that were dud, out of 1000s of Roman candles/bottle rockets etc... And none of the big ticket items ever failed. The only regret Ive ever had is not having more to spend. The package deals are awesome, always buy one get one free and then they still give you something free at checkout. We spent so much last year they gave us about $150 worth of fireworks free at the register and gave us each a t-shirt so we looked pro lighting it all off for our neighbors, and the cop and fire chief who stopped by (and who were very friendly). Ill never go anywhere else.

The store was very clean and there were a lot of staff present to help. I used a coupon on a flyer that was mailed and the store was BOGO. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that on the way to the store, there was a billboard that said buy one get two free but there was no mention in the store. Easy access from the interstate. Will visit next year.

Buy 1 get 1 on entire selection, doesnt get much better than that. It is packed during the 4th and days before, but the cashiers are super quick. A little manuevering and you will leave there with everything you need for your 4th of July!

Hated it new management nowhere near as nice as what they used to be. Took in the flyer with coupons and they refused to honor it one of them had a typo and was told it was clearly posted another coupon was junk because we were told it was managers choice printed nowhere I might add even asked them to show me they couldnt. Im truly not one to leave a bad review but we have been a good cash paying customers for 6 years now and will be going somewhere else next year

There was only one staff member present, but it is right next to the interstate on exit 101. They had to check me into their system so I could make purchases. They still had the buy 1 get 2 free deal going on, which is great.

Been the best & most reliable fireworks... blowing the competition out of the sky for 16 years. Have had competitors stuff not go off, go off afterwards & even blow up during. Never had that happen at Phantom & that is why I keep coming back!!! Safe, good effects & crowd pleasing!

Sorry the quality has went down hill as prices rose. I only stop by for the overpriced salute candles any more. The staff seemed rude.

Such a great experience they had a buy one get one sale and was so helpful I got a box of mortar and an assortment for 179.99 and they even gave us a small ground 9 shot one for free. They was so helpful and suggested some to us.

The buy one get one schtick is bogus. You buy one you pay for two! Not at all gun friendly. As I walked in I could see no visible no firearms posting. After being in store for about 30 minutes I was approached by a Police Officer and advised that the business prohibits firearms. The Officer agreed that there was no clearly visible signage advising such. The Officer politely asked me to place my firearm in my car. When I returned to store there was an employee bad mouthing me. He called me an idiot and told the Officer he was thankful that he had gotten the idiot with a gun out of his store. It will be a long time before I EVER return to this store. The open carry and ccw laws of Ohio place responsibility on the business owner to CLEARLY post no firearms signage and this store did not have signage clearly visible AND then the uninformed employee had the gall to badmouth me.

Prices are crazy.
