Fantastic museum. Larry is a true craftsman and artist. The intricate detail in his hand-built scale models of old sailing ships is remarkable.

Cash only. The owner is not friendly.

Beautifully hand carved ships. Over 100,000 pieces on many of them and exotic woods and bone is used. A must see!!

We were looking for something to do and found this place online. Looked interesting but when we arrived they were closed. Website did not list winter hours. We will try again some day.

This museum is nothing but incredibly impressive and stunning scale models of different ships through the ages! The attention to detail is mind boggling, and some of the blueprints for then came straight from the Smithsonian archives! An incredible place - the owner gives you a 5 min intro, then you browse at your leisure. Cant stress enough how much you should go and experience this wonderful place! Give yourself about an hour and go be amazed!
